ISO17025与ISO/IEC导则25相比,主要发生如下变化: 一、名称的变化 从"校准和检测(验)实验室能力的通用要求"改为"检测和校准实验室能力的通用要求".我们知道ISO/IEC导则25至今有四个版本即1978年版和1980年版,这两个版本都是针对检测实验室的;到了1990年版即我国的GB/T15481-1995版才注重于校准实验室和检测实验室两者的活动,但是还是偏重于检测实验室;到了1999版即ISO/IEC17025,是在ISO/IEC导则25和EN45001广泛的实施经验基础上制订的并替代了这两个文件,同时上升为国际标准.它包含了希望证明运作着质量体系,具有技术能力并能出具技术上有效结果的检测和校准实验室应满足的所有要求.

Compliance and KI calibration of double cantilever beam (DCB) specimens

Stress intensity coefficients $\text{K}{}_{\mathrm{I}}\text{BH}\text{3}\text{2}\text{/Pa}$ were derived from experimental compliances for DCB specimens using the Irwin-Kies method. Specimens containing either machined slits or cracks were employed in this study. The stress intensity coefficients were determined for plane strain states of stress and compared to the analyses of Gross and Srawley and Ripling, Mostovoy and Patrick. The K_I calibration for specimens containing machined slits was found to be in excellent agreement with the earlier analyses over the range of a/H values examined. Specimens with cracks also exhibited a K_I calibration in very good agreement with those mentioned above, provided one uses the actual crack-front length Be rather than specimen width B in calculating the stress intensity coefficients.     

KTi6Nb5O25 : A member of a series of chemically twinned rutile oxides (AM3O9) (M2O4)n

A new oxide KTi₆Nb₅O₂₅ with a structure related to that of KTi₂Ta₅O₁₅ (1) has been prepared and described. It crystallizes in the orthorhombic system with unit-cell dimensions $\text{a}\text{= 6.611(4)}\text{A}\text{?}$, $\text{b}\text{= 8.880(8)}\text{A}\text{?}$, $\text{c}\text{= 30.154(18)}\text{A}\text{?}$ and space group Cmcm. The tunnel structure of this oxide has been studied from powder data. It is built up from rutile slabs whose width is determined by strings of six octahedra. This compound may be described as the fourth member of a chemically twinned rutile series (AM₃O₉) (M₂O₄)_n, KTi₂Ta₅O₁₇ being the second member of the series.     

Electrical properties of amorphous Ge15Se60M25 where (M = As or Sn or Bi) films

Thin film samples were prepared from the synthesized amorphous Ge₁₅Se₆₀M₂₅ (where M = Sn or As or Bi) chalcogenide glass compositions by thermal evaporation technique. X-ray analysis shows the amorphous nature of the obtained films. The dc-electrical conductivity was studied for different thicknesses (89-903 nm) as function of temperature in the range (303-413 K) below T_g (glass transition temperature). The obtained results showed that the conduction activation energy has two values indicating the presence of two conduction mechanisms through the investigated range of temperature which can be explained in accordance with Mott and Davis model. The current-voltage characteristics of the investigated samples present a switching phenomenon of memory type. The mean value of the threshold switching voltage increases linearly with increasing film thickness and decreases exponentially with temperature in the investigated range below T_g. The obtained results are explained in accordance with the electrothermal model for the switching process.     

Characterisation of the IRSN CANEL/T400 facility producing realistic neutron fields for calibration and test purposes

The new CANEL/T400 facility has been set-up at the Institute for Radiological Protection and Nuclear Safety (IRSN) to produce a realistic neutron field. The accurate characterisation of this neutron field is mandatory since this facility will be used as a reference neutron source. For this reason an international measuring campaign, involving four laboratories with extensive expertise in neutron metrology and spectrometry, was organised through a concerted EUROMET project. Measurements were performed with Bonner sphere (BS) systems to determine the energy distribution of the emitted neutrons over the whole energy range (from thermal energy up to a few MeV). Additional measurements were performed with proton recoil detectors to provide detailed information in the energy region above 90 keV. The results obtained by the four laboratories are in agreement with each other and are compared with a calculation performed with the MCNP4C Monte-Carlo code. As a conclusion of this exercise, a reliable characterisation of the CANEL/T400 neutron field is obtained.
