朝阳社区信息化紧抓三点

“从总体上说,朝阳区社区信息化的成效主要体现在街道内部办公系统和互动式电子社区的应用上。但从一个基层社区工作人员的角度上看,目前朝阳区社区信息化建设主要抓了三个部分:视频会议系统、内部办公系统以及居民基础信息数据库。”3月10日,朝阳区香河园街道办事处负责信息化建设的吴元龙先生向记者介绍。视频会议系统是朝阳区互动式电子社区的基础部分,借助互联网工具和先进的专业视频技术,可以实现多点、实时、“面对面”的交流。据悉,从2003年10月视频会议系统启动以后,朝阳区已经多次召开了包括全部22个街道办事处的视频工作会议。“…

北大方正捐赠软件 新年伊始,北京朝阳区数百名电教工作者在朝阳区电教馆荟萃一堂,举行电化教育先进工作者表彰大会。在这次大会上,北大方正多媒体技术分公司总经理刘建嶺先生代表公司向获奖的代表赠送了由北大方正技术研究院自主开发的方正奥思多媒体创作工具。 这次方正多媒体技术分公司一共赠给朝阳区教育系统十七套方正奥思软件,其中赠给朝阳电教馆计算机部方正奥思1.2教育版一套,赠给获奖的十六所中小学校、幼儿园方正奥思1.2普及版各—套。 方正公司一向很关心和支持教育的现代化,在此之前已经多次举办了各种活动以促进计算机辅助教学(CAI)的推广。据悉,方正多媒体技术分公司许诺将进一步和朝阳电教馆合作,提供各种方式的技术支持和培训活动,为发展电化教育事业作出更大的贡献。

The professional working environment consultant—A new actor in the health and safety arena

This article examines the development of the professionalized working environment activities as they are executed in the Danish Occupational Health Service (OHS). In an historical analysis of OHS, the development of professional approaches to the working environment is shown to have shifted in focus from: an early concern with the control of occupational diseases and machine safety, to a more technical prevention emphasis in the early 1980s, through to a change agent and process consultant approach. The article concludes that we are entering a new era for cooperation with new role models for working environment professionals. © 2001 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.

Disciplined and free-spirited: ‘Time-out behaviour’ at the Agile conference

In this article we observe and try to understand a peculiar duality in the agile community, whereby on the one hand, we see a serious professional community working hard to improve the quality of software products and submitting to the strictest discipline of high professional standards, while on the other hand, in its conferences, we see the same community adopting a playful free-spirited stance. Invoking an anthropological perspective, we propose that both the serious professional aspects and the playful free-spirited atmosphere at the conference, as well as the connection between the two, can all be seen to emerge from the fundamental principles of the agile community as expressed by its Manifesto.     

Creativity and Its Discontents: Professional Ideology and Creativity in Architect Work

Architects are a professional group that is commonly associated with creative and aesthetic work and with strong professional norms, values and identities. While such shared norms and beliefs are positive overall in terms of being constitutive of professional subject‐positions, an overemphasis on specific skills and qualities may also be regarded as a burden on members of the professional community. A study of a major Scandinavian architect office suggests that the perceived lack of creative and innovative thinking and accompanying dialogues and discussions among practising architects tends to produce cynicism and, to some extent, disappointment. As a consequence, professional ideologies may in some cases be out of joint with everyday work realities, and thereby to some extent produce expectations that are complicated to fulfil. Professional ideologies are thus both what integrates and consolidates a profession while at the same time prescribing ideal future scenarios for the professional community.

电力电缆故障的实际测试波形与理论波形相差较大,需要经验比较丰富的专业测试人员才能够比较准确地确定出故障位置。针对这一问题,对电力电缆实际故障测试波形采用HHT变换,从而获得与理论波形更为相似的波形。经实际测试,能够获得更为准确的测试结果,为电力电缆故障定位提供了一种更为有效的方法。     

Sustaining a Community Computing Infrastructure for Online Teacher Professional Development: A Case Study of Designing Tapped In

Community computing has recently grown to become a major research area in human–computer interaction. One of the objectives of community computing is to support computer supported cooperative work among distributed collaborators working toward shared professional goals in online communities of practice. A core issue in designing and developing community computing infrastructures – the underlying socio-technical layer that supports communitarian activities – is sustainability. Many community computing initiatives fail because the underlying infrastructure does not meet end user requirements; the community is unable to maintain a critical mass of users consistently over time; it generates insufficient social capital to support significant contributions by members of the community; or, as typically happens with funded initiatives, financial and human capital resource become unavailable to further maintain the infrastructure. Based on more than nine years of design experience with Tapped In – an online community of practice for education professionals – we present a case study that discusses four design interventions that have sustained the Tapped In infrastructure and its community to date. These interventions represent broader design strategies for developing online environments for professional communities of practice.
