本文首次将前滑与前、后张力的解析关系式代人到连轧张力变形微分方程中,从而导出了不包含实验系数的H型锕多机座连轧张力公式。在三机架可逆式连轧机组上进行了轧制实验研究,实验结果与计算结果吻合良好,进一步完善了H型钢的连轧理论。 相似文献

以连续冷轧后处理线中立式活套入口的纠偏辊为张力计算基准点,通过叠加张力损失得到活套入、出口张力的模型计算思路,分析了活套内有传动活套辊时,张力损失的计算与分布。实验表明,此套模型计算得到的活套入、出口张力及张力损失等数值的精度和稳定性能满足模型在线控制的要求,为活套张力设定提供了实用的理论依据和模型方法。 相似文献

研究了三辊张力单元产生的张力与带钢厚度、带钢材质及压下量的关系,建立了相应的数学力学模型,得出了张力计算式,计算结果与实际值相比较误差很小.其研究结果可用来指导张力单元装置的设计、操作模式的制定,并为解决类似力学课题提供了参考. 相似文献

为了研究推/张力(0~15 MPa)对不锈钢(Cr18Ni8,2 mm壁厚管)/碳钢(0.06%~0.12%C,Φ16 mm,圆棒)复合钢筋轧制过程的影响,应用有限元软件Msc.Marc建立了复合钢筋轧制过程的有限元模型。通过模拟考察了推/张力对不锈钢/碳钢复合钢筋的宽展变形,结合面的接触应力和不锈钢圆周壁厚的影响,重点通过实验考察了推力轧制对两金属结合强度的影响。结果表明,施加张力后轧件宽展量减小,而施加推力后其值增加;不锈钢壳与碳钢芯间的接触应力随推力的增加、张力的降低而增大。推力轧制有利于两金属的复合,可以提高复合不锈钢和碳钢芯的结合强度。 相似文献

Cables with intermediate elastic supports are widely used in bridge engineering, but there is a lack of effective methods for estimating the tensions in these cables. In this paper, an analytical form of the equilibrium equation for a tension bar has been used to provide a shape function to develop a suitable finite-element model for a cable. A program for estimating the tension in cables with intermediate elastic supports has been developed in which the bending stiffness of the cable, the stiffness of the end restraints, and the stiffness of the intermediate supports are taken into account by using this element and MATLAB. The program has been verified by comparison of the results from laboratory experiments. The method has been applied to compute the tension in the tie bars of a concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge. This demonstrates that the cable tension estimated by the present method is suitably accurate. 相似文献

This study intends to provide a simplified analytical model of the laterally confined concrete filled steel tube (CCFT) column system which adopts carbon-fiber-reinforced polymer (CFRP) jackets in order to make up for major defects of the traditional concrete filled steel tube (CFT) column system. This CCFT analytical model, by adding one additional parameter for CFRP confinement to the CFT column analytical solution, is greatly simplified and expedites the analytical processes to explain the stress-strain relationship of the CCFT column system. In the study, several types of the CCFT column systems with different parameters are analyzed by the proposed simplified analytical model and its associated numerical program (USC-CFT). To verify the accuracy of the analytical model, this study compares the load-strain relationship calculated by USC-CFT both to the experimental results conducted by the traditional method and to the results calculated by the computer-aided finite element method (FEM) analysis method. This study shows equilibrium conditions, deformation compatibilities, constitutive models, and an analysis procedure used in the proposed simplified analytical solution and presents finite element models and analysis procedure used in FEM analysis. 相似文献

AbstractThis paper presents a method based on genetic algorithms and the finite element method which is useful for automatically adjusting the parameters of a tension levelling process. First, the optimum parameters of the steel to be used in the simulation programme are sought. The process consists of simulating controlled cyclical deformation tests on finite element (FE) models of standard steel test pieces with different laws of cyclical behaviour. Genetic algorithms are used to optimise the parameters of the simulation model so that the behaviour of the material is as close as possible to the results obtained in real experimental tests. This ensures that the behaviour of the material in the FE model is as realistic as possible. The model of behaviour of the material selected is used to design and check out a second tension levelling FE model. Based on this second model, the roll penetration, the lengthwise tension and the strip feedrate are adjusted. There is also optimisation with genetic algorithms so that the final residual tensions in the product are below a specified threshold and as even as possible. For a solution to be considered as valid, it must be confirmed that the steel plate is subject to the tensions envisaged at various process control points. From the best solutions found, the one with the fastest feedrate is selected so as to maximise output. 相似文献
