The parameters of acoustic emission (AE) generated during crystal growth and dissolution are described. An explanation of detected radiation is proposed within the framework of the hypothesis of beats during the summation of a large number of vibrations with similar frequencies, which can be generated by both suprapremolecular water complexes and individual molecules. The fundamental possibility of evaluating the kinetics of crystallization, dissolution, and melting processes on the basis of data from AE investigations is shown.  相似文献

The changes in the design of the 18–578 solebar with a boxlike cross section required the development of a new scheme of arrangement of acoustic-emission (AE) transducers and improvement of both technique and software. All sources that were detected during AE testing were divided according to their degree of hazard into passive and critically active ones. Location grids that specified the rejection levels were imposed on the tested zones under study. In the refined technique, linear location was used, which made it possible to preserve the reliability of the investigation results and reduce the labor intensiveness of the AE testing.  相似文献

Information content of various measured acoustic emission (AE) parameters of coal seams is analyzed. A concept for selection of informative features of AE signals has been formulated. The emergence of delta-coupling of AE acts has been detected on early stages of destruction. The paper suggests determining the onset of a predestructive state by detecting deviations of statistical characteristics of AE pulses from their stable forms (adequate to purely random processes). A technique for diagnosing the predestructive state and for estimating the concentration and growth rate of flawed sites based on positions of extremal points on curves of AE pulse frequency is described.  相似文献

A procedure for diagnosing flows of nonequilibrium rarefied plasma using cylindrical and flat calorimetric probes also connected as a Langmuir probe has been developed. It is shown that this procedure can be used to determine the full set of local values of the main kinetic parameters for the neutral and charged components of a collisionless plasma flow.  相似文献

The efficiency of using luminescent radiation convertors based on luminophors with different chemical compositions in X-ray diagnostics is evaluated. The dependences of the spectral sensitivity of radiation convertors in the energy range from 10 keV to 20 MeV are given. It is revealed that a higher radiative contrast is reached during X-ray diagnostics of items made of plastic and Al-Mg alloys using luminescent convertors based on “light” luminophors.  相似文献

Applications of magnetic indicator packages to magnetic-powder NDT are discussed. The sensitivity of this NDT technique can comply with GOST 21105-87 State Standard. The widthd of the deposited powder ridge as a function of magnetic field and flaw parameters is analyzed. A device for studying adsorption processes in metals and alloys is described. The big-drop technique employed in the device allows for studying the adsorption kinetics of a surface-active component on a liquid binary alloy surface by the time changes of the surface tension of a freshly formed surface. A method of localizing acoustic-emission signals from flaws of a welded joint during its cooling is considered. Aluminum and titanium inserts were used to simulate flaws of the welded joint. The developed technique of clustering made it possible to exclude noise accompanying the processes of welding and cooling the welded joint. The welded specimens were tested on an MTS-50 loading machine. At the finishing stage, specimens with double-sided welded joints containing titanium inserts were subjected to metallographic analysis.  相似文献
