国内外丁二烯抽提技术比较

根据广州石化60万t／a乙烯改扩建的裂解C4产量及现有加工能力，需要新建一套13．5万t／a丁二烯抽提装置。通过对国内外的二甲基甲酰胺法、乙腈法、N-甲基吡咯烷酮法工艺路线进行技术比较，为分公司乙烯改扩建技术、商务谈判和确定最终的专利技术提供依据。

大庆石化总厂48万t乙烯改扩建工程已破土动工,该工程总投资40.57亿元,以大庆石化总厂现有的设施和技术为依托,新建顺丁橡胶、聚丙烯两套装置,并对原7套生产装置进行改造,使35万t/a乙烯生产能力达到48万t/a,同时可增产有机化工原料、塑料、橡胶等产品41.2万t/a。大庆石化总厂48万吨乙烯改扩建工程动工@李勇     

百万吨级乙烯改扩建成套技术通过中国石化技术成果鉴定

正由中国石化工程建设有限公司主导开发,福建联合石油化工有限公司、中国石油化工股份有限公司北京化工研究院合作完成的"百万吨级乙烯改扩建成套技术"于今年7月8日通过了中国石化科技部组织的技术鉴定。该项目应用于福建炼化乙烯装置的脱瓶颈改造工程,采用自主研发的乙烯改扩建成套技术,首次对引进的80万t/a乙烯装置进行改造并取得成功,装置生产能力提高到110万t/a,产能增加30)万t/a乙烯,增幅达37.5%。     

丁烯-1的国内外市场及其应用兼论燕化公司恢复MTBE建设的可行性

前言由于燕化公司30万 t/a 乙烯改扩建工程聚乙烯项目的技术路线由拟用 UCC 公司气相法聚合生产全密度聚乙烯技术转为国产化的淤浆法生产 HDPE 的技术,共聚单体丁烯-1的使用量相应由原来近1万 t/a 减少到1500t/a(最大量)左右,因此原可行性研究报

大庆石化公司120万t／a乙烯改扩建项目开工建设

中国石油大庆石化公司120万t／a乙烯改扩建工程于2007年12月28日开工奠基，该工程总投资140亿元。大庆石化公司120万t／a乙烯改扩建工程于2007年6月1日得到国家发展与改革委员会正式核准批复。工程将在现有60万t／a乙烯及配套装置的基础上并线建设60万t／a乙烯、30万t／a聚丙烯、60万t／a裂解汽油加氢、40万t／a芳烃抽提和25万t／a及30万t／a两套全密度聚乙烯共6套装置，以及相应的水电等辅助和公用工程设施。     

茂名乙烯改扩建三项技术合作合同在北京签署

茂名80万t／a乙烯改扩建的乙烯裂解炉、乙烯回收和高密度聚乙烯生产工艺三项技术合作合同在北京签署。其中。乙烯裂解炉与乙烯回收采用了中国石化与美国ARR鲁姆斯公司合作开发技术，高密度聚乙烯采用了美国雪佛龙菲利普斯公司的环管淤浆法工艺。

兰州石化公司高密度聚乙烯装置10万t／a改造开车成功

中国石油兰州石化公司24万t／a乙烯改扩建完成后，进一步消除了乙烯生产装置的瓶颈，使乙烯产量增加，为聚乙烯生产提供了更多的原料。因此，高密度聚乙烯装置由原来的7万t／a已扩能到10万t／a，并一次开车成功，现正在进行高负荷生产试验。

CNPC Benefits Tremendously from Overseas Projects

CNPC has made remarkable achievements in its effort to implement the international operational strategy in recent years with the overseas project under progressive development. Currently, CNPC has been executing 44 oil investment projects scattering in 44 countries worldwide. The overseas annual production capacity is 27 million tons for crude oil, and 2 billion cubic meters for natural gas while the annual oil processing capacity is 2.5 million tons and the annual productivity is 15,000 tons for polypropylene.     

China to Increase Oil Processing Capacity Sharply

China plans to raise its annual crude oil processing capacity to 405 million tons by 2011 in the efforts to implement its restructuring and stimulus plans for the petrochemical industry. This will represent an increase of about 18.4 percent over its processing volume last year,which topped 342.1 million tons, according to the figures from National Bureau of Statistics. China is scheduled to build three to four major oil refining plants in the Yangtze River Delta in eastern China and the Pearl River Delta in southern China by 2011. Each plant would be capable of processing 20 million tons of oil annually.     

劣质原油加工企业增产汽油的实践

介绍了国内某单套系列千万吨级炼油厂为降低柴汽比、增产汽油,在加工高硫劣质原油条件下,通过优化生产方案、增产催化裂化原料、拓宽连续重整原料、优化全厂工艺流程、精细化操作、优化汽油调合方案、实行产品质量卡边控制等多项措施,每月增产汽油约25 kt。汽油与柴油净价差按499 RMB$/t计,全年累计增效1.5×108RMB$。实践结果表明,劣质原油加工企业增产汽油工作取得了较好的成效,提高了企业经济效益,同时为满足市场汽油需求做出了贡献。     

Innovating Petroleum Processing Technology to Push on Development of China‘s Petroleum Refining Industry

1 Introduction The petroleum processing industry of China has been developing very fast. By the end of 1999 the total crude processing capacity of China reached 263 Mt/a, and 182 million tons of crude oils were processed in 1999. The annual average GDP growth in China is projected to be 7% during the "Tenth Five-Year Plan" period, while the corresponding growth in consumption of petroleum products is forecast to reach 4.7%.     

Expansion Project Completed at Yangtze Petrochemical Company

Renovation of the 650,000-ton ethylene unit was wound up at Yangtze Petrochemical Company Limited on July 26, which draws an investment of 4.352 billion yuan. The renovation project boosts the annual ethylene production capacity of Yangtze Company to 650,000 tons from 400,000 tons, the polyethylene and polypropylene capacity to 400,000 tons from 200,000 tons, the butadiene capacity to 200,000 tons from 100,000 tons and the gasoline hydrorefining capacity to 500,000 tons from 300,000 tons.……     

CNPC Better Positioned for China''s National Economic Development

2005 objectives of CNPC China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC), the parent company of PetroChina, has set the 2005 business objectives to bring up the annual additional oil and gas recoverable reserves to 220 million tons of oil equivalent,pump 161 million tons ofoil and gas in total, and raise the domestic crude processing volume to 120 million tons in the year ahead. At the five-day annual work conference closing on January 19 in Beijing, CNPC further clarified its goal to build itself into a powerful multinational integrated energy enterprise with the international competitiveness.     

CNPC Effectively Operates Worldwide

CNPC rapidly expanded its overseas oil and gas operation in 2001. The annual crude and natural gas outputs from the overseas projects were 16.23 million tons and 926 million cubic meters respectively while the crude processing volume was 2.3 million tons. 托普索S-300氨合成塔内件工艺原理及安装

新疆库尔勒塔里木大化肥项目合成氨设计生产能力45万t/a,采用丹麦托普索公司S-300径向合成氨生产工艺,是目前国内单套生产能力最大的化肥装置之一。简要介绍了该装置合成氨反应的核心设备氨合成塔R-501内件的结构形式及工艺原理,并说明了内件的安装方法。
