在考虑半固态AZ91D镁合金充型过程的压力和速度变化特征的基础上,建立了模拟计算所需要的表观黏度数学模型。采用ProCAST软件,对半固态镁合金压铸充型过程进行模拟,预测卷气、夹杂物产生的可能性,以便优化其工艺参数和工艺方案。结果表明,与全液态镁合金充型过程相比,半固态金属充型平稳,模具寿命长,铸件质量好;改变内浇道和溢流槽的设置位置和数量,还可有效地减少铸件本身内部杂质,提高铸件质量。  相似文献

采用可视观察的方法研究了水模拟充型过程的二维流动状态,以DPIV技术为基础,运用数字视频处理中的运动补偿技术,选用NCCF准则和三步搜索法建立水模拟充型过程的内部二维流场;运用边缘检测及提取技术,选用Roberts边缘检测算子建立水模拟充型过程的二维表面流场,并进行了对比分析;结果表明,两种算法具有较好的耦合性.  相似文献

在动量方程、连续性方程、体积函数方程和能量守恒方程基础上,用SOLA—VOF方法编制了铸件三维充型过程流体流动与传热的耦合模拟计算程序,实现了镍基合金叶片充型过程的温度场模拟,利用 XUE判据和 Niyama判据对镍基合金叶片凝固过程中缩松、缩孔出现的位置进行判断.结果表明:利用本文开发的程序能够准确模拟叶片充型及凝固过程,并能准确预测出缩松、缩孔在铸件中出现的位置,对实际生产有一定的指导意义.  相似文献

针对镁合金的压铸工艺特点和充型过程的不透明性,采用Pro/ENGINEER2001进行铸件的实体造型,并生成面网格文件.利用ProCAST软件模拟压铸件充型过程的物理场,预测了镁合金压铸件的缺陷位置,从而使模具的设计过程得到了优化.模拟运行表明,采用闭合式浇注系统充型平稳,温度场分布均匀,具有较少的气体夹杂和冷隔等倾向,使得镁合金压铸件的整体质量得到提高.  相似文献

为实现对挤压铸造生产过程的精确控制,运用有限元模拟软件对镁合金轴承保持架进行挤压铸造充型和凝固过程的数值模拟,得出最佳的挤压铸造工艺参数.优化的工艺参数为:浇注温度710 ℃,模具预热温度180 ℃,冲头压射速度25 mm/s,比压200 MPa,保压时间约为20 s.建立了充型时间和凝固时间与模具预热温度和冲头压射速度的数学关系式,并对液态合金的充型及凝固过程进行了可视化观察.模拟结果表明,充型、凝固过程合理,铸件结构完整,效果良好,说明镁合金轴承保持架具有良好的成形性.将此模拟结果应用到实践中,可优化挤压铸造过程,提高工作效率.  相似文献

An apparent viscosity model of semi-solid A356 aluminum alloy has been developed and the software Castsoft6.0 coupled with the model has been used to simulate the mould filling of an automobile master brake cylinder with the semi-solid A356 alumi-num alloy slurry.The simulation results are in agreement with the practical filling process, indicating that the apparent viscosity model is feasible and can be used to simulate the mould filling of the semisolid A356 aluminum alloy slurry and can be used to opti-mize the filling process and the design of dies.A higher injection pressure, a higher ingate flow velocity of the semi-solid slurry, and a higher slurry temperature are advantageous to the mould filling of the automobile master brake cylinder.  相似文献

A novel one-step semisolid processing technique, the rheo-diecasting (RDC) process, was developed, which adapts in situ creation of semisolid metal slurry with fine and spherical solid particles followed by direct shaping of the slurry into a near-net shape component using the existing cold chamber diecasting process. The RDC process was applied to process A356 and A380 aluminum alloys. The resulting microstructures and mechanical properties of RDC products under as-cast and various heat treatment conditions were analyzed. The experimental results show that the RDC samples have an extremely low porosity, a fine and uniform microstructure throughout entire casting, and consequently much improved strength and ductility in the as-cast condition. The strength of RDC A356 alloy can be substantially improved under T5 and T6 heat treatments without loss of ductility.  相似文献

The mold-filling ability of the semisolid alloy has very important effects on the quality and properties of the work pieces produced by the semisolid forming process. The factorial experiments show that all of the heating factors, such as mold temperature, heating temperature and the keeping time of billets, have some effects on the mold-filling ability of semisolid alloy. According to the analysis of influencing extent on the filling ability, it is found that the most important one of the factors is the mold temperature instead of the billets temperature, the next one is the heating temperature of the billet, and the keeping time rows on the third. It is also found that there is an interrelation between the billet heating temperature and the mold temperature. The effect of the interrelation on the mold-filling ability is even stronger than the keeping time. The higher the mold temperature, heating temperature or the keeping time is, the better the mold-filling ability of the semisolid alloy is. The parameter to describe the mold-filling ability, defined as the maximum filling height alongthe upright direction or the maximum filling length along the horizontal direction, can be theoretically determined according to the flowing theory of viscous fuid.  相似文献

现有超高水充填A/B料浆混合控制系统只检测、控制流量,本文提出增加浓度控制,使A/B料浆配比严格为1:1。将充填料浆流量与浓度实时的检测数据与模糊推理逻辑和生物免疫反馈响应过程的调节作用相结合,将模糊免疫PID控制方法应用到超高水充填控制系统中。仿真结果表明,优化后的控制效果优于常规的PID控制,具有较强的自适应能力和鲁棒性。  相似文献
