研究了TFT-LCD中像素电极与数据线之间的耦合电容(C_(pd))对显示画质的影响,分析了像素电极发生偏移后显示面板产生横纹不良的机理。研究结果表明,像素电极发生偏移后,数据线与左右两侧像素电极之间的C_(pd)耦合电容大小产生差异,造成相邻行间的像素发生不同方向的电压跳变。实际观察结果显示,当两行像素的亮度差异大于8个灰阶时,即会出现明显可见的横纹不良。提出了一种横纹不良改善方案,通过增加像素电极跨越数据线的条状设计结构,利用二者之间的交叠电容变化来补偿耦合电容的变化。模拟结果显示,当像素电极偏移1.2μm时,相邻行像素的亮度差异为6个灰阶,无水平横纹不良的产生。新型像素结构的开口率无损失,充电率满足产品设计要求,表明此方案可应用于产品设计中。  相似文献

主要介绍了用于有源驱动有机发光二极管显示屏的非晶硅薄膜晶体管阵列中各种电子器件参数的设计依据,通过理论计算,确定了单元像素中的各种器件参数;利用Aim-spice进行模拟仿真,对器件的参数进行了优化;利用L-Edit进行布图设计,完成了阵列像素的版图。该设计对小尺寸非晶硅有源驱动OLED的研究开发有一定的意义。  相似文献

多晶硅薄膜晶体管具有独特的栅电容特性,即泄漏区中栅源电容的反常增大和饱和区中栅漏电容由于kink效应的增大.基于Meyer模型,考虑了泄漏产生效应和kink效应,对多晶硅薄膜晶体管的栅漏电容和栅源电容特性进行了建模研究.对实验数据进行拟合发现,提出的模型与实验数据符合得较好,能准确地预测多晶硅薄膜晶体管的栅电容特性.  相似文献

针对多晶硅薄膜晶体管液晶显示器件关态漏电流较大的问题,采用源漏轻掺杂结构以降低关态时电荷的泄漏,增加晶体管的开关电流比值,通过模拟轻掺杂区不同的物理参数,如掺杂浓度及掺杂区宽度等,研究薄膜晶体管的开关电流比值,由此确定像素各部分的尺寸,对液晶显示器件进行优化设计。  相似文献

设计了一种新型硅基微显示器件场缓存像素电路结构,并通过SPICE模拟与其他像素电路做比较,分析了其电路特点。新型像素结构可使在电压保持期间影响液晶电容电压的晶体管数量降到最低,从而提高了像素电容的电压保持率,降低了闪烁,并减小了电磁干扰对像素电压的影响,提高了器件可靠性,同时提高了对光照的承受能力及对温度变化的适应能力,改善了显示品质,适用于高亮度显示器件。  相似文献

This work presents a new voltage programmed pixel circuit for an active-matrix organic light-emitting diode(AMOLED) display.The proposed pixel circuit consists of six low temperature polycrystalline silicon thinfilm transistors(LTPS TFTs),one storage capacitor,and one OLED,and is verified by simulation work using HSPICE software.Besides effectively compensating for the threshold voltage variation of the driving TFT and OLED,the proposed pixel circuit offers an AC driving mode for the OLED,which can suppress the degradation of the OLED.Moreover,a high contrast ratio can be achieved by the proposed pixel circuit since the OLED does not emit any light except for the emission period.  相似文献

A new pixel design and driving method for active-matrix organic light-emitting diode (AMOLED) display using low-temperature polycrystalline silicon thin-film transistor (LTPS-TFT) is proposed. The new circuit consists of five TFTs and one capacitor to eliminate the variation in the threshold voltage of the TFTs, and the drop in the supply voltage in a single frame operation. The proposed pixel circuit has been verified to realize uniform output current by the simulation work using HSPICE software. The simulated error rate of the output current is also discussed in this paper. The novel pixel design has great potential for use in large size and high resolution AMOLED displays.  相似文献

用有机半导体并五苯作为有源层,聚四氟乙烯作为绝缘层,采用全蒸镀方式在真空室一次性制备了正装结构的有机薄膜场效应晶体管(OTFT)。薄的有机绝缘层使得器件工作在低电压下,有机薄膜场效应晶体管易于与显示像素(有机发光二极管(OLED))集成在同一个透明的刚性或者柔性衬底上。研究了有机薄膜场效应晶体管的源漏接触电阻和沟道电阻对器件性能的影响,结果表明接触电阻是影响器件性能的主要因素。在透明的玻璃衬底上实现了有机薄膜场效应晶体管对同一衬底上100μm×200μm红色有机发光二极管的驱动。  相似文献

In this work, we propose a novel active-matrix organic light-emitting diode displays (AMOLED) pixel circuit based on organic thin-film transistor (OTFT) architecture, which consisted of four switches, one driving transistor, and a capacitor. The pentacene-based OTFT device possesses a field-effect mobility of 0.1 ${hbox{cm}}^{2} /{hbox{V}}cdot{hbox{s}}$, a threshold voltage of $-{hbox{1.5}}~{hbox{V}}$ , subthreshold slope of 1.8 V/decade and an on/off current ratio ${hbox{10}} ^{6}$. The resultant voltage-driving pixel circuit, named “Complementary Voltage-Induced Coupling Driving” (CVICD), is different from the current-driving scheme and can appropriately operate at low gray level for the low-mobility OTFT circuitry. The current non-uniformity less than 2.9% is achieved for data voltage ranging from 1 to 17 V by SPICE simulation work. In addition, the new external driving method can effectively reduce the complexity of OLED pixel circuitry.   相似文献

This paper presents an alternative approach for achieving higher optical efficiency in conventional parallax barrier 3D mobile displays. The method entails modifying and enhancing the protrusion structure of conventional Multi-Domain Vertical Alignment (MVA) pixel arrays plus the Storage Capacitors (Cst) of the pixel circuitry which increase effective pixel transmission area by a factor of 1.07. Hiding the modified storage capacitor under the parallax barrier strip increases the barrier gap or slit size by a factor of 1.52. The result is a structure that enhances mobile displays' optical efficiency by a compounded factor slightly over 60% without compromising power consumption.   相似文献

Examination of the statistical variation of integrated passive components is crucial for designing and characterizing the performance of multichip module (MCM) substrates. In this paper, the statistical analysis of parallel plate capacitors with gridded plates manufactured in a multilayer low temperature cofired ceramic (LTCC) process is presented. A set of integrated capacitor structures is fabricated, and their scattering parameters are measured for a range of frequencies from 50 MHz to 5 GHz. Using optimized equivalent circuits obtained from HSPICE, mean and absolute deviation is calculated for each component of each device model. Monte Carlo Analysis for the capacitor structures is then performed using HSPICE. Using a comparison of the Monte Carlo results and measured data, it is determined that even a small number of sample structures, the statistical variation of the component values provides an accurate representation of the overall capacitor performance.  相似文献

像素单元电路是读出电路的核心单元电路,其性能直接关系到整个焦平面成像的性能。文章从电路结构设计、注入效率的分析、电荷存储能力的分析、非线性的优化设计对直接注入型像素单元电路进行了研究。通过仿真,主要分析了像素单元电路中器件参数对注入效率的影响,以及积分电容对读出电路的电荷存储能力及非线性的影响。基于研究结果设计的读出电路采用了CSMC 0.5μm工艺进行流片验证,实测结果表明,电路具有较好的特性,芯片已成功应用于国内某研究所致冷型探测器组件中。  相似文献
