A technique for temperature-insensitive force measurement via strain-induced Gaussian-strain-chirped fiber Bragg grating (FBG) couple and differential optical power detection is proposed and experimentally demonstrated. For a temperature range from -10degC to 80degC , a linear force measurement with thermal fluctuations less than 2.5% full-scale is achieved by simply using cost-effective p-i-n photodiodes without any temperature compensation.  相似文献

Fiber Bragg grating (FBG) temperature sensor and sensor arrays were applied widespread particularly in harsh environments. Although FBGs are often referring to permanent refractive index modulation in the fiber core, exposure to high-temperature environments usually results in the bleach of the refractive index modulation. The maximum temperature reported for the conventional FBG temperature sensor is around 600 degC due to its weak bonds of germanium and oxygen. In this paper, we report design and development of a novel high-temperature resistance FBG temperature sensor, based on the hydrogen-loaded germanium-doped FBG. The refractive index modulation in the FBG is induced by the molecular water. The results of our experiments have shown that the stability of the device is substantially increased at high temperature range. Due to the high bonds energy of hydroxyl and the low diffusivity of the molecular water, the thermal testing results of this temperature sensor show the thermal stability of hydrogen-loaded FBG can be increased by using annealing treatment; moreover, the highest erasing temperature for the device could reach to 1100 degC or more. The reflectivity of this new FBG depends on the concentration of Si-OH and indirectly related to the reflectivity of hydrogen-loaded FBG. Furthermore, the experimental results have provided a better understanding of the formation of the hydrogen-loaded FBGs and the chemical transfers at elevated temperatures in the fiber core  相似文献

For the fabrication of quantum dot (QD) distributed feedback (DFB) lasers, self-assembled InAs/InAlGaAs QDs were grown on the InP/InGaAs grating structures by a molecular beam epitaxy. Ridge-waveguide QD DFB lasers with a stripe width of 3 mum were fabricated. Single-mode lasing operation around the wavelength of 1.56 mum was successfully achieved under the pulsed and continuous-wave (CW) modes at room temperature. The lasing operation was also observed up to 70 degC under pulsed mode, which is the first observation on the single-mode lasing around 1.55 mum. The characteristic temperatures calculated from the temperature dependence of the threshold current density were 121.8 K from room temperature to 45 degC, which was reduced to 74.2 K from 45 degC to 70 degC.  相似文献

提出了一种新型的激光衍射光栅干涉仪测量系统,以光栅衍射原理和偏振光学为理论基础,配合正交信号的解相位细分原理,使得该系统可以达到纳米级分辨率.由于光栅干涉测量系统以光栅栅距作为测量基准,相对于传统干涉仪,光栅尺系统受环境因素造成的测量误差影响较小.通过实验校正,得到不同行程范围内光栅干涉测量系统的纳米级重复性误差,新型的激光衍射光栅干涉仪测量系统适合于较长行程的高精度位移测量.  相似文献

光栅线位移传感技术在机床数控、数显中占有重要的地位,但其接长非常困难,以至于目前我国除粗线纹光栅外,能接长到3m以上的位移传感器还没有实用化的。本文针对实用化接长技术需要,借助于粗线纹光栅特殊的测量原理,提出了一种新的接长方法,在理论上作了初步探讨,并作了实验验证。该接长方法乙用于工厂现场,接长6.4m坐标。  相似文献

A grating projection system is a low-cost surface contour measurement technique that can be applied to a wide range of applications. There has been a resurgence of interest in the technique in recent years because of developments in computer hardware and image processing algorithms. We describe a method that projects a phase-shifted grating through a lens on an object surface. The deformed grating image on the object surface is captured by a CCD camera for subsequent analysis. Phase variation is achieved by a linear translation stage on which the grating is mounted. We compare the experimental results with the test results using a mechanical stylus method.  相似文献

基于复合光栅的相位测量轮廓术在物体三维信息重建中是一种非接触、实时的测量方法.通过对这种光栅的形成机理分析,发现当复合光栅中的空间调制光栅的频率一定时,其中相移光栅周期与三维重构精度有关,并且存在一个重构均方差最小值的相移光栅周期,其大小与被测物体的形貌有关.因此,可通过优化复合光栅结构的方法来提高测量精度.利用数字投影仪将连续改变相移光栅周期得到的复合光栅投影到物体,获取变形光栅图像来重建物体的三维信息,从周期数与均方差关系曲线中找到对应的复合光栅的最优化参数,以实现复合光栅最优化设计.通过数字模拟和实验都证实采用优化设计的复合光栅来提高物体的测量精度是有效的.  相似文献

介绍了一种高精度、精密、自动化、动态测量的光栅检测仪,测量光栅盘的扩展不确定度为0.08”。该仪器采用了高回转精度的空气静压轴承及多头均化技术,减小了参考盘刻划误差的影响,同时,采用了计算机系统控制测量过程,进行数据处理,实现了自动化测量,检测结果和误差曲线由打印机打印输出。  相似文献

针对传统光栅干涉仪中测量范围和分辨率难以同时提高的问题,提出利用单根大长度、低线数光栅实现大量程、高分辨率位移测量的方法.首先利用长度400mm,栅距10μm计量光栅的±5级衍射光生成条纹图,实现了条纹的10倍光学细分.然后提出一种基于傅里叶变换时移特性的条纹细分新方法,利用相邻两帧条纹图同一位置处相位的变化实现了高达1000倍的条纹电子细分.在此过程中,针对能量泄漏对傅里叶变换法相位提取精度的影响,提出条纹图整周期裁剪的方法,使条纹细分精度至少可达到1/1000条纹周期.仿真和实验结果表明,系统具有纳米级的分辨率和优于10nm的测量精度.  相似文献

针对光栅光调制器阵列的显示控制,提出了一种控制系统设计方案。设计应用软件,产生显示数据源,由USB数据线发送到FPGA芯片,在FPGA芯片上实现格式转换、乒乓操作、脉宽调制等模块电路。实验结果表明,该控制系统操作灵活方便,为测试光栅光调制器的显示参数提供了有力的技术支持。  相似文献

设计了一种具有三层结构的亚波长金属光栅,采用时域有限差分(FDTD)法对所设计的三层光栅结构进行仿真计算.与单层金属光栅相比,这种三层的光栅结构具有更好的滤波效果,其透射光谱中峰值可达77%,且能很好地抑制高波段的透射率.分析了各几何参数对所设计的光栅结构透射特性的影响,尤其是对透射光谱中0值位置的影响.结果表明0值位置主要受光栅缝宽、介质层高度和介质折射率的影响,而与金属层光栅的高度无关.其影响规律为偏振滤波器的设计提供了参考.  相似文献

该文设计了一种基于倾斜光纤光栅(tilted fiber Bragg grating,TFBG)的不受温度影响的光纤布拉格光栅(fiber Brag ggrating,FBG)应变解调系统.将倾斜光纤光栅用作边沿痣波器,当周围环境温度变化时,利用倾斜光纤光栅纤芯模与包层模的温度特性与普通光纤布拉格光栅相同这一特点,无需另加温度补偿,就可以实现FBG应变传感的动态解调,消除温度噪声对应变信号的影响.由实验可知,当温度在25℃到39℃范围变化时,解调系统的性能基本不发生改变,解调范围达到6nm.  相似文献

A new apparatus based on dynamic grating radiometry (DGR) to measure the thermal diffusivity of high-conductivity materials such as graphite and diamond has been developed. In the DGR method, a sample surface is heated by interference of two pulsed laser beams, and the decay of temperature at a spot on the thermal grating is monitored by an infrared detector. In the ideal case where the grating period is much smaller than the light absorption length, the thermal diffusivity parallel to the surface can be determined from the decay constant and the grating period. This paper describes a procedure to extract the thermal diffusivity parallel to the plane while eliminating the effect of anisotropy and gives results for a preliminary measurement using Zr foil. A quadratic dependence of the time constant on fringe space has been observed in the fringe space change. Data are also presented for a 0.1-mm-thick graphite sheet. The results indicate the capability of DGR to measure anisotropic high-conductivity materials.  相似文献

提出一种自动检测时栅转台误差、辨识误差模型系数和误差补偿的方法。该系统利用自制的数控控制箱结合嵌入式技术,以高精度的圆光栅作为基准量仪, 以双微控制器与上位机为基础,形成双闭环控制结构,实现系统的高精度定位。在对极点8个待定参数和对极内20个待定参数分别进行傅里叶变换的参数辨识,得到辨识误差模型的系数,实现了实时在线误差补偿。实验结果表明,时栅转台的精度达到2.4″,提高了时栅转台标定精度与标定效率。  相似文献
