基于SOA架构运用SAP XI实现卷烟工业企业一体化信息集成平台的应用研究

为有效集成卷烟工业企业的众多管理信息系统、整合现有信息资源,以浙江中烟工业有限责任公司信息系统建设为例,基于SOA架构运用SAP XI(Exchange Infrastructure,XI)构建了卷烟工业企业一体化信息集成平台.该集成体系将所有需要连接的系统,建立以SAP XI为中心Hub的星形连接,简化了多系统集成时的复杂度;SAP XI将所有由源系统传来的数据格式进行转换处理.实现了异构系统之间的通信集成;SAP XI服务总线将国家局、省级公司、制造部不同信息系统互相衔接,实现了不同层级多个业务系统之间的无缝集成.信息集成平台应用后,实现了多套应用系统之间的总线式信息交互,从架构层面确保了企业各应用系统之间进行灵活、有序、可控的信息交互,解决了信息孤岛、数据质量、流程整合等问题,对卷烟工业企业开展信息化建设提供了借鉴和参考.

纺织生产过程数据集成与处理系统的开发

基于现场总线技术开发纺织生产全过程的底层数据采集及处理系统。系统底层网络由多个PROFIBUS总线网络和其他子网组成,实时采集纺织生产过程所有工序中各设备的重要参数;上层基于工业以太网和WinCC设计,完成对海量信息的集成和处理。经实践,认为:该系统运行稳定可靠,可实现470多台设备40 000多个底层数据的实时采集处理、在线故障诊断及报警,可对整个纺织生产过程进行集中监控和管理。     

基于OPC技术的飞机自动化装配生产线的数据采集

文章基于OPC技术,对飞机自动化装配生产线的现场设备信息进行及时采集与集成管理。通过搭建数据采集网络,实现不同自动化装配生产线工业控制网络的互联,采用OPC技术,实现对不同现场控制设备的数据采集,从而实现自动化装配生产线设备的监控与管理,同时为生产线的集成控制以及后续MES系统的集成开发提供数据基础,提升信息的即时性与准确度,保证快速决策。     

信息化系统在葡萄酒全产业链中的应用

针对葡萄酒生产企业的生产组织、管理特点,采用西门子先进成熟的软件平台Simatic IT,设计并构建符合葡萄酒生产企业特点的全产业链生产管理系统,包括葡萄园栽培管理平台、葡萄酒信息化生产管理平台、全过程质量管控平台。该系统应用后,在实现物候期管理、病虫害防治、车间排产、标准化生产、全过程质检、正反向追溯等功能的同时,实现了与企业SAP系统及底层自动化控制的完美集成。提高了葡萄酒企业精细化管理水平,加速了葡萄酒产业结构的升级换代。     

SAP XI技术的相关探究

面向精细化管理的卷烟企业制造执行系统(MES)的应用

以SP95为标准,兰州卷烟厂提出并实施了生产执行系统.该系统主要由工厂实时/历史信息集成平台、生产模型平台、应用系统开发平台、MES集成平台、企业数据交换平台、数据采集接口组成;采用现代集成技术、实时处理技术、模型驱动技术、优化排产技术,实现了生产排产、指挥调度、质量检验、生产标准管理、设备运行维护管理、物料跟踪等功能,解决了MES与ERP、控制系统、立体仓库系统、动力能源等系统的集成问题.该系统实现了从企业管理、生产指挥到生产自动化控制系统的有机集成,保证了生产全过程的协调运转,提高了企业的生产管理水平,实现了生产过程的快速反应.     

借助信息化手段提升公司财务精益化管理水平

国网物资有限公司依据国家电网公司SG-ERP工程部署实施要求,在全面实施SAP系统过程中遇到和克服了很多的业务流重构、异构系统集成以及SAP本土化等困难,并对相关的实施经验进行了总结。本文以SAP系统与BOSP系统集成实现公司自动化账务处理为例,从系统集成的难点、总体架构、技术架构、系统实现等方面进行了阐述,并对自动化账务处理的需求以及取得的效果进行了全面分析。通过SAP(成熟套装软件)与BOSP系统的集成应用,为公司优化整合前端业务与后期财务处理的横向集成,提高财务工作效率和公司财务管理的规范化和精益化水平起到了重要的信息化支撑作用。

Reliable identification of grapevine rootstock varieties using RAPD PCR on woody samples

Since grapevine ( Vitis spp .) rootstock material is being traded increasingly as disbudded woody material a lack of distinctive morphological features on such material necessitates an alternative and reliable means of identification. Methods described here were developed for rapid and efficient extraction of DNA from woody samples rich in phenolic compounds and polysaccharides, and for subsequent identification of varieties by RAPD PCR. Using these methods, and with the application of only one selected RAPD primer, we were able to differentiate sixteen rootstock varieties, including the seven varieties most commonly used in Germany. Problems commonly encountered with reproducibility of RAPD patterns were avoided by choosing primers with a dinucleotide sequence and a high G/C content that allowed a rather high annealing temperature of 45°C. Methods described here should also be useful for other horticultural crops, especially those with woody tissues rich in phenolic compounds and polysaccharides.     

An internet compendium of analytical methods and spectroscopic information for monomers and additives used in food packaging plastics

An internet website (http://cpf.jrc.it/smt/) has been produced as a means of dissemination of methods of analysis and supporting spectroscopic information on monomers and additives used for food contact materials (principally packaging). The site which is aimed primarily at assisting food control laboratories in the European Union contains analytical information on monomers, starting substances and additives used in the manufacture of plastics materials. A searchable index is provided giving PM and CAS numbers for each of 255 substances. For each substance a data sheet gives regulatory information, chemical structures, physico-chemical information and background information on the use of the substance in particular plastics, and the food packaging applications. For monomers and starting substances (155 compounds) the infra-red and mass spectra are provided, and for additives (100 compounds); additionally proton NMR are available for about 50% of the entries. Where analytical methods have been developed for determining these substances as residual amounts in plastics or as trace amounts in food simulants these methods are also on the website. All information is provided in portable document file (PDF) format which means that high quality copies can be readily printed, using freely available Adobe Acrobat Reader software. The website will in future be maintained and up-dated by the European Commission's Joint Research Centre (JRC) as new substances are authorized for use by the European Commission (DG-ENTR formerly DGIII). Where analytical laboratories (food control or other) require reference substances these can be obtained free-ofcharge from a reference collection housed at the JRC and maintained in conjunction with this website compendium.     

Aroma characterization of various apricot varieties using headspace–solid phase microextraction combined with gas chromatography–mass spectrometry and gas chromatography–olfactometry

The characterization of the aromatic profile of several apricot cultivars with molecular tracers in order to obtain objective data concerning the aromatic quality of this fruit was undertaken using headspace–solid phase microextraction (HS–SPME). Six apricot cultivars were selected according to their organoleptic characteristics: Iranien, Orangered, Goldrich, Hargrand, Rouge du Roussillon and A4025. The aromatic intensity of these varieties measured by HS–SPME–Olfactometry were defined and classified according to the presence and the intensity of grassy, fruity and apricot like notes. In the six varieties, 23 common volatile compounds were identified by HS–SPME–GC–MS. Finally, 10 compounds, ethyl acetate, hexyl acetate, limonene, β-cyclocitral, γ-decalactone, 6-methyl-5-hepten-2-one, linalool, β-ionone, menthone and (E)-hexen-2-al were recognized by HS–SPME–GC–O as responsible of the aromatic notes involved in apricot aroma and considered as molecular tracers of apricot aromatic quality which could be utilized to discriminate apricot varieties.     

Tests of potential functional barriers for laminated multilayer food packages. Part I: Low molecular weight permeants

The advent of the functional barrier concept in food packaging has brought with it a requirement for fast tests of permeation through potential barrier materials. In such tests it would be convenient for both foodstuffs and materials below the functional barrier (sub-barrier materials) to be represented by standard simulants. By means of inverse gas chromatography, liquid paraffin spiked with appropriate permeants was considered as a potential simulant of sub-barrier materials based on polypropylene (PP) or similar polyolefins. Experiments were performed to characterize the kinetics of the permeation of low molecular weight model permeants (octene, toluene and isopropanol) from liquid paraffin, through a surrogate potential functional barrier (25 μm-thick oriented PP) into the food simulants olive oil and 3% (w/v) acetic acid. These permeation results were interpreted in terms of three permeation kinetic models regarding the solubility of a particular model permeant in the post-barrier medium (i.e. the food simulant). The results obtained justify the development and evaluation of liquid sub-barrier simulants that would allow flexible yet rigorous testing of new laminated multilayer packaging materials.

The development of reference materials for paralytic shellfish poisoning toxins in lyophilized mussel. II: Certification study

This paper describes the second part of a project undertaken to develop certified mussel reference materials for paralytic shellfish poisoning toxins. In the first part two interlaboratory studies were undertaken to investigate the performance of the analytical methodology for several PSP toxins, in particular saxitoxin and decarbamoyl-saxitoxin in lyophilized mussels, and to set criteria for the acceptance of results to be applied during the certification exercise. Fifteen laboratories participated in this certification study and were asked to measure saxitoxin and decarbamoyl-saxitoxin in rehydrated lyophilized mussel material and in a saxitoxin-enriched mussel material. The participants were allowed to use a method of their choice but with an extraction procedure to be strictly followed. The study included extra experiments to verify the detection limits for both saxitoxin and decarbamoyl-saxitoxin. Most participants (13 of 15) were able to meet all the criteria set for the certification study. Results for saxitoxin.2HCl yielded a certified mass fraction of <0.07 mg/kg in the rehydrated lyophilized mussels. Results obtained for decarbamoyl-saxitoxin.2HCl yielded a certified mass fraction of 1.59+/-0.20 mg/kg. The results for saxitoxin.2HCl in enriched blank mussel yielded a certified mass fraction of 0.48 +/- 0.06 mg/kg. These certified reference materials for paralytic shellfish poisoning toxins in lyophilized mussel material are the first available for laboratories to test their method for accuracy and performance.
