对C3轮胎通过噪声的测试流程和有关问题进行了探讨。在执行测试标准的基础上,拆除车辆货箱和挡泥板,关闭窗户、空调;待测轮胎安装在试验车辆后轴时,采用噪声较低的轮胎作为前轴轮胎;车辆运行速度采用均匀分布设置;选择统一的配重标准,充气压力一致,并在夏季进行测试;保证路面的时效性,尽可能选择测试车辆较少的试验场或时段等都有利于噪声测试的通过。  相似文献

以3-C8-10烷氧基丙腈为原料,骨架镍为催化剂,制备了3-C8-10烷氧基丙胺。同时探讨了反应温度、反应时间、H2压力、NH3压力、骨架镍用量、H2O用量等因素对加氢反应的影响,确定了优化的工艺条件:在130℃、H2压力2.0MPa、NH3压力1.0MPa、骨架镍用量2.0%和H2O用量2.0%(相对于3-C8-10烷氧基丙腈的质量)下反应3h,在此条件下,产品收率为93.56%。  相似文献

Abstract

A new Multicolumn Chromatographic process, called M3C, is introduced. The originality of this process relies on the integration of a concentration loop at the extract level on the recycling stream of a Multicolumn Continuous Process (Simulated Moving Bed, Varicol…). Thanks to the tools of the equilibrium theory applied to an equivalent True Moving Bed integrating a concentration step, the working parameters of this new process are estimated in the case of multicomponent competitive Langmuir adsorption isotherms. The performances of this process are compared to those of the classical True Moving Bed in terms of productivity and eluent consumption, and exhibit significant improvement.  相似文献

In this paper, C3A-gypsum and C3A-C3S-gypsum model cement systems with and without nanosilica were studied. The effects of nanosilica on the early stage cement hydration, particularly C3A hydration, were assessed through the heat of hydration (isothermal calorimetry), phase assemblage (quantitative X-ray diffraction), zeta potential, ion concentration measurements, and morphology (scanning electron microscopy) examinations. The results indicate that while promoting C3S hydration, nanosilica retarded C3A hydration in both the systems studied. The retardation was caused by the adsorption and coverage of nanosilica on C3A surfaces through the electrostatic interaction, thus decreasing the C3A dissolution rate and hindering the precipitation of hydration products. Consequently, the reduced gypsum consumption rate and the seeding effect of nanosilica further promoted C3S hydration. These findings suggest that nanosilica and other silica-based nanoparticles can physicochemically influence hydration of cement-based materials, and a better understanding of these influencing mechanisms can help optimize performances of nanoparticle-modified cement-based materials.  相似文献

Classically activated M1 macrophages reprogram their metabolism towards enhanced glycolysis to obtain energy and produce pro-inflammatory cytokines after activation by mammalian target of rapamycin complex 1 (mTORC1) and hypoxia-inducible factor (HIF)-1α. Thus, a strategy that constrains M1 polarization of macrophages via downregulation of glycolysis is essential for treating chronic inflammatory diseases. Cassiae semen has pharmacological activity against various inflammatory diseases. However, it is unclear whether specific compounds within Cassia seeds affect M1 polarization of macrophages. Here, we investigated whether Cassiaside C napthopyrone from Cassiae semen inhibits M1 polarization by downregulating glycolysis. We found that Cassiaside C reduced expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase and cyclooxygenase-2 and the phosphorylation of nuclear factor kappa B, all of which are upregulated in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)/interferon (IFN)-γ-treated Raw264.7 cells and peritoneal macrophages. Moreover, Cassiaside C-treated macrophages showed marked suppression of LPS/IFN-γ-induced HIF-1α, pyruvate dehydrogenase kinase 1, and lactate dehydrogenase A expression, along with downregulation of the phosphoinositide 3-kinases (PI3K)/AKT/mTORC1 signaling pathway. Consequently, Cassiaside C attenuated enhanced glycolysis and lactate production, but rescued diminished oxidative phosphorylation, in M1 polarized macrophages. Thus, Cassiaside C dampens M1 polarization of macrophages by downregulating glycolysis, which could be exploited as a therapeutic strategy for chronic inflammatory conditions.  相似文献

目的研究C3d分子对多表位DNA疫苗体液免疫应答的增强作用。方法通过PCR方法合成多表位HME基因,分别插入真核表达载体pcDNA3.1和pcDNA3.1-3C3d,构建多表位DNA疫苗pcDNA3.1-HME和pcDNA3.1-HME-3C3d,经肌肉注射免疫小鼠,ELISA检测小鼠特异性抗体水平。结果经免疫的小鼠均能产生针对各表位的特异性IgG抗体,且pcDNA3.1-HME-3C3d免疫组小鼠的抗体水平明显高于pcDNA3.1-HME免疫组。结论C3d可增强多表位DNA疫苗的体液免疫应答水平。  相似文献

The mixed matrix membranes (MMMs) consisting zeolitic-imidazolate framework-8 (ZIF-8) nanoparticles in a polymer have been of considerable interest in separation applications. The fillers used are mostly synthesized using the solvothermal method. In this study, the ZIF-8 nanoparticles were synthesized using a solvent-less and salt-free mechanochemical method and were added to 6FDA-TrMPD polyimide to prepare MMMs. The single gas permeation of C3H6 and C3H8 through the MMMs was investigated. The C3H6 permeability and C3H6/C3H8 ideal selectivity of a 20 wt% mechano-synthesized ZIF-8/6FDA-TrMPD MMM were 70% and 32% higher than those of the neat polymer membrane at 0.1 MPa and 308 K, respectively. The C3H6/C3H8 separation performance of the mechano-synthesized ZIF-8 MMM was similar to that of the conventional solvothermal-synthesized ZIF-8 MMM. This separation performance was in good agreement with the Maxwell model. Temperature and pressure dependence analyses confirmed that the mechano-synthesized ZIF-8 nanoparticles acted as molecular sieves in the MMMs for the C3H6 and C3H8 permeation.  相似文献
