Microarc oxidation (MAO) coatings were prepared on 2024 aluminum alloy in a Na_2SiO_3-KOH electrolyte with KMnO_4 addition varying from 0 to 4 g/L. The microstructure and phases of the coatings were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffractometry (XRD), respectively. The corrosion resistance of MAO coatings was evaluated by electrochemical potentiodynamic polarization in 5% (mass fraction) NaCl solution. The results show that when KMnO_4 is added into base electrolyte, the growth speed of oxide coatings is increased obviously. The main phase of oxide coatings is Al_2O_3, and the contents of MnO_2 and Mn_2AlO_4 phases are increased at the top of oxide coatings with increasing the concentration of KMnO_4. The solute elements participate in forming the oxide coatings. When a proper concentration of KMnO_4 (2.5 g/L) is added into the base solution, the micropores of the MAO coatings are small and compact, and the corrosion resistance of oxide coatings is increased largely.  相似文献

In order to obtain an effective and reliable grain refiner for Mg-Al alloys, 1% (mass fraction) Mg3N2 was added into AZ31 Mg alloy. The microstructures of the Mg alloys were studied by optical microscopy, scan electron microscopy and X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy, and the mechanical properties were determined. The results show that adding a small amount of Mg3N2 to AZ31 Mg alloy can refine the grain size from 103 to 58 μm. The ultimate tensile strength and elongation of AZ31 Mg alloy are 174.1MPa and 8.3%, respectively. After the addition of 1% Mg3N2, the ultimate tensile strength and elongation of AZ31 Mg alloy are increased up to 198.7 MPa and 11.8%, respectively. The grain refinement mechanism is that AIN is formed after Mg3N2 is added. Both AIN and Mg phases are of HCP lattice structure, and the disregistry between Mg phases and AIN along (0001)Mg//(0001)AIN is 3.04%, which is very effective for heterogeneous nucleation.  相似文献

Ni element was introduced to aluminum surface by a simple chemical immersion method,and Al-Ni composite anodic films were obtained by following anodizing.The morphology,structure and composition of the Al-Ni anodic films were examined by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy disperse spectroscopy(EDS)and atomic force microscopy(AFM).The electrochemical behaviors of the films were studied by means of polarization measurement and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).The experimental results show that the Al-Ni composite anodic film is more compact with smaller pore diameters than that of the Al anodic film.The introduction of nickel increases the impedances of both the barrier layer and the porous layer of the anodic films.In NaCl solutions,the Al-Ni composite anodic films show higher impedance values and better corrosion resistance.  相似文献

Anodization of AZ91D magnesium alloy in the electrolyte solution of 0.5 mol/L of sodium silicate and 1.0 mol/L of potassium fluoride was investigated. The anodic films were characterized using optical microscopy (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The corrosion resistance of the various anodized alloys was evaluated by a fast corrosion test using the solution of hydrochloric acid and potassium dichromate. The results showed that the addition of KF resulted in the presence of NaF in the anodic film. The thickness of the anodic film formed under a constant current density of 20 mA/cm2 for 16 min at 60℃ exceeded 100 μm. The growth of the anodic film could be divided into three stages based on the anodizing time; the growth rate was much faster during stage Ⅱ than in stages Ⅰ and Ⅲ. The anodic film exhibited the highest corrosion resistance for the AZ91 alloy,which is attributed to the fact that the anodization was maintained until the end of stage Ⅱ.  相似文献

The corrosion resistance of NiCrAl+(ZrO2+Y2O3) thermal barrier coating, formed with the plasma spraying technique, on the 18 - 8 steel surface was investigated. The phase structure and morphology of the coating were analyzed by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The electrochemical corrosion behavior of the coating in 1.0 mol/L H2SO4 solution was studied by using electrochemical measurement methods. The results show that the gradient plasma spraying coating is composed of the NiCrAlY coating and the (ZrO2+Y2O3) top coating, and the coating thickness is 360 μm. The microhardness of coating reaches 1 100 HV. The corrosion resistance of the plasma sprayed coating of the 18 - 8 steel surface is about 5 times as great as that of the original pattern. The corrosion resistance of the coating is enhanced notably. Li(Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3)O2的(3b)位有序-无序效应研究

创新点说明:

提出了有序度的概念,通过理论模拟了过渡金属在3b位不同有序度下的衍射情况。

研究目的:

借助理论衍射研究镍钴锰在三元材料中的占位情况,为实际得到的衍射数据分析起指导作用。

研究方法和结果:

借助Powercell程序模拟不同结构下的衍射情况。结果表明:对于Li(Ni1/3Co1/3Mn1/3)O2,基体衍射线的强度不随有序度而变化,有序度增加时,超点阵衍射线强度增加,但是即使对于有序度最大时,超点阵线的相对强度只有0.225%和0.043%。

结论:

3b位的有序无序很难通过常规的衍射实验观测到,必须提高X射线源的强度才可能观测到。

The CaO-doped Cu/(NiFe2O4-10NiO) cermet inert anodes were prepared by the cold isostatie pressing-sintering process, and their corrosion resistance to Na3AlF6-K3AlF6-Al203 melt was studied. The results show that the relative density of 5Cu/(NiFe2O4-10NiO) cermet sintered at 1 200 ℃ increases from 82.83% to 97.63% when 2% CaO (mass fraction) is added. During the electrolysis, the relative density of cermet inert anode descends owing to the chemical dissolution of additive CaO at ceramic grain boundary, which accelerates the penetration of electrolyte. Thus, the corrosion resistance to melts of Cu/(NiFe2O4-10NiO) cermet inert anode is reduced. To improve the corrosion resistance of the cermet inert anode, the content of CaO doped should be decreased and the technology of cleaning the ceramic grain boundary should be applied.  相似文献

Fe-Al/Cr3C2 coatings were sprayed on low steel by high velocity arc spraying(HVAS) technology. The influences of oxides on erosion, corrosion and wear behavior for high velocity arc sprayed Fe-Al/Cr3C2 coatings were studied. The results show that HVAS-sprayed Fe-Al/Cr3C2 coatings have good erosion, heat corrosion and wear resistance. The erosion resistance improves with the increase of the temperature. On one hand, the ferrous oxides are incompact, so they peel off the surface of the coatings easily during the high temperature erosion. On the other hand, compact Al2O3 films on the surface can protect the coatings.  相似文献

以硝酸铟(In(NO3)3·xH2O)、对苯二甲酸(H2BDC)、六水合硝酸钴(Co(NO3)· 6H2O) 为原料, 首先采用一锅油浴法合成了含有Co2+ 的铟基金属有机框架材料(MOFs) Co2+/CPP-3(In) 材料, 然后在450 ℃ 下焙烧制备Co3O4/In2O3 复合物气敏材料, 将Co3O4/In2O3 复合物的粉体制作成传感器, 并对其气敏性能进行研究。利用扫描电子显微镜和X 射线衍射仪(XRD) 对双金属MOFs Co2+/CPP-3(In) 材料和Co3O4/In2O3 复合物进行表征, 采用静态配气法测试其气敏性能。结果表明, Co3O4/In2O3(nCo : nIn = 0.4 : 1) 样品的形貌保留了其MOFs 前驱体的棒状结构, 棱柱形框架更为突出, 表面呈凹陷状, 棒体中间粗两边细, 六角截面和棒体均布满了孔洞。结合EDX 和XRD 表征结果, Co2+/CPP-3(In) MOFs 前驱体完全转化成Co3O4/In2O3 复合物; Co3O4/In2O3(nCo : nIn = 0.4 : 1) 复合物在 70 ℃ 下对5×10-6 H2S 的气敏性能最优, 响应值达到153, 是同条件下纯备In2O3对H2S 响应值的5 倍, 并且有较好的重复性、选择性和稳定性。  相似文献

Mg3(PO4)2-coated Li1.05Ni1/3Mn1/3Co1/3O2 cathode materials were synthesized via co-precipitation method. The morphology, structure, electrochemical performance and thermal stability were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), cyclic voltammetry(CV), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS), charge/discharge cycling and differential scanning calorimeter (DSC). SEM analysis shows that Mg3(PO4)2-coating changes the morphologies of their particles and increases the grains size. XRD and CV results show that Mg3(PO4)2-coating powder is homogeneous and has better layered structure than the bare one. Mg3(PO4)2-coating improved high rate discharge capacity and cycle-life performance. The reason why the cycling performance of Mg3(PO4)2-coated sample at 55 °C was better than that of room temperature was the increasing of lithium-ion diffusion rate and charge transfer rate with temperature rising. Mg3(PO4)2-coating improved the cathode thermal stability, and the result was consistent with thermal abuse tests using Li-ion cells: the Mg3(PO4)2 coated Li1.05Ni1/3Mn1/3Co1/3O2 cathode did not exhibit thermal runaway with smoke and explosion, in contrast to the cells containing the bare Li1.05Ni1/3Mn1/3Co1/3O2. Fine Al(OH)3 crystals were aggregated from supersaturated aluminate solution in the batch reaction tanks. By means of laser particle size analyzer and scanning electron microscopy, the influences of temperature and initial molar ratio of Na2O to Al2O3 (aK) on agglomeration of fine seed in Bayer process were investigated. The results show that agglomeration is almost finished in 8 h, and seeds with size less than 2 μm are easily aggregated together, and almost disappear in 8 h under the optimal process conditions. In the aluminate solution with the same moderate initial aK, when the reaction temperature reaches 75 ℃, the secondary nucleation does not occur, and the effect of agglomeration is better. And at the same reaction temperature, when the initial aK is 1.62, the initial supersaturation of aluminate solution is moderate, the binders on the surfaces of the seed are enough to maintain the agglomeration process, and the agglomeration degree is better. From SEM images, agglomeration mainly occurs in the fine particles, the combinations among the fine particles are loose and the new formed coarse crystal shapes are irregular.  相似文献

采用磷酸银与具有可见光吸收能力的TiO_2基光催化剂相复合的方法,对带有氧空穴的二氧化钛(TiO_2-OV)的复合磷酸银光催化材料的性能进行了研究.采用光处理法成功制备出了具有可见光吸收能力的氧空穴二氧化钛材料,利用化学吸附法成功制备出了磷酸银/氧空穴二氧化钛复合光催化剂.透射电镜结果显示,磷酸银纳米颗粒均匀分散于氧空穴二氧化钛表面,形成结构完美的复合光催化剂;光催化降解罗丹明B实验结果表明,所制备的磷酸银/氧空穴二氧化钛复合光催化剂的光催化活性明显优于磷酸银光催化材料.  相似文献

The precursor of ammonium aluminum carbonate hydroxide was synthesized by using aluminum sulfate (Al2 (SO4)3 ) and ammonium carbonate((NH4 )2CO3 ). The effects of α-Al2 O3 seeds and mixture composed of α- Al2O3 and ammonium nitrate, as well as multiplex catalysts (AT) on phase transformation of alumina in sintering process were investigated respectively. The results show that the α-Al2 O3 seeds and the mixture of α-Al2 O3 and ammonium nitrate can lower the phase transformation temperature of α-Al2O3 to different extents while the particles obtained agglomerate heavily. AT has great potential synergistic effects on the phase transformation of alumina and reduces the phase transformation temperature of α-Al2O3 and the trends of necking-formation between particles. Therefore the dispersion of powder particles is improved significantly.  相似文献

Luminescent properties of BaO-La2O3-B2O3 glasses with dopant   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
The luminescent properties of glasses synthesized in air atmosphere by conventional high temperature process were stud{ed. The emissions spectra of Eu^2 and Eu^3 were observed in BaO-La2O3-B2O3-Eu2O3 glasses.The results show that the broad emission peaks at 430 nm correspond to 5d→4f emission transition of Eu^2 , the sharp emission peaks at 592, 616, 650 and 250 nm correspond to 5^D0→1Fj(j=1--4) emission transition of Eu^3 ,respectively, which indicates that the BaO-La2O3a-B2O3-Eu2O3 glass can convert ultraviolet and green omponents of sunlight into blue and red light so as to increase the intensity of blue and red light, respectively. The luminescent in--tensity of Eu^2 increases with increasing the molar ratio of Tb^3 in BaO-La2O3-B2O3-Eu2O3a-Tb4O3 glasses, whereas the luminescent intensity of Eua^3 decreases. So the luminescent intensity of Eu(Ⅲ,Ⅱ) is influenced by Tb^3 .These phenomena can be explained by electron transfer mechanism; Eu^3 (4f6) Tb^3 (4f^8)→Eu^2 (4f′) Tb^4 (4f′). Taking advantage of the luminescent properties of BaO-La2O3-B2O3-Eu2O3 glasses, light-conversion glass for agriculture can be produced.  相似文献

LiCo1/3Ni1/3Mn1/3O2 was coated by a layer of 1.0 wt% CeO2 via sol-gel method. The bared and coated LiMn1/3Co1/3Ni1/3O2 was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), cyclic voltammogram (CV) and galvanotactic charge-discharge test. The results show that the coating layer has no effect on the crystal structure, only coating on the surface; the 1.0 wt% CeO2-coated LiCo1/3Ni1/3Mn1/3O2 exhibits better discharge capacity and cycling performance than the bared LiCo1/3Ni1/3Mn1/3O2. The discharge capacity of 1.0 wt% CeO2-coated cathode is 182.5 mAh·g−1 at a current density of 20 mA·g−1, in contrast to 165.8 mAh·g−1of the bared sample. The discharge capacity retention of 1.0 wt% CeO2-coated sample after 12 cycles reaches 93.2%, in comparison with 86.6% of the bared sample. CV results show that the CeO2 coating could suppress phase transitions and prevent the surface of cathode material from direct contact with the electrolyte, thus enhance the electrochemical performance of the coated material.  相似文献

A γ-Al2O3 particles reinforced Al-Si alloy matrix composite was fabricated by adding NH4Al(SO4)2 to molten aluminum alloy. TEM observation shows that in-situ γ-Al2O3 particles are generally spherical and uniformly distributed in the matrix. The results of dry sliding wear tests show that the wear resistance of the composites increases with increasing mass fraction, and the volume loss is considerably lesser than that of the matrix and is lesser than that of the composites by adding γ-Al2O3 particles directly.  相似文献

ZnO varistors are prepared using the 0.1–0.3 mm ZnO powders. The effects of the sintering temperature, contents of In2O3 doping on the non-linear properties of ZnO varistors have been investigated. The results show that this kind of ZnO powder has a high sintering activity. It is suitable for making the low voltage varistors. The V c decreases with the increase of sintered temperature, when the In2O3 content is fixed (0.98%, mass fraction), and increases with the increase of In2O3 contents when the temperature is steady. Ammonium aluminum carbonate hydroxide (AACH) precursor was synthesized by the precipitation reaction of aluminum sulfate and ammonium carbonate. Then the precursor was dealt with five drying methods including ordinary drying, alcohol exchange, vacuum freeze-drying, glycol distillation, n-butanol azeotropic distillation respectively and calcined at 1 200℃ for 2 h to get α-Al2O3. The effects of drying methods on preparation of nanometer α-Al2O3 were discussed, and the optimal drying method was confirmed. The structural properties of powders were characterized by XRD, SEM and BET measurements. The results show that vacuum freeze-drying, glycol distillation and n-butanol azeotropic distillation can prevent the powders from aggregating, and among them the n-butanol azeotropic distillation is the best method. The nanometer α-Al2O3 powder with non-aggregation can be manufactured using n-butanol azeotropic distillation and the average particle size is about 40 nm.  相似文献

Stable superhydrophobic n-tetradecanoic acid (CH3(CH2)14COOH) film was prepared by means of sol-gel and self-assembly techniques, with a very high seawater contact angle (158°) and a small sliding angle (<5°). There are many microconvexities with binary structure uniformly distributed on the surface atop the film with an average diameter of about 80 nm by observation of scanning electron microscope (SEM), and the film surface structure is similar to that of lotus surface. The corrosion resistance behavior of intermetallic Fe3Al with the biomimetic superhydrophobic film surface is improved obviously when compared with pure Fe3Al sample by measurement of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). 通过水热技术在二维(2D)多层材料Ti_3C_2 (multi-layer Ti_3C_2, ML-Ti_3C_2)的表面及层间原位晶化和生长锐钛矿相TiO_2纳米球,制备出TiO_2/ML-Ti_3C_2复合纳米材料。采用XRD、SEM、氮吸附等表征技术对TiO_2/ML-Ti_3C_2纳米复合材料进行分析表征,并以亚甲基蓝(MB)为模拟污染物,对纯TiO_2和TiO_2/ML-Ti_3C_2复合纳米材料的光催化性能进行了评价。实验结果表明,两种材料的耦合抑制了Ti O_2中光生电子-空穴对的湮灭,延长了复合光催化剂中载流子寿命,拓宽了复合材料的光谱响应范围。在紫外光照射下,以TiO_2/ML-Ti_3C_2复合纳米材料为光催化剂,200 mg/L的MB溶液在20 min内几乎完全脱色,降解率为98.98%。TiO_2/ML-Ti_3C_2纳米复合材料的光催化性能优于纯TiO_2和Ti_3C_2, Ti_3C_2优异的电子传输能力和超强的吸附性能优化了TiO_2的光催化性能。本研究为使用光催化技术处理废水提供了一种新的思路,具有一定的实际应用前景。  相似文献
