根据汽车车轮用钢B530CL的使用特点进行成分和工艺设计,采用复合微合金化技术在热轧1750生产线生产出抗拉强度≥530MPa的低成本高强度汽车车轮用钢。研究结果表明:开发的B530CL车轮用钢具备优良的微观组织,稳定的力学性能,优异的冷成型性能,试制的轮辋、轮辐成形合格率高,制作的车轮具有较高的疲劳寿命。  相似文献

通过对普碳钢进行成分微调以及利用控轧控冷工艺在本钢热连轧生产线上开发研制了晶粒尺寸为4~6um,抗拉强度达550 Mpa的低成本高强度商用车车轮钢板.研究结果表明,该钢具有良好的塑性、低温韧性和焊接性能.对Q235B、双相钢DP590和试轧钢板进行的扩孔试验结果表明,试轧钢板亦具有良好的延伸凸缘性能.在某车轮厂,以试轧钢板为材料进行了轮辐试制并对总成车轮进行了动态弯曲疲劳试验.结果表明,轮辐成形合格率达到99%以上,并且在车轮质量降低10%时仍保持较高的疲劳寿命.  相似文献

介绍了安钢在1780 mm热连轧生产线上,利用控轧控冷工艺和微合金强化技术,研发抗拉强度600 MPa级的高强度轻量化商用车车轮用卷板及应用情况.通过对材料进行轮辐试制,轮辐成形合格率达到99%以上,对总成车轮进行了径向和弯曲疲劳试验,其疲劳寿命比SS400提高近6~8倍,并对材料进行焊接和低温韧性试验.试制结果表明,该钢不仅实现了轮辐总重量降低了13%的轻量化,而且具有高的疲劳寿命、良好的塑性、低温韧性和焊接性能.  相似文献

根据汽车桥壳用钢使用特点进行了成分和工艺设计,采用复合微合金化技术在中厚板生产线上生产出60 kg级冲压桥壳专用钢600QK,其力学性能、焊接和冲压性能均满足冲压桥壳的使用要求。疲劳台架试验表明,疲劳寿命均在100万次以上,满足了冲压桥壳轻量化和高疲劳寿命的要求。  相似文献

开发试验的 510CL 钢(/% :0. 08C,0. 07Si,1.25Mn,0. 008P.0. 005S,0. 023Nb,0.018Ti)经半钢脱硫- 200 t顶底复吹转炉-LF-230 mm x 1 650 mm板坯连铸-连轧成5.0 mm板。为了保证车轮钢具有良好的焊接性能,釆用了低碳Nb-Ti微合金化,并结合TMCP(热机械控制轧制工艺)技术开发出500 MPa高强度车轮钢。试验钢的扩 孔率超过100%和焊接性能良好,其冷成形性能和疲劳寿命均达到用户的技术指标,使用后试验钢达到设计要求。  相似文献

在分析火车车轮热疲劳损伤的基础上,用Cleeble-2000热模拟试验机模拟车轮制动过程的热-机械疲劳,测试了峰值温度分别为700℃,600℃和500℃,下限温度均为100℃时,车轮钢在全约束条件下的热疲劳寿命,在试样预加一个压应力情况下,模拟残余应力对车轮钢热疲劳性能的影响,确定了车轮钢的Coffin-Manson方程,为提高车轮轮箍的使用寿命提供理论依据和实验分析。  相似文献

采用旋转弯曲疲劳试验方法研究了新型高强度弹簧钢40Si2CrNi2MoV、44Si2CrV钢的疲劳性能,试验结果表明,在试样回火温度420℃时,44Si2CrV钢试样的疲劳寿命高于40Si2CrNi2MoV钢;而当回火温度480℃或560℃时,40Si2CrNi2MoV钢的疲劳寿命高于44Si2CrV钢。经各种不同的温度回火处理而使其强度接近时,40Si2CrNi2MoV、44Si2CrV钢试样的疲劳寿命均高于60Si2CrVA钢。  相似文献

通过USF-2000超声波疲劳试验机研究了500 kg真空感应炉+电渣重熔冶炼的2000 MPa高强度钢(%:0.45C、2.0Si、0.9Cr、0.001S、0.005P、0.026Al、0.001 5O、0.002 8N)在共振频率20 kHz、载荷比R=-1,共振间隙150 ms时的超高周疲劳破坏行为。结果发现,疲劳裂纹大部分起源于钢中非金属夹杂物(夹杂平均尺寸12.3μm),钢的疲劳强度和寿命随夹杂物增大而降低;内部夹杂物引起的疲劳破坏往往呈鱼眼型;随疲劳断口裂纹源夹杂物处应力场强度因子ΔKinc的减小,钢的疲劳寿命Nf增加。  相似文献
