文章以水为分散介质制备聚乙烯蜡乳液,将其加入钻井液体系中,对聚乙烯蜡乳液钻井液的性能进行研究。首先利用马尔文激光粒度仪分析了当含水率为58.5%、HLB为10.5、乳化剂为25%、搅拌速度为1 250 r/min条件下制备的乳液粒径较小(2μm~8μm)、稳定性高。再将制备好的乳液加入钻井液体系中,通过对密度、黏度、失水量和泥饼厚度的测定,发现加入聚乙烯蜡后钻井液密度基本没有变化,但其降失水性增加、动切力减小,流变性明显提高,且形成的泥饼薄而致密可稳定井壁,防止坍塌。又因聚乙烯蜡具有润滑性,可润滑钻头,减小阻力。其分散性有利于悬浮岩屑,降低岩屑沉降速度。研究结果说明了该新型钻井液具有润滑钻头、悬浮岩屑、稳定井壁和保护储层的作用。  相似文献

Conclusions In the rolling friction of metals in fuel media, inorganic and organic products are formed on the surface.The inorganic products consist of oxides, sulfides, carbides, and other complex compounds; the functional composition of the organic products is characterized by the presence of groups pertaining to oxygen-containing heterocyclic compounds.
