报道了一种基于荧光猝灭原理的光纤氧气传感器.采用塑料光纤作为传感和传光元件进行氧气传感,传感头制成U形.以邻菲咯啉钌作为荧光标记物,用溶胶-凝胶法制备敏感材料.采用相移法来实现对荧光寿命的测定.测量了不同弯曲半径传感头对氧气传感的灵敏度,发现当U形光纤的弯曲半径较小时系统的灵敏度较高.对荧光寿命和氧气浓度的关系进行了测量,发现二者呈哑线性关系,提出双荧光体模型解释这一实验现象. 相似文献

A novel kind of composite material is presented that contains two indicators incorporated into a single polymer matrix, thus allowing simultaneous determination of oxygen partial pressure and temperature. The temperature‐sensitive dye (ruthenium tris‐1,10‐phenanthroline) was chosen for its highly temperature‐dependent luminescence which is the highest among the RuII polypyridyl complexes. A fluorinated palladium(II) tetraphenylporphyrin served as the oxygen probe. The indicators were incorporated into either poly(styrene‐co‐acrylonitrile) microparticles (to sense oxygen) or into poly(acrylonitrile) (for temperature sensing, since this polymer is virtually impermeable to oxygen). The luminescence of both dyes can be separated either spectrally (due to different absorption and emission spectra of the indicators) or via luminescence decay time. The material is suitable for temperature‐compensated oxygen sensing, for example, in high‐resolution oxygen profiling, and for imaging temperature in the range between 0 and 60 °C. This enables one to “see” (rather than to “feel”) temperature in this important range. Simultaneous imaging of pressure and temperature also has been achieved. It enables contactless imaging of the two parameters, for example, in wind tunnels. Due to the use of a biocompatible hydrogel matrix, the material conceivably is suited for biomedical applications. 相似文献

A reflection-type side-polished optical fiber submersion sensor (RSS) with an optical fiber mirror for remote sensing is proposed. When compared with a conventional transmission-type side-polished optical fiber submersion sensor (TSS), the RSS with an optical fiber mirror provides an improved response, and allows efficient remote submersion sensing. In experiments, the RSS with an optical fiber mirror detected submersion with 1 dB increased throughput power gain when compared with a conventional TSS, and provided efficient remote sensing at a distance of 1 km based on the resonance wavelength shift and transmission power gain 相似文献

We propose new microstructured optical fiber (MOF) designs for temperature sensing applications. Such fiber designs consist of a side-polished MOF with the flat side coated with a large thermooptic coefficient external medium. Numerical analysis based on a full-vector finite-element method with a perfectly matched layer was applied to evaluate the power loss caused by the evanescent field going through the external medium. Our calculations demonstrate that it is possible to change the sensor sensitivity by selecting an adequate microstructured fiber geometry. 利用塑料光纤作为传感和传光器件,以高亮度经正弦信号调制的蓝光LED为光源,基于倏逝波吸收原理进行葡萄糖浓度传感。实验研究了U形、双锥形、螺旋形传感头对不同质量浓度葡萄糖溶液的传感特性,实验结果为螺旋形传感头的灵敏度最高。螺旋形传感头的透射光功率与葡萄糖质量浓度之间呈线性关系,线性系数为0.986,系统的灵敏度为0.1μg/mL。实验还对螺旋形传感头在质量浓度分别为0mg/100mL和25mg/100mL葡萄糖溶液中透射光功率的重复性进行了测试,在5个循环内实验结果具有重复性。 相似文献

基于菲涅耳反射原理和光时域反射(OTDR)技术,提出了一种新型的、结构简单的准分布式光纤温度传感器.传感器由两个端面抛光的光纤对接构成,并在两端面间隙中填充温敏材料.传感器周围温度变化改变温敏材料的折射率,从而引起菲涅耳反射强度的变化.将三个传感头串联,利用OTDR探测各传感器菲涅耳反射的微弱变化实现温度传感和传感器定位.在-30~80℃范围内,随着温度升高,该系统各个传感头的菲涅耳反射强度单调增大,且温度传感特性具有良好的重复性,同时具有极低的附加损耗. 相似文献

为了获得高灵敏度的塑料光纤折射率传感器,提出了一种湿腐蚀制备塑料光纤传感器的方法。首先利用三氯甲烷和无水乙醇配制了塑料光纤腐蚀剂;接着研究了腐蚀剂浓度、温度对塑料光纤腐蚀速率及腐蚀后表面形貌的影响;然后研究了传感器经不同浓度和不同温度腐蚀剂腐蚀后的传输光谱特性;最后利用葡萄糖溶液测试了经过不同腐蚀条件腐蚀后的传感器灵敏度。实验结果表明,光纤的腐蚀速率随着腐蚀剂浓度和温度的升高而增大;光纤腐蚀后的表面形貌、光谱传输特性及传感器灵敏度受腐蚀条件影响显著;当腐蚀剂温度为20℃、浓度为70%时,可以获得光滑、干净的腐蚀光纤表面,此时传感器具有较好的光谱传输质量,同时传感器的灵敏度达到3.8[(RIU)]-1。 相似文献

In the implementation of the integration, both the compatibility with traditional system and the characteristics of distributed optical fiber temperature sensor is considered before Modbus TCP/IP protocol is chosen.
