介绍了废轮胎胶粉在EPDM胶料中的应用。试验结果表明,采用过氧化物/硫黄并用硫化体系,胶粉(60目)用量达到30份,EPDM硫化胶的性能仍然较好;胶粉改性剂选用热固性酚醛树脂较好;胶粉粒径越小,EPDM硫化胶的性能越好。  相似文献

通过合理配方设计,在现有60目胶粉用量的基础上进行改用80目精细胶粉并增大用量的试验。结果表明,80目精细胶粉用量增大1倍,胶料的正硫化时间及焦烧时间等与使用60目胶粉时相近,满足生产工艺及性能指标要求,成品试验结果符合国家标准要求。  相似文献

对胶粉的粒度,掺用比进行了比较。掺入天然橡胶与丁苯橡胶并用的胎面胶中,60目和80的目性能最好,掺用比以10质量的最佳。硫化胶粉经活化处理后其综合性能比未活化胶粉好。活化剂用量为1质量份时,活化效果最好。  相似文献

在斜交轮胎胎面胶中采用80目轮胎混合胶粉进行应用试验。结果表明,在斜交轮胎胎面胶中加80我粉硫化速度略有加快,随胶粉用量的增大,胶料物理性能明显下降,加15份80目轮胎混梧胶粉,硫化胶的综合物理性能与原生产配方胶料接近,成品试验达到国家标准要求,并可降低胶料成本。  相似文献

介绍了40目活化改性胶粉在轻载子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用及其对胶料的硫化特性、物理性能的影响。结果表明,在轻载子午线轮胎胎面中加入10份活化改性胶粉对轮胎使用寿命无不良影响,且可降低轮胎生产成本;添加了活化改性胶粉的胶料,老化后能保持较高的相对耐磨性,半成品尺寸稳定性好。  相似文献

研究活化胶粉的主要性能及在胎面胶中的应用。试验结果表明:充填40目活化胶粉的硫化性能明显优于充填未活化胶粉。汽车轮胎胎面中加入少量40目活化胶粉,可提高胶料的抗屈挠龟裂、、生热耐磨性,提高轮胎的耐久性能。强伸性能有所下降,工艺性能好,还可以降低胶料成本。  相似文献

从硫化胶粉的应用技术着手,分别采用直接掺用胶粉,对胶粉精炼后掺用以及添加胶粉时适当调整硫化体系3种不同的方法,全面系统考察了所用胶料的性能。结果表明,以胶粉经精炼后添加效果最好;添加胶粉时适当调整硫磺用量的效果次之;胶粉的直接掺用效果最差;普通输送带覆盖胶添加20份精炼胶粉,风水胶管外胶掺用45份胶粉(采用调整硫化体系的方法),其性能仍可达到国家标准。  相似文献

研究了用新型高效常温断硫剂De-link处理40目胶粉制成的新生胶De-Vulc在轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明,胶粉的性能好,新生胶De-Vulc的性能就好;不同胶粉制成的新生胶De-Vulc以相同比例掺用于同种胎面胶胶料时,硫化胶的性能差异不大;在掺用比例相同的情况下,掺用新生胶De-Vulc的胎面胶硫化胶性能明显优于胶粉、活化胶粉和细粒子再生胶;实际里程试验中,掺用新生胶De-Vulc的试验翻新轮胎耐磨性与原配方翻新轮胎相近。新生胶De-Vulc掺用于胎面胶胶料具有较好的经济效益。  相似文献

对比分析了硫化胶粉和脱硫胶粉微观结构及其改性沥青基本路用性能,研究了硫化胶粉和脱硫胶粉在改性沥青过程中表现出的共性与差异及其原因。结果表明,加入硫化胶粉与脱硫胶粉,均能提高沥青基本路用性能,相同目数下,脱硫胶粉较硫化胶粉交联密度低,表面粗糙,表面极性增加,脱硫胶粉与沥青具有更好的相容性和稳定性,一定掺量下,硫化胶粉能赋予沥青更好的高温稳定性,脱硫胶粉能显著提高沥青低温延度,界面作用及胶粉网络结构的形成对改性沥青路用性能有重大影响。  相似文献

研究RD-F活化胶粉及其用量对混炼胶硫化性能、流变性能及硫化胶物理机械性能和动态压缩疲劳性能的影响,并与非活化胶粉进行对比。同时从理论上对影响机理作了初步探讨。试验结果表明,RD-F活化胶粉用量在15份以下时对胶料硫化性能基本无影响;与非活化胶粉相比,可进一步减少胶料挤出膨胀率;随着RD-F活化胶粉用量增大,硫化胶拉伸强度、扯断伸长率呈下降趋势,300%定伸应力、压缩疲劳温升、压缩永久变形呈上升趋  相似文献

在以氯丁橡胶为骨架材料的高分子半导电材料配方中,并用10~30质量份(简称份,以下同)氯化聚乙烯以改善材料的物理机械和耐热性能以及加工工艺;为降低生产成本,填充30~40份的活化硫化胶粉;导电物质选用具有一定协同效应的导电炉黑和导电石墨并用,并用量在40~70份;由此配制的高分子半导电材料具有较好的物理机械、加工和导电性能。混炼时,在满足工艺性能的同时,尽量缩短混炼时间、增加交联密度,同时尽量使导电物质均匀分散。  相似文献

Vulcanized composites of chloroprene rubber (CR) with cellulose II (Cel II) as a filler were investigated. Cel II, obtained by the coagulation of cellulose xanthate, was incorporated in the rubber by the traditional method. The filler content varied from 0 to 30 phr. For comparison purposes, carbon black (CB)–CR composites were also studied. The CB amount varied from 0 to 45 phr. The mechanical and dynamic mechanical properties were determined, and the CR composite containing 20 phr of Cel II showed the best set of properties. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The permittivity ε′ and dielectric loss ε" for different ratios of an ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM)–chloroprene rubber (CR) blend ranging from 0 to 100 phr were measured over a frequency range from 400 Hz to 60 kHz. The measurements were carried out at room temperature (25°C). The values of ε′ and ε" were found to decrease with increasing EPDM content in the EPDM–CR blend. The sample which possesses the best mechanical and electrical properties was a 50 EPDM–50 CR blend. This sample was chosen to be loaded with 40 phr of some white fillers, namely, calcium carbonate, silica, silitan z, and talc. From the electrical and mechanical investigations, it was found that the use of silica and calcium carbonate in these blends could improve these properties. The electrical and mechanical properties were also studied for the investigated blends loaded with both silica and calcium carbonate with different contents (10–40 phr). It was found that 20 phr is the most promising concentration which can possess better properties. The same trend was obtained by the addition of 20 phr SRF black in addition to the white fillers to the above blends. On the other hand, from the compatibility study between both investigated rubber, it is found that both types are incompatible, in which some improvement may occur by the addition of PVC. © 1998 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. In the present work the formulation and morphology of novel kaolin-filled rubber composites were investigated. The kaolin-filled rubber composites were obtained by filling rubbers such as natural rubber (NR), styrene–butadiene rubber (SBR), polybutadiene rubber (ER), nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR), ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM), chloroprene rubber (CR) and methyl vinyl silicon rubber (MVQ). The best formulation of filled rubbers was determined by determining the mechanical and thermal properties of the composites. Structural characterization was carried out by using infrared spectroscopy (IR) and a polarizing light microscope (PLM). The kaolin/rubber composites have outstanding mechanical and thermal properties except elongation at break, and good compatibility. The best formulation of kaolin filled rubbers is respectively 40 parts per hundred rubber (phr), 40 phr, 50 phr, 40 phr, 50 phr, and 50 phr for NR, SBR, BR, NBR, EPDM and CR. Kaolin can replace silica in the specific rubber products, and is suitable to reinforce more steric rigid rubber.  相似文献

采用硫化特性参数、溶胀指数和DSC谱图等表征了聚氨酯橡胶(PUR)/氯丁橡胶(CR)共混胶的共硫化性能,并研究了PUR/CR的共混比、补强体系与软化体系等对共混胶的硫化特性的影响.结果表明,采用过氧化二异丙苯/氧化镁(DCP/MgO)复合硫化体系,可以使PUR/CR共混胶达到共硫化;增加PUR和炭黑的用量,减少软化剂的用量,则共混胶料的转矩增大;增加PUR用量,可以加快共混胶料的硫化速度,其它因素对硫化速度的影响不明显.当PUR/CR共混比为20/80、DCP 3份、MgO 4份、炭黑N550 30份、软化剂聚异丁烯(PIB)5份时,共混硫化胶有较好的综合性能.  相似文献

Emulsion copolymerization of 1-chloro-1,3-butadiene and 1,3-butadiene was carried out using potassium persulfate at 50°C. The thus synthesized 1-chloro-1,3-butadiene copolymer was possible to be cured with 2-mercaptoimidazoline (MI) as well as with sulfur. The tensile strength of the MI vulcanizate of the copolymer compounded with 30 phr HAF black reached 100 kg/cm2 and was higher than that of the sulfur vulcanizate. Moreover, these two vulcanizates showed higher tensile strengths than the sulfur vulcanizate of emulsion butadiene rubber. The addition of the copolymer to the blend of chloroprene rubber (Neoprene GRT) and butadiene rubber extremely improved the elongation and the tensile strength. Dynamic measurements of the vulcanizates showed that the glass transition temperature of the copolymer was situated at the region between that of butadiene rubber and that of chloroprene rubber.  相似文献

研究了不同门尼粘度的反式-1,4-聚异戊二烯(TPI)与氯丁橡胶(CR)并用胶的性能,并对比了CR/TPI与CR硫化胶的性能。结果表明,CR中并用10份TPI可明显改善开炼机混炼时的粘辊性、胶料在硫化过程中产生气泡等缺陷;并用TPI后。硫化胶的物理机械性能、耐热老化性能和耐臭氧性能有所下降,但当TPI与CR门尼粘度相近时,硫化胶的耐屈挠疲劳性能可提高1倍左右。  相似文献

以甲苯、乙酸乙酯、高溶解力120#溶剂油为混合溶剂,以三乙醇胺为非水催化剂,采用2402酚醛树脂和活性氧化镁为原料制备螯合物;然后以氯丁橡胶、丁腈橡胶、有机膨润土、白炭黑、螯合物和混合溶剂等为原料,制备出一种溶剂型多用途氯丁橡胶胶黏剂。结果表明:该胶黏剂的最佳配方(以质量份计)为氯丁橡胶70份,丁腈橡胶30份,有机膨润土3份,白炭黑15份,螯合物100份,混合溶剂600份[m(甲苯):m(乙酸乙酯):m(高溶解力120#溶剂油)=20:40:40];由最佳配方制取的氯丁橡胶胶黏剂,其不挥发物含量为22.05%、黏度为3550mPa.s、初黏剪切强度为1.25MPa,剪切强度为1.97MPa,并且其各项性能符合HG/T3738-2004标准,其有害物质含量符合GB18583-2008标准。  相似文献

摘要:本文主要研究了硫化体系和补强体系对氯丁橡胶与天然胶共混时性能的影响,其中主要涉及到氧化锌、氧化镁、普通硫磺、DM作为硫化体系以及碳黑N550和白炭黑作为补强体系时对共混胶料物理机械性能的影响。经过研究发现:氧化锌:氧化镁:普通硫磺:DM硫化促进剂=6:3:5:0.3时,扯断强度能达到:23.18MPa,硫磺对硫化胶料绍尔硬度的影响最大,硫化时间为60min时得到的物理机械性能最好,碳黑N550为40份、白炭黑为20份时,硫化胶料的物理机械性能最好。  相似文献
