Polyaniline/Pd nanoparticles were synthesized via ligand exchange. Pre-prepared water soluble starch/Pd nanoparticles were treated with polyaniline, and washed with water, leading to the small and well-dispersed polyaniline/Pd nanoparticles. The redox state of polyaniline was preserved during the ligand exchange reaction.

n-Decane hydroconversion has been investigated on bifunctional catalysts comprising bimetallic Pt–Pd clusters supported on an AlMCM-41 (nSi/nAl = 23) mesoporous molecular sieve. The catalytic activity of the bimetallic Pt–Pd catalysts is higher than that of the monometallic Pt and Pd catalysts. The good balance between the two catalytic functions, namely acid sites and metal sites, also results in a higher isomer yield at a substantially lower reaction temperature. Moreover, cracking on the metal sites (hydrogenolysis) is largely suppressed over certain bimetallic catalysts.  相似文献

Abstract  

ALD Alumina was utilized as a protective layer to inhibit the sintering of supported nano-sized ALD Pd catalysts in the methanol decomposition reaction carried out at elevated temperatures. The protective ALD alumina layers were synthesized on Pd nanoparticles (1–2 nm) supported on high surface area alumina substrates. Up to a certain over-coat thickness, the alumina protective layers preserved or even slightly enhanced the catalytic activity and prevented sintering of the Pd nanoparticles up to 500 °C.  相似文献

以盐酸为掺杂剂、过渡金属盐为引发剂,制备了煤基聚苯胺(CPANI)和聚苯胺(PANI),探讨了掺杂引发剂及力化学作用对CPANI和PANI导电性能的影响,并研究了CPANI,PANI的红外光谱图.结果表明,在过渡金属盐的作用下,制备的CPANI,PANI具有一定导电性能,这表明过渡金属盐在一定程度上起到了引发苯胺单体聚合的作用,但相对过硫酸铵作为引发剂引发聚合的CPANI,PANI而言,导电性能有一定程度的下降.  相似文献

Polyaniline nanocomposite was prepared in aqueous media by polymerization of aniline using ((NH4)2S2O8) as an oxidant in the presence of dioctyl phthalate (DOP). Also polyaniline/polystyrene (PAn/PS) nanocomposite was prepared in the aqueous solution by polymerization of styrene and aniline using potassium iodate (KIO3) and ammonium peroxy disulfate ((NH4)2S2O8) as oxidant in the presence of dioctyl phthalate (DOP). The PAn and PAn/PS nanocomposites were characterized in terms of morphology, chemical structure and glass transition temperature. The chemical structure, morphology and glass transition temperature of product were studied by Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC).  相似文献

Summary One dimensional linear polyaniline (PANI) tubes (with cavity about 2-3 nm) and three dimensional dendritic PANI fibers (with different length) have been synthesized by chemical oxidation polymerization of aniline doped with stearic acid at room temperature. The shape of the as-prepared PANI could be easily tuned from line to dendriform and to network simply by controlling the concentrations of aniline and stearic acid. Scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy were applied to investigate the various kinds of morphologies. UV-vis absorption spectra and Raman spectra suggested these as-prepared PANI were in conductive emeraldine state and the various kinds of structures could affect their property.  相似文献

采用微乳液聚合法,以苯胺为单体、十二烷基苯磺酸(DBSA)/盐酸(HCl)复合酸掺杂制备了导电聚苯胺,通过红外光谱对其结构进行了表征,考察了合成工艺条件对聚苯胺导电性能的影响,探讨了有机无机复合酸体系对聚苯胺热稳定性的影响。在复合酸十二烷基苯磺酸与盐酸物质的量比为3∶2、复合酸与单体物质的量比为2.0∶1、聚合温度为20℃、聚合时间为10h的优化条件下,所得到的掺杂态聚苯胺导电性能最佳。适当配比的有机无机复合酸掺杂后,导电聚苯胺的热稳定性显著提高。  相似文献

以D-樟脑磺酸为掺杂剂,十二烷基苯磺酸钠为软模板,过硫酸铵为氧化剂,在水溶液体系中通过苯胺原位聚合制备得到聚苯胺纳米纤维,对其进行了紫外和红外的表征,并使用SEM对其形貌进行了观测。进一步研究结果表明,樟脑磺酸的掺杂可促进聚苯胺纳米纤维的形成,并同时起到掺杂剂和软模板的双重作用;通过控制反应的时间,可调节产物的形貌结构。  相似文献

Palladium nanoparticles (Pd‐NPs)/polyaniline (PAni)/titanium (Ti) catalysts were prepared using electroless deposition of Pd‐NPs on PAni matrixes coated on Ti substrate. PAni/Ti electrodes were synthesized by electro‐polymerization of aniline on Ti. The morphology of Pd‐NPs on PAni/Ti electrodes were characterized by scanning electron microscopy technique and results indicated that Pd‐NPs were uniformly dispersed on the surface of PAni film. The electro‐catalytic properties of Pd‐NPs/PAni/Ti catalysts toward oxidation of hydrazine were investigated by different electrochemical methods and results showed that Pd‐NPs/PAni/Ti catalysts have high electrochemical activity.
