复配表面活性剂及助表面活性剂制备得到甲醇微乳柴油,通过分析测定不同配方比例下微乳液粒度与运动黏度并进行正交实验考察不同实验条件对微乳液运动黏度的作用等方法,研究甲醇微乳柴油的稳定性及其影响因素。结果表明:在表面活性剂不同复配比例的条件下,平均粒径31.86—53.91 nm,分布集中对称,黏度指数较小;以叔丁醇为助表面活性剂时制备的微乳液平均粒径22.57 nm,随着助表面活性剂用量的不断增加,微乳液粒径分布逐渐集中,平均粒径下降,黏度指数减小,稳定性增强;对甲醇微乳柴油的稳定性影响程度依次为甲醇质量分数>温度>搅拌时间>助表面活性剂用量>搅拌速度。  相似文献

针对乙醇与柴油互溶性差的特点,采用添加表面活性剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO3)和助溶剂正戊醇的方法,改变乙醇柴油的微乳化性能。并通过实验考察了它们的最佳复配比,通过乙醇、柴油、稳定剂体系的拟三元相图,考察了温度对其稳定性的影响。最后对乙醇柴油的主要物性进行了测定。通过一系列实验得知,醇类可以作为乙醇柴油混合燃料的助溶剂,正戊醇的助溶效果相对较好;随着温度的降低,乙醇柴油的微乳化液会逐渐变浑浊,最终会分离;乙醇、助溶剂和表面活性剂的加入会降低乙醇柴油的闪点;表面活性剂AEO3作为乳化剂,在醇类稳定剂助溶下(例如AEO3:正戊醇=1:4)制成的乙醇柴油微乳液,稳定时间可达二个月以上。  相似文献

乙醇柴油的开发有助于缓和石油系燃料的供需矛盾,同时乙醇柴油的使用可以减轻汽车尾气对大气的污染。为提高乙醇柴油的稳定性,文章采用乳化与互溶法制备在一定温度范围内稳定存在的乙醇柴油微乳液,研究了不同表面活性剂和助溶剂对该体系的乳化和助溶效果,并探讨了温度对该体系的影响。在此基础上,对表面活性剂AEO-3与正庚醇的复配效果进行研究。  相似文献

从助溶剂、表面活性剂、水质等不同影响因子对苯醚甲环唑微乳剂理化性质的影响进行了研究,测定了其低温和热贮稳定性等理化性状。结果表明,表面活性剂的HLB值〉11.5、助溶剂为甲醇时配制的微乳剂较好,不同水质均可配出外观均相透明的微乳剂,采用适当的离子/非离子表面活性剂搭配可以在表面活性剂用量较低时获得稳定的微乳剂。  相似文献

本文介绍了微乳柴油的组成,确定了柴油、水、表面活性剂、助表面活性剂的质量配比对微乳柴油的最大溶水量的影响。研究结果表明:表面活性剂油酸:氨水比例为1:1.8、助表面活性剂正丁醇所占体积的5%、聚合氯化铝用量为0.7%时,其溶水量为最大,制得微乳柴油稳定时间在一个月以上,其粘度符合燃油国家标准。  相似文献

利用非离子型表面活性剂复配制备W/O柴油微乳液,并以油、水、表面活性剂 助表面活性剂为三组分做出相图。通过微乳液相区面积考察不同因素对制备柴油微乳液的影响。因素包括不同表面活性剂的复配,不同的助表面活性剂及助表面活性剂与表面活性剂的比(m(C)∶m(T))。并用不同浓度的碱液代替水相,考察碱液对柴油微乳液形成的影响。结果表明最佳实验条件为:表面活性剂复配比为0.667,m(C)∶m(T)=0.3,助剂为正丁醇,碱液质量分数为0.1%。利用HLB值理论和界面膜理论对实验结果进行了分析。  相似文献

复配油酸,二乙醇胺,span80,op-4四种表面活性剂,将其加入到加甲醇柴油混合体系中,制备甲醇柴油微乳液,并采用正交试验方法与粘度指数法,考察了制备温度,搅拌时间,搅拌速度,助表面活性剂用量,甲醇含量5种因素对甲醇柴油微乳液稳定性的影响程度。实验结果表明,当m(油酸)/m(二乙醇胺)/m(span80)/m(OP-4)=10∶2∶3∶2时,可增溶甲醇量最大,正交试验结果表明:样品粘度指数最小,50℃恒温前后的粘度变化最小,为稳定性最佳的甲醇柴油微乳液配方,显著性检验结果表明影响因素作用程度依次为:甲醇含量制备温度搅拌时间助剂用量搅拌速度。在试验温度为30℃,搅拌时间为12 min,搅拌速度为300 r/min时,添加甲醇质量分数为5%的实验条件下制备甲醇柴油微乳液。  相似文献

主要介绍了一种新型的绿色有机替代燃料,即以价格低廉的棕榈油、甲醇为主要替代原料,替代部分柴油.以中等碳链脂肪醇为助溶剂,乳化甲醇、棕榈油、柴油混合燃料,配制成W/O微乳液.实验分别考察了棕榈油的增溶作用和正丙醇、异丙醇、正丁醇、异丁醇、正戊醇的助溶效果,同时考察了温度对乳液稳定性的影响.实验表明,植物油的加入使得油与甲醇的互溶性增加,异丁醇的助溶效果最好.助溶剂和温度是影响甲醇/植物油/柴油混合燃料稳定性的重要凶素.随温度变化,形成热力学稳定的微乳液所需要加入的助溶剂的量不同.CoCl<,2>试纸检验结果表明,所制备的微乳液均为W/O类型.  相似文献

Despite its industrial importance, the subject of freeze-thaw (F/T) stability of latex coatings has not been studied extensively. There is also a lack of fundamental understanding about the process and the mechanisms through which a coating becomes destabilized. High pressure (2100 bar) freezing fixes the state of water-suspended particles of polymer binder and inorganic pigments without the growth of ice crystals during freezing that produce artifacts in direct imaging scanning electron microscopy (SEM) of fracture surfaces of frozen coatings. We show that by incorporating copolymerizable functional monomers, it is possible to achieve F/T stability in polymer latexes and in low-VOC paints, as judged by the microstructures revealed by the cryogenic SEM technique. Particle coalescence as well as pigment segregation in F/T unstable systems are visualized. In order to achieve F/T stability in paints, latex particles must not flocculate and should provide protection to inorganic pigment and extender particles. Because of the unique capabilities of the cryogenic SEM, we are able to separate the effects of freezing and thawing, and study the influence of the rate of freezing and thawing on F/T stability. Destabilization can be caused by either freezing or thawing. A slow freezing process is more detrimental to F/T stability than a fast freezing process; the latter actually preserves suspension stability during freezing. In 2002–2004, we examined the flight responses of 49 species of native and exotic bark and ambrosia beetles (Coleoptera: Scolytidae and Platypodidae) to traps baited with ethanol and/or (−)-α-pinene in the southeastern US. Eight field trials were conducted in mature pine stands in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Funnel traps baited with ethanol lures (release rate, about 0.6 g/day at 25–28°C) were attractive to ten species of ambrosia beetles (Ambrosiodmus tachygraphus, Anisandrus sayi, Dryoxylon onoharaensum, Monarthrum mali, Xyleborinus saxesenii, Xyleborus affinis, Xyleborus ferrugineus, Xylosandrus compactus, Xylosandrus crassiusculus, and Xylosandrus germanus) and two species of bark beetles (Cryptocarenus heveae and Hypothenemus sp.). Traps baited with (−)-α-pinene lures (release rate, 2–6 g/day at 25–28°C) were attractive to five bark beetle species (Dendroctonus terebrans, Hylastes porculus, Hylastes salebrosus, Hylastes tenuis, and Ips grandicollis) and one platypodid ambrosia beetle species (Myoplatypus flavicornis). Ethanol enhanced responses of some species (Xyleborus pubescens, H. porculus, H. salebrosus, H. tenuis, and Pityophthorus cariniceps) to traps baited with (−)-α-pinene in some locations. (−)-α-Pinene interrupted the response of some ambrosia beetle species to traps baited with ethanol, but only the response of D. onoharaensum was interrupted consistently at most locations. Of 23 species of ambrosia beetles captured in our field trials, nine were exotic and accounted for 70–97% of total catches of ambrosia beetles. Our results provide support for the continued use of separate traps baited with ethanol alone and ethanol with (−)-α-pinene to detect and monitor common bark and ambrosia beetles from the southeastern region of the US.  相似文献

Halyomorpha halys (Stål) (Pentatomidae), called the brown marmorated stink bug (BMSB), is a newly invasive species in the eastern USA that is rapidly spreading from the original point of establishment in Allentown, PA. In its native range, the BMSB is reportedly attracted to methyl (E,E,Z)-2,4,6-decatrienoate, the male-produced pheromone of another pentatomid common in eastern Asia, Plautia stali Scott. In North America, Thyanta spp. are the only pentatomids known to produce methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoate [the (E,Z,Z)-isomer] as part of their pheromones. Methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoates were field-tested in Maryland to monitor the spread of the BMSB and to explore the possibility that Thyanta spp. are an alternate host for parasitic tachinid flies that use stink bug pheromones as host-finding kairomones. Here we report the first captures of adult and nymph BMSBs in traps baited with methyl (E,E,Z)-2,4,6-decatrienoate in central Maryland and present data verifying that the tachinid, Euclytia flava (Townsend), exploits methyl (E,Z,Z)-2,4,6-decatrienoate as a kairomone. We also report the unexpected finding that various isomers of methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoate attract Acrosternum hilare (Say), although this bug apparently does not produce methyl decatrienoates. Other stink bugs and tachinids native to North America were also attracted to methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoates. These data indicate there are Heteroptera in North America in addition to Thyanta spp. that probably use methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoates as pheromones. The evidence that some pentatomids exploit the pheromones of other true bugs as kairomones to find food or to congregate as a passive defense against tachinid parasitism is discussed.  相似文献
