In this paper we investigate the reinforcement mechanism of high viscosity rubber/SBS modified asphalt mortar mixed with fiber (mineral, lignin or carbon fiber) and deoiled asphalt (DOA). The softening point, penetration and viscosity tests were conducted to characterize the engineering properties of asphalt-fiber mortar. The microstructure of fiber was observed using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and the results indicated that fiber can effectively improve the toughness of asphalt matrix through forming a spatial network structure, and then adhesion and stabilization of asphalt binder. The cone penetration test was designed to study the rheological property of fiber modified asphalt. The results indicated that the reinforcement effect increased with fibers and DOA fraction increasing to a certain threshold, and the optimal fiber content was dependent on the fiber type and its length. Fiber content and filler-asphalt ratio had significant effects on the softening point, penetration, viscosity and cone penetration of asphalt mortar. 相似文献

采用新型预混-母料工艺根据“力化学”原理研究制备出了胶粉充分降解、性能良好的改性沥青,并以传统湿法工艺为参照,研究了不同制备工艺对胶粉改性沥青流变学特性和形态的影响。结果表明:与传统湿法工艺相比较,采用新型工艺能够显著降低胶粉改性沥青的高温粘度,有利于施工,还降低了试样粘度对温度的敏感性。动态流变学特性研究表明由于传统工艺所制备试样中包含了大量未降解的胶粉颗粒,所以它的弹性要大于新型工艺所制备的试样,但二者均具有良好的高温性能;二者储存模量与频率的关系均存在着明显的平缓区,后者的平缓区大于前者,说明后者形成了更为完善的三维网络结构。荧光显微镜照片显示新型工艺有效促进了胶粉的降解,使试样体系中形成了均匀而完善的聚合物网络结构。 相似文献

采用未切缝试件进行低温3点弯曲试验,评价纤维长度对低温抗裂性能的影响,并分析了纤堆沥青混合料(FRAM)低温抗裂性能的增强机理。研究表明,掺加纤维能有效阻滞裂纹的进一步发展,增强沥青混合料的低温抗裂能力。 相似文献

This article investigates the effect of addition of gilsonite (natural bitumen) to asphalt binder on its rheological behavior at high temperatures through construction of complex modulus (G*) master curve using dynamic shear rheometer (DSR) test. This impact is further investigated by evaluation of performance of asphalt concrete modified with gilsonite at elevated temperatures using repeated dynamic creep test. The results showed that introduction of gilsonite to asphalt binder increases its stiffness and elasticity. Also, the results indicated that the modification of asphalt concrete with gilsonite improved rutting resistance significantly. 相似文献

岩沥青的掺量直接影响了混合料的路用性能,也对工程的经济性产生巨大影响。通过车辙试验、浸水马歇尔试验、冻融劈裂试验和低温小梁弯曲试验,分别评价了不同岩沥青掺量的混合料的高温性能、水稳定性和低温性能。研究认为,随着岩沥青掺量的增加,其对混合料路用性能的影响逐渐减弱,当掺量由20%增加到25%时,性能变化很小。因此,在工程应用中,建议岩沥青的掺量宜小于20%。 相似文献

The purpose of this study was to evaluate of nanoclay effects as an additive on performance of asphalt mixtures. Two types of montmorillonite nanoclay, namely CA and CB, were used at concentrations of 2%, 4%, and 6%. Marshall, indirect tensile strength, resilient modulus, and dynamic creep tests were performed to investigate the effect of additives on moisture susceptibility, structural response, and rutting resistance. The results showed improvement of the asphalt mixture performance by adding nanoclay with respect to all tests. According to the results, samples containing nanoclay CA have better performance in comparison with the samples containing CB. 相似文献

对高强度沥青与SBS改性沥青、70号沥青的性能进行对比检测,着重进行50℃、60℃下的动态剪切试验,以车辙因子(G^*/sinδ)评价三种沥青的抗永久变形能力。结合室内试验,对AC-20型混合料的高温稳定性、水稳性、低温抗裂性以及疲劳性能等路用性能进行对比研究。研究结果表明,高强度沥青在50℃、60℃的G^*/sinδ远高于其他沥青粘结料,能够大幅提高混合料的高温性能,而且对其他路用性能也有一定改善。 相似文献

以壬基酚和甲醛为原料经缩合反应制备出中间体双(2-羟基-5-壬基苯基)甲烷,并与环氧氨丙烷和三乙胺反应,合成出一种新型Gemini型阳离子沥青乳化剂双{5-壬基-2-[(2’-羟基-3’-三乙基氯化铵)丙氧基苯基]}甲烷。详细研究了合成条件对反应的影响,得出了合成最佳工艺条件。用该乳化剂对道路沥青进行了乳化效果考察,表明该乳化剂乳化性能良好。该乳化剂合成工艺简单,是一种比较有发展前途的阳离子中裂沥青乳化剂。 相似文献

The effects of five layered double hydroxides (LDHs) with different zinc ratio on the physical and rheological properties, chemical components, and anti-UV aging performance of asphalt were evaluated. Results show that LDHs improve the deformation resistance of asphalt at high temperature. After UV aging, LDH-modified asphalts show the smaller changes of physical and rheological properties and chemical components in comparison with asphalt, indicating the improved UV aging resistance. By comparison, the LDHs with higher ratio of zinc in the layers have the more outstanding UV reflection ability, leading to a beneficial effect in improving UV aging resistance of asphalt. 相似文献

The authors aim to evaluate the effects of using waste polyethylene terephthalate (PET) as a modifier on properties of asphalt mixtures. The rutting performance of asphalt mixtures that include various percentages of PET (0%, 0.25%, 0.5%, 0.75%, 1%) and various PET sizes (10 × 2.5, 20 × 2.5, and 30 × 2.5 mm) were evaluated through dynamic creep test and Hamburg wheel tracking device.
