本文研究了不同固溶时间对LD10铝合金显微组织和性能的影响.结果表明,选择择合适的固溶时间,既能使单相固溶体的均匀化和饱和程度得到改善,又能控制晶粒大小,使第二相在随后的时效过程中得以充分地析出,产生最大的时效强化效应,提高合金的性能.文中还讨论了固溶时间、显微组织和性能之间的关系,并对固溶时间提高性能的机理作了探讨. 相似文献

研究了1050~1150℃固溶处理对20 kg真空感应炉熔炼的690镍基合金(%:0.020C、29.93Cr、9.82Fe、0.19Al、0.25 Ti、0.023Nb、0.012Mo、0.004 2N)1.0mm冷轧板的组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,当固溶温度从1050℃提高至1100℃,平均晶粒尺寸呈线性增长,从12μm提高到29μm,超过1100℃时晶粒尺寸快速增长,1150℃时平均晶粒尺寸达58μm;1090℃以上固溶处理时,合金中富铬碳化物完全溶解;690镍基合金主要强化机制为细晶强化,随固溶温度升高,合金室温抗拉和屈服强度分别从780 MPa和400 MPa降至662.5 MPa和250MPa,伸长率由40%提高至51.75%。 相似文献

双相不锈钢00Cr18Ni5Mo3Si2热轧钢板在950-1080℃温度范围内的固溶处理对钢的力学性能没有显著影响。随着固溶温度的提高及固熔冷速的加大,铁素体含量逐渐增加。在含FeCl3介质中的点蚀率(PCR)随着固溶温度的提高而降低。 相似文献

将化学计量比1∶2的Al粉和B粉混合均匀后压制成Φ12 mm的圆柱锭,在流通Ar气气氛下,分别于650,700,800,900和1000℃下烧结4 h后随炉冷却至室温,利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分别研究了合成的样品的物相组成和微观形貌。结果表明,烧结温度的升高不仅会使样品中AlB2的相含量发生变化,还伴随有AlB2颗粒的长大;在800℃时烧结可以得到相含量较多、颗粒尺寸相对较小的AlB2。此外,研究了在800℃时保温不同时间对AlB2合成反应的影响。在流通Ar气气氛中,将压制好的圆柱锭在800℃下分别保温0.5,2.0,4.0,6.0和10.0 h后将样品装置移出管式炉并于Ar气气氛中冷却至室温。物相和形貌分析表明保温时间也会使AlB2的相含量和颗粒尺寸发生变化,且AlB颗粒随保温时间的延长有明显长大的趋势;综合考虑在800℃烧结时保温6 h效果最好。 相似文献

Four common AlSiMg foundry alloys have been solution heat treated at 813 K, quenched, and immediately aged at 423 K for up
to 240 minutes. The mechanical properties are found to be related to the amount of Mg and Si in the alloys. A high strength
is obtained after only 60 minutes of solution heat treatment, indicating that the solid solution is rapidly saturated on Mg
and Si. The ductility is very much related to the amount of silicon present and the refinement of the silicon crystals within
the eutectic areas, since silicon crystals are observed to crack when load is applied. Thus, a well-modified structure is
the best way to obtain high ductility. Reduced quencing rates after solution heat treatment lead to a lower strength, since
a lower number of hardening β′-Mg2Si precipitates are formed. The ductility of alloys with 0.6 wt pct Mg is increased with a reduced quenching rate. A more
ductile matrix corresponding to the lower amount of hardening precipitates can explain this. Alloys with 0.2 wt pct Mg remain
relatively unchanged. A hypothesis that may explain this phenomenon is the precipitation of brittle silicon or formation of
coarse Mg2Si within the dendrites. 相似文献

利用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱(EDS)等分析测试手段并结合室温拉伸试验,研究固溶时间对Cu-Ni-Si-Mg合金组织与力学性能及电导率的影响.结果表明:随着固溶时间的延长,冷轧板组织经历了回复、再结晶与晶粒长大,第二相粒子回溶等过程,合金的抗拉强度和屈服强度均表现出先迅速下降,之后趋于平缓的变化趋势,导电率的变化趋势与之大致相同,而延伸率则表现为先增大后减小的变化趋势,其中,固溶时间达到60 s时合金的延伸率达到最大值为52 %. 相似文献

The cyclic deformation behavior of Pb-2 pct Sn solid solution alloy has been investigated. Results indicate that grain boundary
migration and sliding occur in a systematic manner, giving rise to a series of migration markings on the surface of deformed
specimens. Extensive cracking and cavitation takes place at migrating boundaries leaving an array of microcavities at high
strain amplitudes. This feature was not observed at the low strain amplitudes investigated. Dynamic recrystallization and
the evolution of a diamond grain configuration from an initial random distribution of grains were observed. These microstructural
observations are discussed in relation to their influence on high temperature fatigue fracture.
