Effective maintenance is a key for infrastructures′ high operational reliability. The integration of corrective repairs and schedule-based failure preventions has been a mainstream of modern maintenance, and an associated policy-making technique, delay-time modelling, is overviewedin this paper for optimising the maintenance cost-efficiency in different practical scenarios, including imperfect, opportunistic and nested maintenance. A few typical examples of its applications in minimising maintenance operating expenses are discussed in this paper and their results are explained to better demonstrate the benefits of the technique. This work aims to prepare for the future applications of the delay-time modelling in railway maintenance policy making.  相似文献

In recent years,urban rail transit (URT) systems have rapidly developed in China,however,their existing strategies for vehicle maintenance are still based on experiential and qualitative methods which result in either high cost or emergencies.In this paper,a tentative attempt at introducing the fuzzy set theory into quantitative analysis and assessment of URT trains’ failures was presented.Based on the proposed FMEA-fuzzy model,a computer aided system for URT maintenance optimization was developed.The overall structure and procedure of the system were described in detail,and the important issues,including the development environment,improvement to FMEA table,acquisition of weight distribution matrix P,and setting of fuzzy vector R,were also discussed.Initial application into the vehicle maintenance of Shanghai Metro System shows,that the proposed model and computer aided system have a good performance and consequently are worth further development.  相似文献

The buildings construction safety problems contain various safetyhidden dangers that caused by the human unsafe behaviors, the substance unsafe conditions, operation environment unsafe factors and management defects. The authors summarize comprehensively the problems of buildings construction safety in China at present based on grasping the whole safety status of buildings construction, and the synthetic countermeasures including the systems about laws, management, technology and education civilization for buildings construction safety management are brought up based on the viewpoint of safety system theory. In this paper, the failure mechanism of electronic equipment was analysed. Aiming at the limitation of traditional maintenance modes, modern maintenance strategy was put forward on the basis of reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) combined with condition-based maintenance (CBM)and maintenance efficiency review (MER). A maintenance management information system was constructed for electronic equipment for the purpose of failure analysis, reliability evaluation, and maintenance decisions such as time, mode, and plan. The best maintenance time could be predicted with failure analysis and reliability evaluation, which was mainly influenced by environmental stress. Suitable maintenance modes should be determined from equipment importance, failure aftereffect, maintenance condition, and economical power so as to ensure equipment reliability and decrease the requirement of the maintenance source.  相似文献

Lead halide perovskite solar cells(PSCs)have been rapidly developed in the past decade.Owing to its excellent power conversion efficiency with robust and low-cost fabrication,perovskite quickly becomes one of the most promising candidates for the next-generation photovoltaic technology.With the development of PSCs,the interface engineering has witnessed its increasingly critical role in maximizing the device performance as well as the long-term stability,because the interfaces in PSCs are closely correlated with the defect management,carrier dynamics and surface passivation.This review focuses on interfacial modification between the perovskite active layer and the charge transport layer,as well as the recent advances on high-efficiency and stable PSCs driven by interface engineering strategies.The contributing roles of interface engineering in terms of defect passivation,inhibiting ion migration,optimization of energy band alignment and morphological control are discussed.Finally,based on the latest progress and advances,strategies and opportunities for the future research on interface engineering for PSCs are proposed to promote the development of perovskite photovoltaic technology.  相似文献

Qinshan Phase Ⅲ (PHWR) Nuclear Power Plant, the first commercial heavy water reactor nuclear power plant in China, was the biggest trade project performed between the governments of China and Canada. As the owner, the Third Qinshan Nuclear Power Company (TQNPC) persisted in independent innovation management during the project construction, commissioning and selfdependent operation, efficiently realizing the three controls of the project, i.e. quality control, schedule control and investment control, and persisted in technical improvement on the basis of digestion and absorption of CANDU6 technology to improve the unit safety and reliability. The project construction practice has helped China’s nuclear power project management to becomeprogrammed, computerized, standardized and internationalized management from the existing basis. After completion of the project, with unit safe and steady operation as the prerequisite, TQNPC performed several technical modifications and innovations to continuously improve the unit performance. In the area of staff development, TQNPC paid much attention to cultivation of corporate culture, strengthed staff training and built up a good circulating mechanism with staff training and project construction promoting each other. Further to “Zero Breakthrough” and a new step forward of locolization successfully realized in Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant and Nuclear Power Qinshan Joint Venture Company, the improvement and developemnt of nuclear power project management level in Qinshan Phase Ⅲ (PHWR) Nuclear Power Plant provided reference for promotion of nuclear power development in China and standardized management of introducing large imported project.  相似文献

As is known,widespread fatigue damage ( WFD) is a common phenomenon of aging aircraft being a negative impact on safety and reliability. The current FAR 25. 571( b) requires that"An LOV ( Limit of Validity) must be established,during which it is demonstrated that widespread fatigue damage will not occur in the aircraft structures". The FAA issued AC 91-82A in August 2011 providing guidance on developing and implementing a Fatigue Management Program ( FMP) system to address in-service issues for metallic fatigue critical structures. This action brings new challenges to aircraft manufacturers in China. This paper introduces the problem of widespread fatigue damage including the MSD( multiple site damage) and MED( multiple element damage) and the differences between them and the steps to establish the LOV / ELOV( Extended limit of validity) . Authors in this paper is also proposing some management indicators to control WFD during the design phase and maintenance. Developing and implementing the management indicators to address WFD which are involved in the FMP system may provide guidance on the estimation and management to address WFD for present and future aircraft. An intelligent machine is the earnest aspiration of people. From the point of view to construct an intelligent machine with self-monitoring and self-diagnosis abilities, the technology for realizing an internet oriented embedded intelligent condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system for the rotating machine with remote monitoring, diagnosis, maintenance and upgrading functions is introduced systematically. Based on the DSP ( Digital Signal Processor) and embedded microcomputer, the system can measure and store the machine work status in real time, such as the rotating speed and vibration, etc. In the system, the DSP chip is used to do the fault signal processing and feature extraction, and the embedded microcomputer with a customized Linux operation system is used to realize the internet oriented remote software upgrading and system maintenance. Embedded fault diagnosis software based on mobile agent technology is also designed in the system, which can interconnect with the remote fault diagnosis center to realize the collaborative diagnosis. The embedded condition monitoring and fault diagnosis technology proposed in this paper will effectively improve the intelligence degree of the fault diagnosis system.  相似文献
