结合企业内部管理、经营状况、客户评价与社会影响等多方面因素,构建了多层次的汽车维修企业质量信誉评价指标体系,引入层次分析法确定各评价指标的权重,同时利用多级模糊综合评价方法对汽车维修企业质量信誉指标构建评价矩阵,求出模糊评价结果,确定汽车维修企业质量信誉等级。通过实际案例验证,该方法可行,有利于行业监管评比和企业自查。 相似文献

为提高汽车安全带生产现场质量检测效率,根据《QC/T987—2014汽车安全带卷收器性能要求和试验方法》搭建实验平台,采集卷收器合格品与次品工作过程中的声音信号,将卷积注意力模块(CBAM)嵌入残差网络(ResNet-18)残差块之前,设计CBAM-ResNet-18“Before Blocks”模型,对采集到的卷收器声音信号进行分类。与不加注意力机制的ResNet-18模型、在残差块后加注意力机制的CBAM-ResNet-18“Within Blocks”模型、传统分类模型支持向量机和随机森林相比,模型在卷收器声音信号分类任务中的混淆矩阵、准确率、精确率、召回率和F1值等方面均表现良好。实验结果表明:所设计的模型对于基于声音信号的汽车安全带卷收器质量检测十分有效。 相似文献

本文从响亮度、厚重感、金属感、精致感、紧凑感和关门舒适感6个维度对关门声品质进行主观评价,并识别与主观评价维度相对应的客观评价指标。相关性分析验证:响亮度评价指标为响度,厚重感评价指标为20~100 Hz频段能量,金属感评价指标为5 000~10 000 Hz频段能量,精致感评价指标为比值G,关门舒适感评价指标为最小关门速度。同时结合小波频谱分析、特征响度曲线分析和尖锐度曲线分析,从多方面对关门声品质进行研究,从而为关门声品质研发提供更为全面的主观评价方法,并为开关门声品质前期设计提供新思路。 相似文献

汽车关门声品质评价是汽车噪声、振动和声振粗糙度(Noise vibration and harshness,NVH)的重要研究内容之一.针对汽车关门声品质评价问题,基于伪WIGNER-VILLE分布,研究提出一个新的声品质评价参数——基于伪WIGNER-VILLE分布的声品质评价参数(Sound metric based on pseudo WIGNER-VILLE distribution,SMPWVD).在进行汽车关门声品质评价时,先采集汽车关门声音信号,计算其伪WIGNER-VILLE分布,再对得到的伪WIGNER-VILLE分布系数进行数值处理,即可得到新的声品质评价参数——SMPWVD.为评价该参数的有效性,将该参数与传统的声品质评价参数(响度,尖锐度)一起,分别与主观评价试验得出的关门声品质偏好性绩效值进行相关性分析.结果表明,所提出的新评价参数SMPWVD与声品质主观偏好性绩效值有更高的相关性,能更准确地评价汽车关门声品质. 相似文献

基于GA-BP的汽车风振噪声声品质预测模型 总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0
目前对于汽车风振噪声的优化研究主要以声压级(Sound pressure level,SPL)作为单一评价指标,既不能全面反映噪声的物理属性,也无法考虑人耳对噪声的主观认知过程。为准确评价风振噪声,引入声品质,运用大涡模拟(Large eddy simulation,LES)对风振噪声进行数值仿真,根据实车道路试验判断仿真的准确性;对仿真结果进行声品质客观评价与主观评价,综合声品质客观评价参数与声品质主观评价试验结果建立BP神经网络预测模型;利用遗传算法(Genetic algorithm,GA),进一步对BP神经网络的结构参数进行优化,建立GA-BP声品质预测模型。研究结果表明,GA-BP声品质预测模型在训练速度和预测精度上都优于BP神经网络预测模型。预测模型基于声品质主客观评价结果,其预测值可以代替传统的声压级评价指标,为风振噪声提供更为准确合理的评价。 相似文献

针对国内经济型轿车的设计、质量不好和日益增长的需求之间的矛盾.必须从客户角度设计,控制汽车制造质量.为了解决客户主观、模糊化的需求信息,必须把质量需求信息定量化.结合人对质量认知的绝对与相对因素,必须从企业形象、使用质量和性价比三个因素进行客户质量需求分析.根据人的认知过程的特殊性,三个因素之间存在很大的相关性.三个因素分别根据层次法建立指标体系,在假设三个因素存在线形相关的前提下,建立结构方程组模型.为了避免人为构建的指标之间的共线性关系,以偏最小二乘法为基础进行数据处理,以追求更真实,科学的分析结果.通过客户需求信息的定量化,将可以形成以数据驱动的形式指导企业的设计和质量生产行为. 相似文献

Because of e-commerce and the global economy, industries are challenged by world markets and modern enterprise morphologies,
such as agile supply chains, expanded companies and virtual enterprises. Enterprises are thinking more and more about the
market, customers and suppliers. Product quality is judged by the global market and the customers in the world village, and
not only by the domestic market and customers. Enterprise quality assurance systems not only cover internal functional departments
in an enterprise, but are expanding to external parties, such as customers, partners and suppliers, so, an expanded enterprise’s
core competencies or leadership capabilities in quality assurance have to be strengthened by the complementary capabilities
of partners. The traditional quality assurance technologies have to be innovated. It is reasonable that "customer focus" and
"mutually beneficialsupplier relationships" blend into the core concepts of a quality management philosophy. As tools used
by enterprises to support quality management, quality information management systems (QIMS) have to capture quality information
from both internal and external parties, and to facilitate the communication environment, in order to share quality information
among enterprises, customers and suppliers. Because of this, it is impossible for a traditional quality information management
system based on the Intranet to meet these needs. In this paper, a model of the expanded enterprise is extended. A concept
model and a functional model of the quality information management system based on Internet/Extranet/Intranet (IEI-QIS) are
proposed. The system is able to integrate quality information from the enterprise, product customers and suppliers, and serves
as a powerful tool to benefit the quality management of modern enterprises. A browser/server-based and the three-layer system
architecture of IEI-QIS are also investigated.

The gear whine sound of an axle system is one of the most important sound qualities in a sport utility vehicle (SUV). Previous
work has shown that, because of masking effects, it is difficult to evaluate the gear whine sound objectively by using only
the A-weighted sound pressure level. In this paper, a new objective evaluation method for this sound was developed by using
new sound metrics, which are developed based on the increment of signal to noise ration and the psychoacoustic parameters
in the paper, and the artificial neural network (ANN) used for the modeling of the correlation between objective and subjective
evaluation. This model developed by using ANN was applied to the objective evaluation of the axle-gear whine sound for real
SUVs and the output of the model was compared with subjective evaluation. The results indicate a good correlation of over
90 percent between the subjective and objective evaluations.

This paper presents the correlation between psychological and physiological acoustics for automobile sounds. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the quality of the interior sound in passenger cars based on electroencephalogram (EEG). Previous objective evaluation method of sound quality involved the use of sound metrics based on psychological acoustics. The proposed method employed not only the psychological but also the physiological acoustics. In this work, the sounds of seven premium passenger cars were recorded, and they were evaluated subjectively by 33 people. The correlation between the subjective rating and the sound metrics was calculated based on psychological acoustics. Finally, the correlation between the subjective rating and the brain EEG was also calculated. Based on these results, a new evaluation system for evaluating the quality of the interior sounds of passenger cars was developed based on bio-signals. 相似文献
