本文报道了一种非接触型双功能磁敏旋转传感器,能同时测量磁性旋转体的旋转速度和旋转方向。它由利用半导体平面工艺在InSb单晶片上制成的桥式连结的InSb电阻和永磁铁构成。分析了旋转传感器的核心敏感元件InSb磁敏电阻及传感器的电路结构、工作原理。对传感器的特性进行了测量,实验结果符合理论设计。  相似文献

介绍一种新型磁敏传感元件:Z元件,对其伏安特性和磁特性进行研究,给出了实验结果。用该元件研制了阵列式触觉传感器,设计了由单片机控制的阵列扫描电路、数据采集电路以及接口电路,实现了触觉的测量。由于Z元件的特殊特性,其应用电路极其简单。  相似文献

本文从磁路和电路的结合出发,提出了在矩阵变压器上集成电感,通过电路的有效组合实现了解耦集成,形成了阵列式解耦集成磁件,然后,将其平面化,从而形成了阵列式平面集成磁件。阵列式平面集成磁件的平面化和阵列式结构使其达到了轻、小、薄的目的,并降低了损耗。仿真和实验表明本文提出的阵列式平面集成磁件具有良好的性能。  相似文献

本文对现有的两种磁元件集成方法(解耦型和耦合型)及各自特点做了简要介绍。针对以Buck+Half-Bridge两级电路为拓扑的VRM,鉴于其后级电路采取固定占空比的PWM控制,经分析得出解耦型磁元件集成方案比非解耦型磁元件集成方案更为适合。在确定方案之后,再结合VRM低压大电流输出的特点,提出一种适用的磁元件集成结构。借助Ansoft/Maxwell 2D对所设计的集成磁元件进行了损耗分析,并通过比较总结了该集成磁元件在损耗和体积两方面的良好表现。  相似文献

本文研究了利用具有近零磁致伸缩系数钴基非晶态合金丝研制的新型磁场传感器,提出了采用单非晶丝磁芯双绕组结构的磁敏探头,改善了多谐振荡桥路的对称性,并通过引入负反馈形成的闭环测量系统,使非晶磁芯工作于零场附近的线性区域,从而使传感器的线性测量范围,线性度、温度稳定性及动态特性指标得以提高,对传感器的工作原理进行了分析,并设计了该传感器的信号处理电路,对研制中的关键技术作了介绍,给出了部分测试结果。  相似文献

在开关电源中存储和传递直流功率,会在磁件铁心中产生较大的直流偏磁,限制了磁件铁心利用率和电源性能的提高。该文依据削减和消除直流偏磁的思想,提出一种用于两通道交错并联型Buck变换器的可削减直流偏磁的集成磁件结构,建立了集成磁件的等效磁路和电路模型,分析了集成磁件的交、直流磁通分布及其对变换器动态响应速度、稳态电流纹波和输出电流波形的影响,给出了集成磁件的设计公式,完成了采用这种集成磁件的两通道交错并联型Buck变换器原理样机设计,通过理论分析和实验证明该文提出的可削减直流偏磁的集成磁件结构与现有结构相比具有诸多优点。  相似文献

Over the last few years an integrated circuit fabrication laboratory intended primarily for use by undergraduates has been developed within the School of Electrical Engineering at Purdue University. Operating under the principle that integrated circuit design and laboratory practice are inseparable, the main objective was to allow the undergraduate student to acquire a working knowledge of how transistors, thin- and thick-film circuits, MOS field-effect transistors, and integrated circuits are fabricated. The emphasis is on how to fabricate the device in the laboratory and then to evaluate the device both electrically and metallurgically. This paper describes in detail how a device laboratory was organized for undergraduates with a minimal background in experimental technique.  相似文献

Recent US Bureau of Mines sponsored research aimed at virtually eliminating electrocutions on dc utilization circuits has resulted in an effective dc circuit protection device, called a sensitive ground fault relay (GFR). This relay can detect and act to interrupt small deadly ground currents that can trigger ventricular fibrillation in humans while ignoring spurious power system signals. Initially relay performance criteria were established to ensure reliability for mine duty as well as effectiveness for shock prevention. Mineworthy prototypes, consisting of a saturable-transformer current sensor and an electronic relay, were constructed. They complied with the performance standards in laboratory tests.  相似文献

In this paper a methodology for performing electrothermal analyses on integrated circuits is introduced. Using the relaxation method, standard electrical and thermal simulators, which are often used in the design process, are coupled through an efficient interface program. The simulator is capable of performing steady-state and transient analysis at device and chip levels. A variable-time-step technique has been implemented to reduce the computational time for a given set of computational resources. The simulator has been validated on different structures such as the bipolar junction transistor to predict the temperature distribution and the device performance in an amplifier circuit and an integrated current-mirror circuit. The simulation results are compared to experimental results to verify the performance of the electrothermal simulator and the accuracy of the thermal model. Simulation results demonstrate that the approach is suitable to model the thermal effects of integrated circuits in a more time-efficient, accurate and user-friendly fashion.  相似文献

Microelectronic circuits are often damaged by surges. Surge protection for microelectronic circuits has some special requirements that are different than those for electrical equipment. The approach that the surge invades microelectronic circuits is studied in this paper. The surge withstand capability of some typical serial communication integrated chips, the behaviors of voltage-limiting components, and the influence of the connecting capacitance of a voltage-clamping device on digital signals are studied. Laser stimulation (LS) has become a common technique of failure localization in integrated circuits (ICs). In optical-beam-induced resistivity change, thermally induced voltage alteration, Seebeck effect imaging, soft defect localization, etc., device modules with special passive and active device properties are the subject of stimulation effects. This paper investigates in detail the behavior and equivalent circuit models of most commonly used IC components, passives such as metal and polysilicon interconnect resistors and thermoelectric junctions, and actives like p-n diodes and field-effect transistors under illumination from both chip frontside and backside. The systematic characterization of the results improves the evaluation of LS analysis in failing circuits.  相似文献
