家居产品是与人最为贴近的产品之一,同时也最能够影响人们日常的情绪感受.而产品通过形态、色彩、材质给人留下一种心理印象,这些心理印象能够与人的情感发生共鸣,使产品产生拟人特性的感觉.为此分析了家居产品形态与幸福情感因素的关系,根据用户心理意向测试筛选描述幸福感的语义词汇,并整理挑选能体现幸福感的产品,通过形状文法提取目标产品中的能体现幸福感的设计元素,得到与幸福感相关感性词汇的二维形态图谱,最终根据用户需求和偏好将相应的设计元素融入到产品设计中,从而进行创新设计.  相似文献

从感知涉及的主要生理基础入手,分析了用户感知在产品设计过程中所起到的引导、反馈和修复作用。重点考察了感知在用户模型中的评价模式及方法并初步提出用户感知对产品设计的可用性启发式原则。把握住使用者的心理认知过程、抓住用户的感知意象,如感觉和情绪,且将这些信息转化为适当的设计元素,快速、准确的反映产品的可能用途、主要功能和操作程序,使设计出来的产品满足用户的需求,是设计师面临的重要课题。挖掘和拓展用户感知在产品设计中的潜力也将是工业设计发展趋势。  相似文献

The use of pan-ethnic-group products form knowledge primarily depends on a designer’s subjective experience without user participation. The majority of studies primarily focus on the detection of the perceptual demands of consumers from the target product category. A pan-ethnic-group products form gene clustering method based on emotional semantic is constructed. Consumers’ perceptual images of the pan-ethnic-group products are obtained by means of product form gene extraction and coding and computer aided product form clustering technology. A case of form gene clustering about the typical pan-ethnic-group products is investigated which indicates that the method is feasible. This paper opens up a new direction for the future development of product form design which improves the agility of product design process in the era of Industry 4.0.  相似文献

阐述了情感因素在机械产品外观造型中的作用及机械产品设计中引入情感因素的必然性.沿着注重文化的情感设计方向,采用中国传统文化元素为基本的设计思路,并应用现代工业产品造型设计中的仿生设计方法,在保证抽油机性能不变的前提下,对常规游梁抽油机的游梁、驴头和支架进行了外观造型改进设计.对改进后的抽油机进行动力学分析、有限元分析,从而验证了改进后的抽油机的实用性和安全性能.最后完成了抽油机的三维效果图制作,实现了机械产品外观造型设计的情感化.  相似文献

Based on the human interface elements (HIEs) as the emotional carriers, this paper researches the general analysis steps of hierarchical HIEs and puts forward a new systematical deconstruction method for Kansei engineering fields. A mobile phone is taken as the research subject, the emotional design rules are inferred based on the multiple-orientation information of human interfaces, and the emotional change law is grasped from a new perspective. The research on the deconstruction method promotes the study of Kansei engineering and is a significant guide and reference for the theory and practice of related product design fields.  相似文献

近年来,在工程机械和建筑设备等行业,出现了经销商从事再制造的实际案例。基于此,研究经销商从事再制造的多周期闭环供应链网络均衡问题。在每个规划期末,经销商承担废旧产品的回收,然后将一部分转卖给制造商,剩余部分用于自身的再制造;此外,考虑制造商能够在设计阶段确定产品的可再制造水平。利用变分不等式和拉格朗日对偶理论获得各层成员的Nash均衡条件,进而建立整个闭环供应链网络的均衡模型。通过修正投影收缩算法求解,结合算例分析经销商的再制造转化率和经销商销售给制造商的废旧品比例对各成员利润和再制造设计水平的影响。结果表明:在大多数情况下,经销商从事再制造对其自身有利,制造商利润降低,需要设计适当的机制实现系统的帕累托改进;随着再制造转化率的提高,经销商的收益逐渐改善,制造商的利润增加缓慢。  相似文献

The problem of robot selection has been of concern to manufacturers for many years. This problem has become more difficult in recent years due to increasing complexity, available features, and facilities offered by different robotic products. The objective of this research is to generate and maintain reliable and exhaustive database of robot manipulators based on their different pertinent attributes. This database can be used to standardize the robot selection procedure when the manufacturing firm has decided to use the robot for a particular operation. This will help the robot user to save time by providing him a tool for selecting the robot system most suited for his operational needs. The robot selection procedure allows rapid convergence from a very large number of candidate robots to a manageable shortlist of potentially suitable robots using ‘elimination search’ based on the few critical selection attributes. Subsequently, the selection procedure proceeds to rank the alternatives in the shortlist by employing different attributes based specification methods and graphical methods. The ranks of the candidate robots are calculated with respect to the best possible robot, say +ve benchmark robot, for particular application. This ranking will provide a good guidance for the robot user to select the robot. It will also provide a good insight to the robot manufacturer so that he can improve his product or introduce new product to fulfill the need of customer. It will help the designer at various design stages, while the maintenance people can plan maintenance strategy to reduce the down time and maintenance efforts. This is an attempt to create exhaustive database by identifying maximum possible number of attributes for robot manipulators. Reconfigurable products and manufacturing systems have enabled manufacturers to provide "cost effective" variety to the market. In spite of these new technologies, the expense of manufacturing makes it infeasible to supply all the possible variants to the market for some industries. Therefore, the determination of the right number of product variants to offer in the product portfolios becomes an important consideration. The product portfolio planning problem had been independently well studied from marketing and engineering perspectives. However, advantages can be gained from using a concurrent marketing and engineering approach. Concurrent product development strategies specifically for reconfigurable products and manufacturing systems can allow manufacturers to select best product portfolios from marketing, product design and manufacturing perspectives. A methodology for the concurrent design of a product portfolio and assembly system is presented. The objective of the concurrent product portfolio planning and assembly system design problem is to obtain the product variants that will make up the product portfolio such that oversupply of optional modules is minimized and the assembly line efficiency is maximized. Explicit design of the assembly system is obtained during the solution of the problem. It is assumed that the demand for optional modules and the assembly times for these modules are known a priori. A genetic algorithm is used in the solution of the problem. The basic premise of this methodology is that the selected product portfolio has a significant impact on the solution of the assembly line balancing problem. An example is used to validate this hypothesis. The example is then further developed to demonstrate how the methodology can be used to obtain the optimal product portfolio. This approach is intended for use by manufacturers during the early design stages of product family design.  相似文献

随着技术的发展、社会的进步以及消费群体对产品感性需求的提高,以定性研究为主导的产品感性研究不能很好地适应产品设计的要求和消费者对产品的感性需求,因此消费者相应于产品感性的定量研究方法已越来越多地受到重视。依据聚类算法的特点,将调查所得到的数据进行聚类分析,寻找相近似消费群体的感性特性,并以此为基础建立产品设计的感性概念模型。以平板电视机为例,对上述方法进行实际应用探讨,具体方法是将平板电视机的设计元素分为多个层次,利用聚类算法将这些层次与消费者对平板电视机的感性意象相结合,并对其的形态、色彩等设计元素与感性意象进行聚类分析,探讨它们之间的相互适应关系,并推演出满足消费者感性的平板电视设计原型,以指导新产品设计与开发。  相似文献

This paper proposes a product color planning method based on multi-emotion, with emphasis on the multidimensionality and complexity of consumers’ emotional expectations of product color. First, a color design model of products with multi-emotion is created. Then, a multi-dimensional space of consumers’ emotional images is constructed using factor analysis (FA) and procrustes analysis (PA), and the method of fuzzy preference is employed to build the importance of relations among emotional dimensions. Finally, Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) is employed to find the solution of the product color design model. Through a design case study, this method was proven to be able to meet consumers’ complex emotional requirements, and it may improve the quality and practicability of product color design.  相似文献

目的为了有效地组织和管理好机械产品数据和信息,并且提高已有资源的利用率,研究产品配置系统的数据库设计无疑是一项重要的工作。方法提出一种从树状结构过渡到部分网状的产品配置数据结构,并引入到数据库设计中,在PDM的关系数据库管理系统中,实现对产品数据的面向对象表示。结果基于SmarTeam-PDM创建符合于产品配置系统的数据结构,构造一个适合用户需要的数据库。结论采用基于关系数据库的面向对象技术,实现产品配置系统数据库设计,提高了基于PDM的产品配置系统开放性和适应能力,为设计类似系统数据库提供了参考。  相似文献

Disassembly sequence planning is considered an important research topic in the manufacturing automation field. In recent years, in close collaboration with manufacturers, many investigations have been conducted to design robust and profitable dismantling systems. Therefore, the designers of new products have to consider the disassembly constraints in the design phase of products. Moreover, considering the disassembly constraints is important not only in the context of life end of a product but also in its life cycle in order to reduce problems related to its exploitation and maintenance. Consequently, the optimization of the disassembly process of a product is a crucial task for improving the product design. This article presented an automated disassembly sequence planning approach based on ant colony algorithm. The developed method permits the generation of an optimal and feasible disassembly sequence planning of a product from its computer-aided design (CAD) model. Several criteria were introduced in this approach such as part volume, tool change, disassembly directions, and the maintainability of wearing part. A comparison between genetic and ant colony algorithms was conducted to reveal the effectiveness of the proposed approach. A case study is presented and an implemented tool was developed. The obtained results demonstrate the satisfactory side of the considered criterions to identify the feasible disassembly sequence plan.  相似文献
