该文针对job-shop型车间的生产调度控制,提出了一种新的车间分布式动态控制系统。该系统利用多代理技术。把工件和制造设备等映射为一个个的代理;应用蓝牙无线通信技术和嵌入式微控制器技术研制成智能芯片,安装在工件和设备上,实现通信和智能代理功能;应用多代理技术实现车间分布式智能控制网络,达到车间系统的信息集成和分布式控制;应用遗传算法进行管理代理的快速决策。实践证明,本系统对于车间任务的动态变化和部分设备故障状态变化具有很好的适应能力。  相似文献

针对网络化制造环境下资源的分布式特性和异构性特性,提出了一种基于语义的分布式描述模型。构建了制造资源的分布式描述框架,定义了基于语义的网络化资源标识,使制造资源在网络系统中能够被唯一标识,并且可以通过链接来引用和访问。通过定义制造资源的语义元数据描述模型来构建制造资源本体,使制造资源具有物理上分布、逻辑上集中的分布式组织形式。以上述工作为基础,构建了某摩托车产品的制造资源描述本体,对模型的有效性进行了验证。  相似文献

为实现生产异常的实时监控、精准预测和快速响应,针对当前以制造执行系统为核心的传统车间运行模式一直存在的异常响应缓慢、决策实时性差、系统稳定性低等问题,提出一种智能车间运行新模式——分布式自主协同制造。阐述了智能车间的分布式自主协同制造的概念、体系架构和运行机制等,探讨了智能车间的分布式自主协同制造的关键技术和特点。最后指出,分布式自主协同制造模式为智能车间的实时管控和运行优化提供了一种有效途径,有可能成为未来复杂离散制造车间的主要运行模式之一。  相似文献

In FMS (Flexible Manufacturing System) and CIM (Computer Integrated Manufacturing), machine-tools have been the target of integration in the last three decades. The conventional concept of integration is being changed into the autonomous manufacturing device based on the knowledge evolution by applying advanced information technology in which an open architecture controller, high-speed network and internet technology are included. In the advanced environment, the machine-tools is not the target of integration anymore, but has been the key subject of cooperation. In the near future, machine-tools will be more improved in the form of a knowledge-evolutionary intelligent device. The final goal of this study is to develop an intelligent machine having knowledge-evolution capability and a management system based on internet operability. The knowledge-evolutionary intelligent machine-tools is expected to gather knowledge autonomically, by producing knowledge, understanding knowledge, reasoning knowledge, making a new decision, dialoguing with other machines, etc. The concept of the knowledge-evolutionary intelligent machine is originated from the machine control being operated by human experts’ sense, dialogue and decision. The structure of knowledge evolution in M2M (Machine to Machine) and the scheme for a dialogue agent among agent-based modules such as a sensory agent, a dialogue agent and an expert system (decision support agent) are presented in this paper, with intent to develop the knowledge-evolutionary machine-tools. The dialogue agent functions as an interface for inter-machine cooperation. To design the dialogue agent module in an M2M environment, FIPA (Foundation of Intelligent Physical Agent) standard platform and the ping agent based on FIPA are analyzed in this study. In addition, the dialogue agent is designed and applied to recommend cutting conditions and thermal error compensation in a tapping machine. The knowledge-evolutionary machine-tools are expected easily implemented on the basis of this study and shows a good assistance to sensory and decision support agents.  相似文献

The article deals with possible approaches to the development trends in the industrial engineering in manufacturing organizations. The authors emphasize the need for integration of advanced industrial engineering in the next generation of manufacturing systems, which responds to new trends of production, innovation and advanced technology. This integration represents a sustainable development, so that humanization of work are increased, more effective use of natural and energy resources are achieved and production costs are reduced. Trends in the products manufacturing must meet both industrial engineering as well as production management. The development trends in the industrial engineering in manufacturing organizations must use methods and tools of advanced industrial engineering to achieve competitiveness. 基于51单片机的自主移动智能小车系统能够在接收到上位机发送的目的地位置信息后,通过融合多模块和多传感器的反馈信息,完成路径规划和自动避障等,最终实现小车自主移动和目标点温度采集及其数据发送功能。测试结果表明该智能小车系统运行稳定,实时性良好,可以作为对智能机器人进行研究的平台。  相似文献

To remain a competitive force in the world market, manufacturing enterprises must design and produce new products in an effective way. To reduce the product launching time, manufacturing enterprises must be versatile, open to changes, and capable of designing and modifying their own facilities and processes efficiently for the design of new products. In this context, the concept of autonomous, adaptive, cognitive and cooperating entities known as "holons" is conceived which leads to the evolution of a holonic manufacturing system (HMS) where highly distributed control paradigms are adopted to alleviate the problems related to frequent process disturbances. In order to streamline the functioning of an HMS, it is necessary to form an efficient, flexible and responsive network of agents, which are intra-holonic entities that inherit the same characteristics as the holons. This network of agents can be termed an autonomous agent network. The agent is formed by the parties, which are the functional units of the holonic manufacturing system. The aim of this paper is to specify the communication protocols and subsequently synthesise and cluster the individual parties into autonomous agents in accordance with the basic constraints of a holonic manufacturing system. Here a fuzzy c-means clustering algorithm is proposed to club the parties to capture effectively the uncertainty and imprecision associated with them. Besides the grouping of the parties to form agents, the proposed fuzzy-based clustering algorithm ensures that the agents formed are more amenable to the dynamic environment prevailing on the shop floor of present day automated manufacturing systems and thus makes the essence of a holonic manufacturing system successful . Keeping in mind the imprecision, uncertainty, and conflicting nature of objectives, the proposed approach aptly models the problem, and its applicability is exemplified by a test problem. A shop floor can be considered as an important level to develop Computer Integrated Manufacturing system (CIMs). However, a shop floor is a dynamic environment where unexpected events continuously occur, and impose changes to the planned activities. To deal with this problem, a shop floor should adopt an appropriate control system that is responsible for the coordination and control of the manufacturing physical flow and information flow. In this paper, a hybrid control system is described with a shop floor activity methodology called Multi-Layered Task Initiation Diagram (MTD). The architecture of the control model contains three levels: i.e., the shop floor controller (SFC), the intelligent agent controller (IAC) and the equipment controller (EC). The methodology behind the development of the control system is an intelligent multi-agent paradigm that enables the shop floor control system to be an independent, an autonomous, and distributed system, and to achieve an adaptability to change of the manufacturing environment.  相似文献
