本文采用最优设计理论,研究了低燃料比的高炉配料模型、高炉节焦回归方程和节焦预测计算程序,并由此预示高炉炼铁低燃料比、对应低燃料比的配料方案和供应热风炉的焦炉煤气量,以及高炉煤气达到的风温水平.既能为高炉炼铁选取低燃料比的配料方案提供计算模型,又能用电子计算机预测高炉炼铁的炉料结构编制计算程序.  相似文献

运用有限元软件ANSYS,建立高炉铸钢冷却壁传热数学模型,并对模型的稳态工况进行仿真计算。同时根据计算结果,讨论了冷却水管水垢厚度、气隙层厚度和炉渣厚度三因素对高炉铸钢冷却壁的温度场和热应力的影响。结果表明,这三个因素对冷却壁的性能都具有很大的影响,在冷却壁的设计和高炉操作中必须引起重视。  相似文献

In this study, a nondestructive testing method based on stress waves, the impact echo method, was applied to inspect the current thickness of a refractory wall inside a blast furnace. Blast furnaces are high-productivity structures that are prone to internal erosion hazards that majorly affect the lifespan of the blast furnace. Previous studies have applied heat flux and numerical methods to inspect the thickness of the refractory wall. Temperature variations were used to assess the condition of the blast furnace by installing an internal thermometer in the blast furnace during construction. However, these methods result in large errors. In this study, a simple formula using the thickness frequency obtained by the impact echo method was derived to back calculate the current thickness of the refractory wall inside a blast furnace. In this study, the inspection results of the experimental specimen and an in situ blast furnace also shows that inspecting the thickness of a refractory wall using the impact echo method offers substantial practical value.  相似文献

Coke in the blast furnace experiences great changes in their properties during the blast furnace operation. Pulverized Coal Injection (PCI) into the blast furnace through tuyeres together with oxygen enrichment affect coke properties and blast furnace operation. Using coke sampler at tuyere level, coke samples were collected and analysed at various coal injection rates in the both conventional and co-axial oxygen enrichment. With the help of information obtained from coke sampling experiments, gas permeability resistance index at lower part of blast furnace (LK) and mean size variation of coke were predicted and matched well with the measurements.  相似文献

以密闭鼓风炉熔炼过程为研究对象,采用自适应组合集成技术将神经网络NN和灰色理论有机结合的方法建立了密闭鼓风炉透气性预测模型。仿真和工业应用结果表明:所提出的模型能很好地实现密闭鼓风炉透气性的预测,并能使铅锌产量得到显著的提高。  相似文献

The immobilization of hexavalent chromium in stainless steel slag using blast furnace slag as the immobilizing agent and by performing a hydrothermal treatment was investigated. The results showed that there was no immobilization in the absence of the blast furnace slag. On the other hand, the hexavalent chromium in stainless steel slag could be immobilized through the hydrothermal reaction when blast furnace slag was used at 250 °C for 24 h. A leaching test was performed to evaluate the degree of immobilization of hexavalent chromium in the products formed by the hydrothermal reaction. It was found that the degree of immobilization was very high. Based on the results obtained, the immobilization mechanism of hexavalent chromium in stainless steel slag, resulting from the hydrothermal treatment of blast furnace slag, could be elucidated. Finally, the immobilization of cadmium, lead, and arsenic using blast furnace slag as the immobilization agent was also studied while focusing on the effects of the hydrothermal treatment.  相似文献

用数值模拟方法来模拟高炉风口的流场和温度场。结果表明:当进口水压为1.3MPa时,全偏心式Ф125加长贯流式风口的最高温度只有402.3K;含1.0%Sn的铜风口的最高温度为443.7K;水垢厚度越大,最高温度就越高,并且增加幅度越来越大。当水垢厚度为0.4mm时,其最高温度超过风口的许用温度。水垢对风口最高温度的影响比杂质大得多,我们要着重通过改善水质来提高风口的寿命。  相似文献

开发研究一种以高炉渣为主要包膜原料生产缓释氮肥的工艺技术方法。首先对高炉渣中的重金属含量及植物营养元素的枸溶性进行分析,研究高炉渣在农业上应用的可行性。并采用流化床包膜机制得高炉渣包膜缓释氮肥,对缓释氮肥进行水溶率测定和微观形貌特征分析。研究结果表明:高炉渣缓释氮肥氮的质量分数为41%,缓释氮肥的初期水溶率为3.69%,7天的累计水溶率为7.02%,35天的累计水溶率为35.33%,微分水溶率为0.93%,具有较好的延缓氮素养分释放的功能。因此,实验制得的高炉渣包膜缓释氮肥是一种含多种植物营养元素的缓释肥料。  相似文献

The blast furnace from the Northern Song Dynasty at Kuangshan Village is the tallest blast furnace that remains from ancient China. Previous studies have assumed that the furnace had a closed mouth. In this paper, a three-dimensional (3D) model of the blast furnace is constructed using 3D laser scanning technology, and accurate profile data are obtained using software. It is shown that the furnace throat is smaller than had been previously thought and that the furnace mouth is of the open type. This new furnace profile constitutes a discovery in the history of iron-smelting technology.  相似文献

作者研究了冷态模型中模拟风口回旋区气流的流动结构,由此确定了一个重要的影响高炉气流分布的边界条件。发现在风口回旋区有一个由环流包围的限制流动型的中心射流流股。在电子计算机上对流函数的Laplace方程和矢量化的Ergun方程导出的流函数方程进行有限差分解法,得到了一些流线图,从而研究了高炉下部的气流分布及影响因素。计算表明高炉下部气流分布与回旋区的流动结构有密切的关系,这些结论对研究和控制高炉过程有一定参考价值。  相似文献

通过二维冷态模型和数值模型研究了高炉内的炉料运动规律。研究表明,通常边缘小粒焦和中心焦都能按一定的轨迹运行,不与周围的炉料混杂,说明高炉边缘加入小粒焦能在炉墙处形成一较稳定的隔离层,既可抑制边缘气流、降低炉墙热负荷,又可防止炉墙结厚和结瘤。软熔带附近炉料的流线在考虑矿石软熔收缩的情况下向中心侧移动,对上部块料带的炉料下降速度影响不大,而下部炉料下降速度则有所减小。  相似文献

为使超声在线监测技术在高炉测厚中得到进一步应用且提高其测量精度,叙述了实验室的选材过程,描述了测杆前端在高温情况下反射波的规律。从测杆材质的受热温度梯度分布和相变出发,根据声波传播机理和炼铁高炉的特点,提出了测杆中的相变能影响超声波传播波形的数学模型,并利用偏微分方程分析了高炉炉墙厚度在线监测系统的检测回波波形,对回波位置的判定给出合理解释。  相似文献

Coal has been used as an auxiliary blast furnace fuel on the Weirton No. 3 blast furnace. Serious tuyere failure problems have been encountered, and they must be overcome before coal injection will receive widespread application. Coal has been injected into the No. 3 blast furnace at rates up to 15% of total fuel requirement. If operating practice differences are neglected, the coal to coke replacement ratio at the 10% coal injection rate was 0.94 and at 15% coal injection rate was 1.19.  相似文献
