煤矿井下水泵机组是煤矿井下排水系统的重要设备,承担着将井下积水排出的重要任务,对矿井安全生产起到保障作用。针对其常见故障及特征,采用了改进的BP神经网络算法进行故障诊断,构造了基于Web和OPC技术的远程故障诊断系统的总体设计框架并给出了实现步骤,借助Intouch开发诊断中心前面板、Matlab与C#混合编程开发OPC客户端和Web服务器,最终设计出高可靠性的水泵机组远程故障诊断系统。  相似文献

提出在虚拟仪器 (VI)中应用先进的Web服务 (WebService)技术的研究方案 ,目的是使传统的虚拟仪器编程技术及其应用提高到一个新的高度。在该方案中 ,包括信号分析处理、数据处理算法、数据的纪录保存等功能都可通过WebService技术来实现。可以通过WebSer vice方法管理维护数据服务器的数据库等对象 ,并且可以进一步实现分析和挖掘数据的工业级应用。最后探讨了两者的关系和未来的发展趋势。  相似文献

结合工程应用实践,在省级主站平台归集各类变电设备动态数据,实现面向省网的集约化状态预警与诊断。针对状态预警与诊断系统运行当中遇到的数据交互及应用集成问题,在J2EE平台框架上实现分层模型,并基于公共信息模型,建立面向服务架构的省网级状态预警与诊断主站平台。实际应用表明,平台运行稳定,可有效应对由于省网级状态预警与诊断主站平台高级应用程序规模不断扩大,需在异构网络环境下运行,且各系统数据交互兼容的问题。  相似文献

为了解决水轮发电机组故障诊断过程中存在的效率低、费用高、资源相对缺乏等问题,实现水轮发电机组故障的远程诊断,在面向服务的体系结构(SOA)与Web服务技术的基础上,提出了建立基于SOA的水轮发电机组电子诊断系统的方案,设计了系统的框架,阐述了系统的关键性模块,描述了具体的诊断流程,给出了系统开发实例.该系统能实现服务功能信息和诊断决策信息等的快速传递,动态形成对水电机组的诊断服务网络平台,具有广阔的应用前景.  相似文献

针对分布式电机监测与诊断系统中,不同厂家的软硬件之间难以互联,且诊断告警相对滞后的问题,提出了一种基于OPC跨平台通信的电机监测与诊断系统。通过运行在Windows系统下的OPC桥接程序,与通信管理机上的网络服务器通信,实现了嵌入式平台数据的标准OPC转发;充分利用电机状态数据变化过程中包含的诊断信息和故障编码库,实现了电机常规故障的定位和早期预警。实际工程应用结果表明,该系统获得了较好的监测和诊断效果。  相似文献

在分析能量管理系统(EMS)web服务特点的基础上,提出了一种基于可缩放矢量图形(SVG)和WebService技术的Web监控新方案。该方案以SVG作为EMS图形系统的Web发布和显示格式,并将对画面、数据等的操作封装为Web服务进行发布,以实现Web上SVG画面动态刷新等功能。阐述了SVG图形的生成和使用方法以及基于wS-Security安全协议的webService设计与部署,并讨论了该方案相对于传统的EMS Web技术在通用性、安全性和效率等方面的优势,该方案已成功应用于实际的EMS中。  相似文献

在传统的电力设备监测诊断系统建设中,数据共享问题往往缺少很好的解决方案。在介绍基于公共信息模型(common information model,CIM)和组件接口规范(component interface specification,CIS)的信息整合技术基础上,提出一个基于CIM和CIS的电力设备监测诊断中心(以下简称中心)系统结构。通过扩展CIM,中心对功能位置模型、资产、技术参数、缺陷、试验等实体数据进行描述,为设备故障诊断提供了完整的数据来源。通过实现CIS,中心对外提供了模型、实时、历史和事件数据的访问接口,满足电力设备监测诊断中心的各类对象、电力系统运行数据、在线监测采集数据和事件告警数据的交互需求。实际应用表明基于CIM和CIS的电力设备监测诊断中心方案可行,降低了数据交换难度,加大了信息共享力度,总体上提高了电力设备监测诊断系统的水平。  相似文献

The current health-care debate and the ongoing budget debates highlight the widely varying cost estimates for government programs, many of which use information technology. Information technology alone does not necessarily improve productivity or reduce costs, however, and it is often oversold as a panacea for solving all of what ails an organization or a society. The infusion of information technology often may change the balance of costs divided among various providers and recipients of government programs. Information technology also can bring with it risks or enhancements to personal privacy or other social costs and benefits (depending upon how it is applied), the importance of which goes well beyond any immediate cost-effectiveness calculations. While NASA has supported engineering research at universities for many years, much of it has been along prescribed paths of investigation. The author describes how the objective of a newly emerging element of the university engineering programs is to provide a more autonomous element that will enhance and broaden the capabilities in academia, enabling them to participate more effectively in the US civil space program. These programs are an integral part of national policy and the strategy to rebuild the United States space research and technology base; they propose to remedy the decline in qualified space engineers by making long-term commitments to universities aspiring to play a strong engineering role in the civil space program. From time to time, the U.S. government has initiated a particularly large, ambitious program, not as part of the normal R&D process, which tries to anticipate future needs, but in direct response to an immediate known national need. Such programs began with the identification of a compelling goal, then created and applied knowledge and expertise for the purpose of achieving it. In some cases, this approach led to remarkably successful accomplishments for the United States and at the same time gave a very large impetus to both the application and development of technology. There are two apparent reasons for the technological benefit. First, the suitability of the related research and development was guaranteed by its direct association with the goal, so the problem of agreeing on allocation criteria was avoided. And second, having the stated goal constantly in view made it safer to make larger investments, perform bolder research and development activities, and generally surpass in scope and speed the accomplishments that would have resulted from incremental, ad hoc activities. It is natural to ask what factors made these programs successful. One characteristic of these successful U.S. programs is that they call on the utmost creative capability of the nation to accomplish a task of great importance to the country. The use of the personal computer and the wide availability of powerful spreadsheet programs has given the motor designer a very powerful but simple-to-use tool. The use of the Symphony spreadsheet program, presently used to design pancake-type and linear induction motors, is described. As the original design process involved the development of a Fortran program to obtain similar design capabilities, a direct comparison between the development time, using a high-level language, and a spreadsheet program is made. In addition, it is shown how the Fortran program results can be incorporated into the spreadsheet programs to use the graphics capability and documentation features. For an undergraduate biomedical engineering (BME) degree program to gain accreditation, it must pass a thorough evaluation by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology, Inc. (ABET). ABET is the organization responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and certifying the quality of engineering, engineering technology, and engineering-related education in the United States. This article provides guidance on planning, implementing, and accrediting BME programs. New programs are generally not as well connected to a previous infrastructure and an information database needed for the review process. Existing programs usually have a mindset and history for doing the pre-EC2000 preparation, which can also cause significant problems. Each author is a fully trained ABET evaluator and offers insights gained from experience on how to achieve a successful conclusion without providing any details about any programs visited.  相似文献

Educational programs face many difficulties because of the rapid change of technology in today's environment. The potential for educational programs based on the transdisciplinary model is discussed in order to address and overcome these difficulties. A closer relationship with industry in developing educational programs is suggested.
