Conclusions The effect of metallizing conditions and of deposited metal content on the physicomechanical properties and heat-resistance of original and metallized fibre specimens has been investigated.It has been found that heat-treatment under the conditions of metallization or the introduction of metal up to 4.2% by wt. essentially does not impair the strength characteristics of the fibre, and considerably improves its elastic properties.The heat-resistance of the metallized fibres exceeds that of the original Nitron fibre.Tashkent Institute of Textile and Light Industry. Conclusions The effect of metallizing conditions and Ni content on the structural and mechanical properties of Nitron fibre has been investigated.It has been shown that the metallization temperature-time regime leads to changes both in the amorphous and also in the crystalline regions of PAN fibre; these are connected with a compaction in polymer structure.The Ni content of the fibre significantly affects its structure and thermomechanical properties. Conclusion The kinetic and thermodynamic parameters of the interaction of Nitron gel-fibre with aqueous solutions of sorbitan S and sorbital S-20 have been determined. Conclusions The effect of surface-active agents on the surface tension of polyacrylonitrile (PAN) spinning solutions has been studied.It has been found that introducing SAS into the precipitation bath increases fibre-formation stability. Conclusions The process of alkaline hydrolysis of nitrile groups in hydrazided Nitron fibre has been studied.
