采用湿法工艺处理卡尔多炉炉渣,回收有价金属铅、铋。考察了盐酸浓度、氯化钠浓度、温度、液固比及时间对氯化浸出的影响。结果表明,在液固比5、盐酸浓度1mol/L、氯化钠浓度300g/L、浸出时间2h、浸出温度70℃的较优条件下,铋、铅浸出率分别达到98.53%、90.22%;经中和、置换、酸洗后,得到海绵铅铋中铅铋含量可达94.73%。 相似文献

针对水浸脱铜渣的分金过程,进行浸出有价金属的优化试验,重点研究反应时间、工业硫酸加入量、工业盐加入量、水浸脱铜渣的粒度、液固比、终点电位对碲与铋浸出率的影响,结果表明:银浸出率很低,全部富集在脱金渣中,金、铂、钯的浸出率很高,水浸脱铜渣的粒度对碲与铋的浸出率影响不大。在保证贵金属高浸出率与生产成本控制的基础上,最大程度地提高碲与铋的浸出率,得到比较理想的控制条件为:液固比5∶1,加入NaCl量达到50 g/L,浓硫酸达到10 mL/L,缓慢加入氯酸钠,终点电位为1110 mV,恒温85℃,反应时间4 h。碲的浸出率达到96.56%,铋的浸出率达到80.19%。 相似文献

采用硫酸与氯化钠的混合溶液浸出铜阳极泥卡尔多炉分银渣。结果表明,铋、锑被浸出进入溶液,铅转化为硫酸铅留在浸出渣中,从而实现铅与锑、铋的分离。在硫酸浓度2.5mol/L、氯化钠浓度125g/L、液固比4∶1、温度95℃、浸出时间4h的条件下,铋、锑、铅、银的浸出率分别为98.67%、91.17%、0.56%和0.76%,金几乎不被浸出。 相似文献

以某铜冶炼企业稀贵厂酸浸后的脱铜阳极泥为对象,试验考查了盐酸含量、液固比、反应时间和反应温度等对铋浸出的影响。试验结果表明,在盐酸含量2 mol/L、液固比5:1、反应时间0.5 h、反应温度90℃的条件下,铋具有最佳浸出效果,浸出率约77%,二次浸出后,浸出率可达97%以上,浸出渣率约70%。试验证明,采用盐酸—硫酸体系在卡尔多炉前端浸出脱铜阳极泥中的铋元素,降低卡尔多炉熔炼渣中铋的含量,减轻铋元素在冶炼体系中的富集,提高了卡尔多炉处理能力。 相似文献

酸泥中含硒、铅、银、铜、锌等金属,用亚硫酸钠浸出其中的硒。在浸出过程中,主要研究了Na2SO3浓度、温度、时间、液固比等因素的影响。结果表明,在浸出过程中,硒进入溶液,而其他元素Ag,Cu,Zn,Fe等留在浸出渣中,浸出过程具有良好的选择性,硒的浸出率达到85%~90%。并获得了浸出过程的最佳条件:Na2SO3浓度220 g·L-1,温度120~125℃,反应时间120 min,液固比4∶1。同时研究了在亚硫酸钠浸硒体系中氯化钠及碳酸钠对硒浸出率的影响,在有添加剂氯化钠的条件下,硒浸出率能达到94%~96%,氯化钠的最佳用量是20~25 g·L-1;在添加碳酸钠的条件下,硒浸出率能达到96%~98%,碳酸钠的最佳用量是60~80 g·L-1。 相似文献
