在不断的实践和探索过程中,对丁二烯自聚物、过氧化物的产生、危害及预防上认识也是逐渐加深的。丁二烯自聚物的存在不仅增大了单体消耗,而且往往堵塞设备、管线、阀门等,影响装置的长周期运行,严重时,会使设备损坏,造成火灾爆炸等恶性事故,对安全生产威胁极大。因此,为了确保安全、稳定、长周期、满负荷生产,必须采取积极措施,防止丁二烯自聚物的形成。本文旨在根据本套装置实际,结合日常生产管理上的一些做法,对长周期开车过程中防止丁二烯自聚物生成的预防做进一步探讨。  相似文献

The polymerization of butadiene was performed with catalysts based on the complex Nd{N(SiMe3)2}3 (1). This amide complex in combination with methyaluminoxane or with a boron compound ([HNMe2Ph][B(C6F5)4], [CPh3][B(C6F5)4] or B(C6F5)3) and Al(iBu)3 showed high activity and stereospecificity in polymerization of butadiene. The cationic complex [Nd{N(SiMe3)2}2(THF)2][B(C6F5)4] (2) was prepared by reaction of 1 and [HNMe2Ph][B(C6F5)4]. The catalyst 2/Al(iBu)3 (ratio Al/Nd: 10/1) was highly active for butadiene polymerization. Copolymerization of butadiene and styrene was performed with the catalytic system Nd{N(SiMe3)2}3/[HNMe2Ph][B(C6F5)4]/Al(iBu)3 (3). Copyright © 2004 Society of Chemical Industry  相似文献

溶剂及丁二烯回收装置是镍系顺丁橡胶生产工艺中的重要组成部分,其能耗占整个装置的40%左右,是顺丁橡胶生产过程中节能降耗的关键工序。某企业原本采用抽余油为溶剂,回收工艺采用六塔流程,后为降低能耗,将抽余油更换为己烷溶剂,并对原有工艺进行了相应改造,如降低溶剂脱重塔的回流量,并对回收油脱水塔塔底产物进行直采。本文结合其生产工艺改造前后的生产情况和实际生产操作数据,应用Aspen Hysys软件分别对改造前和改造后的溶剂回收流程进行建模和模拟,并与实际结果进行对比以验证模拟的准确性。在产品质量符合生产指标的情况下,对比分离要求和能耗,模拟结果表明改造后的流程总能耗降低15.25%,节能效果十分显著,其中回收油脱水塔和溶剂脱重塔的能耗降低最为明显。  相似文献

The synthesis of hydroxyl-terminated cotelomers of 1,3-butadiene and bromostyrene was studied. Hydrogen peroxide was used in solution copolymerization to obtain cotelomers of average molecular weights of 1000–4000. The higher the hydrogen peroxide concentration, the broader the molecular weight distribution. The molecular weight is apparently unaffected by the hydrogen peroxide concentration within the limits studied. The concentration of bromostyrene in the products is correlated with its concentration in the monomers. Microstructure of the cotelomers is analyzed. Vinyl content is about 25% of the butadiene content. A correlation of the glass transition temperatures of the cotelomers with those of pure polybromostyrene and polybutadiene is discussed.  相似文献

An alternating copolymer of propylene and butadiene is prepared with vanadium or titanium compounds and alkylaluminum compounds as the polymerization catalyst. The catalyst should be prepared at extremely low temperature as?70°C and halogen atom is essential to the catalyst activity. Carbonyl compounds such as ketone, acid, ester, acid anhydride, and acid peroxide are very effective additives to the catalyst for enhancement of the molecular weight of the polymer. The potentiometric titration and the ESR study suggest that a divalent vanadium compound associated to form the dimer through chlorine bridge is a precursor of the active species. An anionic copolymerization mechanism involving the alternating coordination of monomers is proposed. The copolymer is always of a 1 : 1 composition irrespective of the composition of monomer feed and the alternating structure of polypropylene and trans-1,4-polybutadiene is estimated from IR and NMR data. The copolymer seems to be a new versatile synthetic rubber having excellent low temperature properties, high rebound, good compatibility with conventional rubbers and high resistance toward aging.  相似文献

Blends of natural rubber (NR) and butadiene rubber (BR) have been studied with or without diblock copolymers of isoprene–butadiene (BIR). It was found that NR/BR blends displayed the optimal properties at about 4 wt % of BIR from the tensile measurements of NR/BR blends. Increase of molecular weight of BIR resulted in the decrease of tensile properties, but had no significant effect on their hardness. Abrasion resistance of rubber blends containing BIR was about 30% higher than that without BIR. The molecular weight of BIR did not show a remarkable effect on the abrasion index. Differential scanning calorimetry and dynamic mechanical analyses of rubber blends suggested a two-phase structure even in the presence of BIR. © 1993 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

采用TiCl4/Mgcl2/芴二醚/Al(Et)3催化体系进行丙烯与丁二烯的共聚合,考察了n(Al)/n(Ti)、聚合温度、丁二烯的用量等聚合工艺条件对共聚反应活性的影响,通过傅里叶变换红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和核磁共振碳谱对共聚物的结构进行了分析和表征。结果表明,丁二烯在共聚物中主要以嵌段形式存在,丁二烯的微观结构主要以反-1,4-结构和1,2-结构为主。当丁二烯用量从0增加到10 g时,共聚物的熔点从156.6℃降低到137.7℃,结晶度由39.3%降低到18.2%。  相似文献
