德钢2号钒钛矿冶炼高炉通过调整送风制度、缩小进风面积、提高鼓风动能,为提高煤气利用率、降低燃料比打下了良好基础。积极摸索合理布料制度、稳定气流、提高煤气利用率,创造了单月煤气利用率40%、燃料比597 kg/t的良好成绩。减少炉内漏水,降低不必要的燃料消耗,促进了炉况稳定顺行。加强日常管理和操作,采用精细化管理为燃料比的继续降低提供了有力支撑。德钢2号高炉采取的一系列有效措施降低燃料比,使高炉稳定顺行,为进一步降本增效提供了实践经验。  相似文献

文章对五矿营钢1号高炉在低品质矿冶炼条件下高煤比攻关进行了总结分析。针对低品质铁矿冶金性能差、品位较低、脉石成分含量高、尤其是Al2O3含量较高的铁矿石,改善入炉原料条件,合理匹配高炉操作制度和参数,强化生产管理,使得高炉3月煤比突破180 kg/t,4月开始煤比实现190 kg/t。期间炉况稳定顺行,入炉焦比降低74 kg/t,成功解决了高铝烧结矿冶炼、大渣量高煤比冶炼等关键技术,实现了低品位下相对较低的燃料消耗,多项技术经济指标实现创新。  相似文献

从2012年底至2013年初,沙钢5 800 m3高炉在焦炭质量稳定、吹透中心、稳定边缘的布料制度下,通过下部调剂成功实现了煤比从170 kg/t升至190 kg/t甚至212 kg/t,焦比从338 kg/t降低到303 kg/t,燃料比也从519 kg/t下降到501 kg/t。对这段时间的高炉炉尘进行岩相显微分析,根据焦粉和未燃煤粉不同的结构形态,结合化学成分分析全碳量定量给出炉尘中未燃煤粉量、焦粉量的变化。结果表明:通过调节风量、鼓风湿度及富氧等下部调剂手段适当提高氧过剩系数、风口回旋区深度以及理论燃烧温度可改善煤粉在风口前端的燃烧效率,使得炉顶未燃煤粉量降低;同时,通过下部调剂使得煤气在炉内的停留时间适当延长可为提高煤比创造空间,并改善煤气利用率;降低渣比也有利于煤比的提高。  相似文献

本钢7号高炉采用中心加焦的布料模式,边缘过重导致产量和燃耗水平不佳,通过轻负荷、开边缘、减中心和提产量四步调整,经过一个月的炉况强化,高炉压量关系逐步改善,有效提高了煤气利用率水平,缓解了压量关系,鼓风动能大幅度提升,经调整后高炉参数稳定,炉温合适,壁体温度均匀、渣皮稳定,产量稳步提升至6850 t/d以上,焦比下降至370 kg/t,燃料比下降至525 kg/t,实现了产量的提升和能耗的降低,达到了预期的调整目标。  相似文献

对鞍钢2号3 200 m~3高炉低燃料比高利用系数进行了生产实践总结。通过提高焦炭质量,改进造渣制度,采取高风温、高富氧和高顶压等操作,并控制合理的鼓风动能和送风比和加强炉前管理等措施,使鞍钢2号高炉的燃料比长期稳定在500 kg/t以下、焦比低于300kg/t。2015年以后该高炉利用系数保持在2.3 t/(m~3·d)以上。  相似文献

高炉布料矩阵对高炉顺行和煤气利用率的提高具有重要作用。本钢7号高炉以前采用的布料矩阵是中心加焦布料模式,通过中心透气性较好的"焦柱"使边缘区气流横向穿过中间区到达中心,增强中间区矿物与煤气流的接触面积,但是实际生产中煤气利用率差。通过对本钢7号高炉布料矩阵的调整,对比分析调整前后顶温、壁体温度和煤气利用率等因素的变化,总结出适合本钢现有原燃料条件的最佳布料矩阵——采用中心加焦结合平台漏斗布料方法使通过中间区煤气流增加,本钢7号高炉煤气利用率提高2%,燃料比降低15 kg/t。  相似文献

Coal has been used as an auxiliary blast furnace fuel on the Weirton No. 3 blast furnace. Serious tuyere failure problems have been encountered, and they must be overcome before coal injection will receive widespread application. Coal has been injected into the No. 3 blast furnace at rates up to 15% of total fuel requirement. If operating practice differences are neglected, the coal to coke replacement ratio at the 10% coal injection rate was 0.94 and at 15% coal injection rate was 1.19.  相似文献

Coal has been injected into No. 4 blast furnace at Weirton at rates up to 15% of the total furnace fuel requirements. The coal-to-coke replacement ratio has been approximately 1 lb of coal per 1 lb of replaced coke. On the basis of limited experimental work conducted at the Port Pirie smelter, it would appear that, by increasing the specific surface of sinter, and possibly that of coke as well, a marked increase in the rate and degree of sinter reduction in the furnace shaft can be achieved. Fusion-point tests have shown that this increased reduction means a much higher sinter fusion point and narrower plastic zone, while the more efficient utilization of coke in the furnace is inherent in the intensification of reduction by the provision of a more reactive sinter surface. Investigations aimed at increasing the ability to operate the blast furnace with a higher lead tenor of sinter reducing fuel cost proportionately, and at eliminating the loss in reduction potential in coke entering the furnace, as shown by the presence of appreciable proportions of CO in the top gases, are reported. Several lines for future investigations that could result in improved smelting methods are proposed.  相似文献

This paper describes methods of calculation, which give the conditions to be fulfilled in order to tap the same quality of iron and have a smooth running furnace when a new matericd is injected into the blast. These calculations also show the effects of the injection upon the regularity of the iron, the production of the furnace, the coke rate, and the quality of gas produced. Included in the paper are the results of two industrial campaigns: one with natural gas and the other with light fuel oil.  相似文献
