通过对热交换器工作环境的分析和对其性能的研究,以铜翅片替代铝翅片既可以提高空调器制冷效率、又可增加防腐蚀能力。在参考国内铝翅片加工级进模研究理论的基础上,设计了铜翅片加工专用模具。整套模具采用子模分立式的设计方案,各凸、凹模采用分开加工方法,使相同结构尺寸的模具具有结构互换性,可降低加工成本且便于维护。同时进行了加工实验,验证了此模具结构的合理性和可行性,且具有“一模两用”的优点。  相似文献

通过碾铆连接和螺栓连接对复合材料-铝合金进行了连接实验,对两种连接方式的接头进行了静拉伸测试,对比分析了有无垫片和是否粘接两种因素对接头连接强度和能量吸收的影响。结果表明:添加垫圈后,两种接头的峰值载荷趋于一致,但螺栓连接接头的失效位移高于碾铆连接接头,且其能量吸收值比碾铆连接接头高16.29%,有更强的缓冲吸震能力;引入粘接对两种接头的抗拉伸强度影响不大,螺栓连接失效的峰值载荷略高于碾铆连接,两种接头的失效位移和能量吸收基本相同。  相似文献

纤维金属层板铆接损伤是连接件、被连接件以及铆钉等多个复杂结构的耦合损伤行为。为了预测纤维金属层板铆接损伤行为,采用Johnson-Cook失效准则预测金属层损伤,采用三维Hashin损伤准则预测复合材料层损伤,采用脱层失效理论预测层间开裂,理论预测模型的合理性通过了实验验证。通过损伤预测模型分别考察层板铺层数量、铆接预紧力、铝合金分数和结构几何对纤维金属层板铆接损伤行为及铆接刚度的影响,为FMLs铆接设计提供可行性建议。结果表明:铺层数量的增加加剧了层板自由端层间脱层剥离现象,从而降低了层板铆接强度;铝合金分数的增加能够提高层板的铆接强度,但铝合金分数大于50%时铆接强度和铆接比强度反而下降;预紧力的增大能够延缓纤维和基体的萌生,并且提升铆接刚度,使得纤维金属铆接承受更大载荷;随着横宽径比W/D和纵宽径比E/D的递增,铆接极限强度有所提高,当W/D≥3或E/D≥3时,铆接强度不再明显提高。  相似文献

The effect of die design on the die drool phenomenon was investigated for metallocene based LLDPE. It has been found that die exit opening and the flared die design can significantly reduce the die drool phenomenon. Bubble nucleation in a mixture of volatile liquid and polymer melt under shear flow conditions was investigated, using a light scattering technique. In the study, a mixture of polystyrene and trichlorofluoromethane was extruded through a slit die having glass windows and bubble nucleation in the flow channel was observed optically. A He-Ne laser was used to illuminate the nucleating and growing bubbles. The light flux scattered by the growing bubbles at a fixed angle was detected by a photomultiplier with the aid of a high-voltage power supply. The bubble nucleating site in the flow channel was located using a computer controlled tracking system, which was designed to move the entire optical system automatically in the three dimensional space, and also had the ability to follow the software control command and cooperate with the data acquisition system. When the site of bubble nucleation was located, the coordinates of this site in the flow channel and the experimental conditions were automatically recorded on a floppy diskette by entering a software command. The pressure profile along the flow channel was measured by pressure transducers, with the aid of a microprocessor-based pressure reading system. It has been found that the site of bubble nucleation varies with the position in the direction perpendicular to the flow direction, which is attributed to the nonuniform velocity and stress distributions in the slit flow channel. The present investigation suggests that bubble nucleation can be induced either by flow and/or shear stress; specifically, flow-induced bubble nucleation is the dominant mechanism at positions near the center of the die opening, and shear-induced bubble nucleation is the dominant mechanism at positions near the die wall. It should be mentioned that the bubble near the die wall may also be generated by cavitation brought about by the surface roughness of the wall and also by thermal fluctuations due to the heat transfer between the metal (die wall) and the mixture of polymer and volatile component. The present study indicates that bubble nucleation in a shear flow field can occur at an unsaturated condition. This is in contrast to bubble nucleation under static conditions, where supersaturation is necessary.  相似文献

A novel ionic polymer–metal composite (IPMC) actuated stepper motor was developed in order to demonstrate an innovative design process for complete IPMC systems. The motor was developed by utilizing a novel model for IPMC actuators integrated with the complete mechanical model of the motor. The dynamic, nonlinear IPMC model can accurately predict the displacement and force actuation in air for a large range of input voltages as well as accounting for interactions with mechanical systems and external loads. By integrating this geometrically scalable IPMC model with a mechanical model of the motor mechanism an appropriate size IPMC strip has been chosen to achieve the required motor specifications. The entire integrated system has been simulated and its performance verified. The system has been built and the experimental results validated to show that the motor works as simulated and can indeed achieve continuous 360° rotation, similar to conventional motors. This has proven that the model is an indispensable design tool for integrated IPMC actuators into real systems. This newly developed system has demonstrated the complete design process for smart material actuator systems, representing a large step forward and aiding in the progression of IPMCs towards wide acceptance as replacements for traditional actuators.  相似文献

The need of joining methods that best meet the design requirements has led to the increased use of adhesive joints at the expense of welding, fastening and riveting. Hybrid weld-bonded joints are obtained by combining adhesive bonding with a welded joint, providing superior strength and stiffness, and higher resistance to peeling and fatigue. In the present work, an experimental and numerical study of welded, adhesive and hybrid (weld-bonded) T-peel joints under peeling loads is presented. The brittle Araldite® AV138, the moderately ductile Araldite® 2015 and the ductile Sikaforce® 7752 were the considered adhesives. An analysis of the experimental values and a comparison of these values with Finite Element Method (FEM) results in Abaqus® were carried out, which included a stress analysis in the adhesive and strength prediction by Cohesive Zone Models (CZM) considering failure simulation of both the adhesive layer and weld-nugget. It was found that the Sikaforce® 7752 performs best in the bonded and hybrid configurations. The good agreement between the experimental and numerical results enabled the validation of CZM to predict the strength of adhesive and hybrid T-peel joints, giving a basis for reducing the design time and enabling the optimization of these joints.  相似文献
