倒罐站的布置型式主要有平行布置(横向布置)和垂直布置(纵向布置)2种,从界面技术的角度研究了2种布置型式倒罐站的技术特征以及铁水转运周期、倒罐站受铁能力、车间起重机作业率、倒罐坑数量等命题;从工程技术的角度分析了2种型式倒罐站的土建结构和工程投资。研究结果显示:2种布置型式的倒罐站均可满足车间铁水倒罐的作业要求,平行布置的倒罐站的协调缓冲能力优于垂直布置,垂直布置型式倒罐站的工程造价略高于平行布置型式倒罐站。
