在智能制造系统中,工业物联网通过先进的管理技术将制造设备互连,实现了信息的实时传输、设备的范在化感知和数据的快速分析处理。但是由于制造设备的异构性、物联网网关(IoT网关)数据分析能力的有限性、制造设备的存储力低下,设备和数据的低安全性等缺陷严重阻碍了智能制造的发展。BEIIoT架构从制造企业的实际生产过程与应用角度出发,将区块链技术与边缘计算相结合,通过对服务器进行P2P组网以实现对设备去中心化管理;通过对边缘设备进行服务化封装,增强设备的安全性与实时分析能力,降低设备的异构性;使用DAG双链式数据存储结构,提高数据的冗余度与安全性,实现生产线数据的异步并发备份存储。BEIIoT架构为智能制造的实施提供了体系支持。  相似文献

通过对情感与理性的相容性分析以及情感在集成、适应、动力和交互等方面的功能研究,指出情感是人类解决现实复杂问题的有效机制。在情感功能与工程需求的适配性分析的基础上指出,围绕情感所展开的情感计算在复杂工程问题的求解上潜力巨大,具备有效性和一定的必要性。提出了情感计算在工程领域研究的本源性、相关性和可操作性策略,指出情感计算的工程实现需要对研究的切入点、情感发生机制、情感效应机制、平台选择等关键环节予以关注,并给出了相关建议。  相似文献

为满足对电网实时运营状态分析过程中对用户实时用电量数据等大规模实时数据进行实时分析处理的需求,实现对电网运营决策提供快速准确的数据分析支持,提出一种流计算与内存计算相结合的大规模数据分析处理的系统架构。将经过时间窗划分的用户实时用电量数据进行离散傅里叶变换(DFT),实现对异常用电行为评价指标的构建;将基于抽样统计分析构造出的用户用电行为特征,采用K-Means聚类算法实现对用户用电行为类别的划分。从实际业务系统中抽取实验数据,验证了提出的异常用电行为和用户用电分析评价指标的准确性。同时,在实验数据集上与传统的数据处理策略进行对比,实验结果表明流计算与内存计算相结合的系统架构在大规模数据分析处理方面更具优势。  相似文献

Modern computers are primarily binary. Proposed in this paper is a new generalized computing system, by which a number system of any arbitrary radix can be manipulated directly without encoders and decoders. The feature of being able to vary the radix is achieved by pulse counting with alterable carry conditions. The architecture and the organization of the new system are also drastically different from those of existing computers. Instead of the adder being the basic functional structure, the heart of the system consists essentially of an adder, subtractor, multiplier and an accumulator integrated into one inseparable unit. Introduced in this paper is a unified system design suitable for all computing systems and also the concept of a universal building block which can be shared both by the arithmetic unit and the memory. As a memory element, the universal building block is capable of storing a digit of any given radix rather than just binary. Instead of communicating between the binary registers and the constituents of the memory or the arithmetic unit as in existing computers, variable pulse train generators and counters are made to communicate with each other. Binary logic is adopted to channel the pulses or the instructions instead of performing the arithmetic operations. A modern computer, however complex, thus becomes a special case of the generalized computing system.  相似文献

A 3-D optical architecture currently under investigation is described. This model, a single-instruction, multiple-data (SIMD) system, exploits spatial parallelism and processes 2-D binary images as fundamental computational entities using symbolic substitution logic. This system effectively implements highly structured data-parallel algorithms, such as signal and image processing, partial differential equations, multidimensional numerical transforms, and numerical supercomputing. The model includes a hierarchical mapping technique that helps design the algorithms and maps them onto the proposed optical architecture. The symbolic substitution logic and the mapping of data-parallel algorithms are discussed. The theoretical performance of the optical system was estimated and compared with that of electronic SIMD array processors. Preliminary results show that the system provides greater computational throughput and efficiency than its electronic counterparts  相似文献
