以白花蛇舌草为原料,选取乙酸乙酯为提取剂,采用微波辅助提取白花蛇舌草中的豆甾醇。以豆甾醇的提取率为考察指标,在单因素实验的基础上,通过正交试验L9(34)对提取工艺进行了优化,结果表明,微波辅助提取白花蛇舌草中豆甾醇的最佳提取工艺条件为:微波温度60℃、微波时间3 min、微波功率500 W,液料比9 mL/g。在此最佳工艺条件下,豆甾醇的提取率可达到为21.18%。  相似文献

以枳椇子、决明子、余甘子为主要原料,采用正交实验,确定枳椇子、决明子、余甘子的最佳浸提条件和最佳配方,实验结果表明:枳椇子最佳浸提条件为料水比1∶8,浸提温度为55℃,浸提时间为2.5h;决明子最佳浸提条件为料水比1∶20,浸提温度为55℃,浸提时间为2.5h;余甘子子最佳浸提条件为料水比1∶12,浸提温度为65℃,浸提时间为2.5h;最佳配方为枳椇子汁10%,决明子汁25%,余甘子汁5%,红枣浓缩汁5%,柠檬酸0.2%,羧甲基纤维素钠0.1%。  相似文献

用碱提酸沉法研究提取狗舌草蛋白的最佳工艺条件。结果表明影响狗舌草蛋白质提取率的主次因素依次为浸提温度>浸提时间>料液比>水提液pH,最佳工艺条件是料液比1∶35,pH8.5,温度45℃,时间20min;此时提取液在pH6时蛋白沉淀率为67.5%。  相似文献

以人参为原料制作人参饮料。以人参皂甙含量为指标,确定了人参的最佳浸提工艺,并通过正交试验得到人参饮料配方。试验结果表明,人参最佳浸提条件为:浸提温度90℃、浸提时间60min、料液比1∶10;人参饮料的最佳配方为:人参浸提汁10%、白砂糖8%、食盐0.05%。以此工艺条件和配方制得的人参饮料滋味柔和,具有人参饮料特有的风味和色泽。  相似文献

以白花蛇舌草为主要原料,加入10倍重量的水,在pH5、85-95℃条件下10-15min。冷却至30℃,加入0.5%果胶酶水解20min,过滤,调节pH6.5-6.7,过滤。按照白花蛇舌草提取液:罗汉果提取液:柠檬酸:维生素C为100ml:15ml:0.1g:0.2g的比例进行调配,得到入口清香、回味甘甜纯厚、具有白花蛇舌草和罗汉果独特风味的天然中药材保健饮料。  相似文献

采用气相色谱法对白花蛇舌草的蒸馏液和使用蒸馏液调配成的白花蛇草水进行挥发性成分分析,建立了白花蛇舌草和白花蛇草水的气相色谱指纹图谱。在选定的色谱条件下,通过相似度分析和聚类分析,确定了白花蛇舌草中13个色谱峰构成其挥发性成分指纹图谱的特征峰,白花蛇草水中6个色谱峰构成其指纹图谱的特征峰。这对白花蛇舌草的质量控制有重要的意义,对白花蛇舌草的合理开发和利用提供了一定的参考价值。  相似文献

以白花蛇舌草为原料,采用微波预处理-热水浸提法,在不同的料液比、提取温度、提取时间和醇沉浓度下,探讨白花蛇舌草多糖的提取工艺。通过清除DPPH自由基法,测定多糖的抗氧化活性,并研究不同条件下多糖的抗氧化稳定性。研究结果表明,多糖提取的最佳工艺条件为料液比1∶40,提取时间2.5h,提取温度60℃,醇沉时乙醇浓度为60%。白花蛇舌草多糖具有较好的抗氧化能力,温度、p H及Na+、K+、Ca2+、Zn2+、Cu2+几种金属离子对多糖清除DPPH自由基影响较大;Al3+和光照影响则较小。  相似文献

探讨白花蛇舌草和半枝莲中黄酮类物质提取的优化工艺,以及最佳提取工艺条件下的黄酮类物质提取液的抗氧化性。在单因素试验基础上进行响应面试验,制定黄酮类物质提取工艺的三因素三水平响应面法试验设计方案。结果表明,获得较高总黄酮得率的最佳试验因素参数组合为:乙醇浓度74%、液固比70∶1(mL/g)、浸提时间5h。在此条件下,总黄酮得率为7.26%。该工艺所得黄酮类物质提取液对羟基自由基以及超氧离子自由基均具有较强的清除能力:当黄酮类物质提取液浓度为0.4 mg/mL时,黄酮类物质对羟基自由基的清除率达到最高,为57.16%;当黄酮类物质提取液浓度为0.3 mg/mL时,黄酮类物质对超氧阴离子自由基的清除率达到最高,为63.89%。  相似文献

Since grapevine ( Vitis spp .) rootstock material is being traded increasingly as disbudded woody material a lack of distinctive morphological features on such material necessitates an alternative and reliable means of identification. Methods described here were developed for rapid and efficient extraction of DNA from woody samples rich in phenolic compounds and polysaccharides, and for subsequent identification of varieties by RAPD PCR. Using these methods, and with the application of only one selected RAPD primer, we were able to differentiate sixteen rootstock varieties, including the seven varieties most commonly used in Germany. Problems commonly encountered with reproducibility of RAPD patterns were avoided by choosing primers with a dinucleotide sequence and a high G/C content that allowed a rather high annealing temperature of 45°C. Methods described here should also be useful for other horticultural crops, especially those with woody tissues rich in phenolic compounds and polysaccharides.  相似文献

An internet website (http://cpf.jrc.it/smt/) has been produced as a means of dissemination of methods of analysis and supporting spectroscopic information on monomers and additives used for food contact materials (principally packaging). The site which is aimed primarily at assisting food control laboratories in the European Union contains analytical information on monomers, starting substances and additives used in the manufacture of plastics materials. A searchable index is provided giving PM and CAS numbers for each of 255 substances. For each substance a data sheet gives regulatory information, chemical structures, physico-chemical information and background information on the use of the substance in particular plastics, and the food packaging applications. For monomers and starting substances (155 compounds) the infra-red and mass spectra are provided, and for additives (100 compounds); additionally proton NMR are available for about 50% of the entries. Where analytical methods have been developed for determining these substances as residual amounts in plastics or as trace amounts in food simulants these methods are also on the website. All information is provided in portable document file (PDF) format which means that high quality copies can be readily printed, using freely available Adobe Acrobat Reader software. The website will in future be maintained and up-dated by the European Commission's Joint Research Centre (JRC) as new substances are authorized for use by the European Commission (DG-ENTR formerly DGIII). Where analytical laboratories (food control or other) require reference substances these can be obtained free-ofcharge from a reference collection housed at the JRC and maintained in conjunction with this website compendium.  相似文献

The characterization of the aromatic profile of several apricot cultivars with molecular tracers in order to obtain objective data concerning the aromatic quality of this fruit was undertaken using headspace–solid phase microextraction (HS–SPME). Six apricot cultivars were selected according to their organoleptic characteristics: Iranien, Orangered, Goldrich, Hargrand, Rouge du Roussillon and A4025. The aromatic intensity of these varieties measured by HS–SPME–Olfactometry were defined and classified according to the presence and the intensity of grassy, fruity and apricot like notes. In the six varieties, 23 common volatile compounds were identified by HS–SPME–GC–MS. Finally, 10 compounds, ethyl acetate, hexyl acetate, limonene, β-cyclocitral, γ-decalactone, 6-methyl-5-hepten-2-one, linalool, β-ionone, menthone and (E)-hexen-2-al were recognized by HS–SPME–GC–O as responsible of the aromatic notes involved in apricot aroma and considered as molecular tracers of apricot aromatic quality which could be utilized to discriminate apricot varieties.  相似文献

The advent of the functional barrier concept in food packaging has brought with it a requirement for fast tests of permeation through potential barrier materials. In such tests it would be convenient for both foodstuffs and materials below the functional barrier (sub-barrier materials) to be represented by standard simulants. By means of inverse gas chromatography, liquid paraffin spiked with appropriate permeants was considered as a potential simulant of sub-barrier materials based on polypropylene (PP) or similar polyolefins. Experiments were performed to characterize the kinetics of the permeation of low molecular weight model permeants (octene, toluene and isopropanol) from liquid paraffin, through a surrogate potential functional barrier (25 μm-thick oriented PP) into the food simulants olive oil and 3% (w/v) acetic acid. These permeation results were interpreted in terms of three permeation kinetic models regarding the solubility of a particular model permeant in the post-barrier medium (i.e. the food simulant). The results obtained justify the development and evaluation of liquid sub-barrier simulants that would allow flexible yet rigorous testing of new laminated multilayer packaging materials.  相似文献

This paper describes the second part of a project undertaken to develop certified mussel reference materials for paralytic shellfish poisoning toxins. In the first part two interlaboratory studies were undertaken to investigate the performance of the analytical methodology for several PSP toxins, in particular saxitoxin and decarbamoyl-saxitoxin in lyophilized mussels, and to set criteria for the acceptance of results to be applied during the certification exercise. Fifteen laboratories participated in this certification study and were asked to measure saxitoxin and decarbamoyl-saxitoxin in rehydrated lyophilized mussel material and in a saxitoxin-enriched mussel material. The participants were allowed to use a method of their choice but with an extraction procedure to be strictly followed. The study included extra experiments to verify the detection limits for both saxitoxin and decarbamoyl-saxitoxin. Most participants (13 of 15) were able to meet all the criteria set for the certification study. Results for saxitoxin.2HCl yielded a certified mass fraction of <0.07 mg/kg in the rehydrated lyophilized mussels. Results obtained for decarbamoyl-saxitoxin.2HCl yielded a certified mass fraction of 1.59+/-0.20 mg/kg. The results for saxitoxin.2HCl in enriched blank mussel yielded a certified mass fraction of 0.48 +/- 0.06 mg/kg. These certified reference materials for paralytic shellfish poisoning toxins in lyophilized mussel material are the first available for laboratories to test their method for accuracy and performance.  相似文献
