采用固相萃取全自动工作仪和Triazine前处理柱对污水处理厂的进、出水样进行前处理,用气相色谱法一氮磷检测器检测污水中测乐果、甲基对硫磷、马拉硫磷和对硫磷4种有机磷农药残留。研究了在不同铷珠电流值条件下氮磷检测器对4种有机磷农药的响应值。本法对乐果、甲基对硫磷和马拉硫磷的检出限为0.03ng/μL,对硫磷为0.005ng/μL,线性范围均为3-500ng/mL,加标回收率为79%~115%。试验结果证明,可以采用较大直径的毛细管柱进行污水中有机磷农药的测定。  相似文献

实验以400w高压汞灯(主波长:365nm) 光源,降解水中毒死蜱,不同时间取样,样品的一部分革取,并用GC—ECD检测毒死蜱的残留量,结果表明,毒死蜱在90min内的降解率为94%,反应符合零级反应动力学,半衷期为15.2min。样品的另一部分直接进行液质分析,检测到了系列的中间产物,提出了可能的降解机理。  相似文献

采用直接进样高效液相色谱法,以紫外检测法和荧光检测法分析水中甲萘威。考察了水中甲萘威的稳定性,通过实验研究,紫外检测法对水中甲萘威的线性范围为0、20—50mg/L,最低检测限为0.10mg/L,相对标准偏差为2.27%,加标回收率为100.42%;荧光检测法对水中甲萘威的线性范围为5.0×10^-4 -0、2mg/L,最低检测限为1.0×10^-4mg/L,相对标准偏差为3.26%,加标回收率为98.43%。该方法适合于地表水和饮用水中甲萘威的分析。  相似文献

通过田间试验和气相色谱检测,研究了拜田净在水稻、土壤和水中的残留降解状况。结果表明拜田净在水稻、水中的半衰期分别为3.9~4.4天,4.8~4.9天。方法回收率水稻为86.9%~103.0%(RSD:2.3%~8.8%),土壤为89.9%~92.0%(RSD:4.7%~5.6%),水为89.6%~100.0%(RSD:8.1%~10.8%)。  相似文献

用三氯甲烷将废水中的有机磷农药乐果、甲基对硫磷、乙基对硫磷分三次萃取,将全部三氯甲烷萃取液合并,并通过层析柱脱水干燥。用岛津气相色谱仪GC—14B、火焰光度检测器 FPD 测定有机磷农药的含量。该方法具有分析速度快、准确度高、检测下限低等优点。方法的回收率为94.5%一97.9%,相对标准偏差在4.6%以内,检测限为 0 .02mg/L。  相似文献

该方法利用乙腈提取,菊酯类农药通过固相萃取柱净化,研究了采用毛细管气相色谱同时测定稻谷中甲胺磷、乐果、三唑酮、甲氰菊酯等13种有机磷和菊酯类农药残留量的分析方法。该方法做了0.01mg/kg、0.05mg/kg、0.5mg/kg三个水平的添加回收实验,回收率达到65.2—118.8%,变异系数为2.3—22.6%。结果表明,本法快速、准确、灵敏,符合农残分析的要求。  相似文献

用二氯甲烷直接萃取水中有机磷农药,经处理后浓缩进样,用气相色谱(NPD检测器)同时对敌敌畏、乐果、马拉硫磷、甲基对硫磷、对硫磷和阿特拉津等农药进行分离测定。各化合物的相关系数为0.997 3~0.999 8,平均回收率在74.2%~96.0%之间,相对标准差(RSD)为2.97%~4.41%,检出限为0.005~0.01μg/L。方法灵敏度准确度高,快速简便。  相似文献

主要研究了离子色谱法对电子束脱硫脱硝副产物中阴离子的分析方法。采用AS14分离柱,用Na2CO3/NaHCO3淋洗,流速为1.2mL/min,成功测定了脱硫脱硝副产物中Cl^-,NO3^-,SO4^2-的含量。各阴离子在检测条件下有很好的线性.样品测定的整个过程可在13min内完成,回收率在95%~107%之间。并与经典的氮化钡沉淀法测定含硫量数据进行了比较,测定结果满意。该方法的建立,为脱硫脱硝副产物作为肥料使用提供快速、准确的参考依据。  相似文献

The strength of composite plate with different hole-shapes is always one of the most important but complicated issues in the application of the composite material. The holes will lead to mutations and discontinuity to the structure. So the hole-edge stress concentration is always a serious phenomenon. And the phenomenon makes the structure strength decrease very quickly to form dangerous weak points. Most partial damage begins from these weak points. According to the complex variable functions theory, the accurate boundary condition of composite plate with different hole-shapes is founded by conformal mapping method to settle the boundary condition problem of complex hole-shapes. Composite plate with commonly hole-shapes in engineering is studied by several complex variable stress fimction. The boundary integral equations are founded based on exact boundary conditions. Then the exact hole-edge stress analytic solution of composite plate with rectangle holes and wing manholes is resolved. Both of offset axis loadings and its influences on the stress concentration coefficient of the hole-edge are discussed. And comparisons of different loads along various offset axis on the hole-edge stress distribution of orthotropic plate with rectangle hole or wing manhole are made. It can be concluded that hole-edge with continuous variable curvatures might help to decrease the stress concentration coefficient; and smaller angle of outer load and fiber can decrease the stress peak value.  相似文献

30 keV Ga+ focused ion beam induced secondary electron (iSE) imaging was used to determine the relative contrast between several materials. The iSE signal compared from C, Si, Al, Ti, Cr, Ni, Cu, Mo, Ag, and W metal layers does not decrease with an increase in target atomic number Z2, and shows a non-monotonic relationship between contrast and Z2. The non-monotonic relationship is attributed to periodic fluctuations of the stopping power and sputter yield inherent to the ion–solid interactions. In addition, material contrast from electron-induced secondary electron (eSE) and backscattered electron (BSE) images using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) also shows non-monotonic contrast as a function of Z2, following the periodic behavior of the stopping power for electron–solid interactions. A comparison of the iSE and eSE results shows similar relative contrast between the metal layers, and not complementary contrast as conventionally understood. These similarities in the contrast behavior can be attributed to similarities in the periodic and non-monotonic function defined by incident particle–solid interaction theory.  相似文献

针对工程实践中环网通讯相关问题的处理缺乏理论基础及国产化安全级DCS平台的开发缺乏成熟经验借鉴问题,对基于MELTAC-N平台核电厂安全级DCS环网的软硬件实现进行了研究。提出了安全级DCS环网双环网冗余设计、光切换开关设计等硬件设计方法,以及以RPR协议为基础,采用全数据收发策略的软件设计方法。在CPR1000安全级DCS平台上对安全级DCS环网的可靠性及实时性进行了评价,并进行了容错能力、响应时间及响应时间稳定性测试验证实验。结果表明,基于MELTAC-N平台安全级DCS环网软硬件设计具有较好的容错能力及响应时间稳定性。  相似文献

Abrasive wear has long been recognised as one of the most potentially serious tribological problems facing the operators of many types of plant and machinery; several industrial surveys have indicated that wear by abrasion can be responsible for more than 50% of unscheduled machine and plant stoppages. Locating the operating point of a tribological contact in an appropriate operational ‚map’︁ can provide a useful guide to the likely nature and origins of the surface degradation experienced in use, though care must be exercised in choosing the most suitable parameters for the axes of the plot. Laboratory testing of materials and simulations of machine contacts are carried out for a number of purposes; at one level for the very practical aims of ranking candidate materials or surface hardening treatments in order of their wear resistance, or in an attempt to predict wear lives under field conditions. More fundamentally, tests may be aimed at elucidating the essential physical mechanisms of surface damage and loss, with the longer term aim of building an analytical and predictive model of the wear process itself. In many cases, component surface damage is brought about by the ingress of hard, particulate matter into machine bearing or sealing clearances. These may be running dry although, more usually, a lubricant or service fluid is present at the interface. A number of standardised wear test geometries and procedures have been established for both two- and three-body wear situations, and these are briefly described. Although abrasive wear is often modelled as following an ‚Archard’︁ equation (i.e. a linear increase in material loss with both load and time, and an inverse dependence on specimen hardness) both industrial experience and laboratory tests of particularly lubricated contacts show that this is not always the case: increasing the hardness differential in an abrasively contaminated lubricated pair may not always reduce the rate of damage to the harder surface.  相似文献

A graph as the new engineering method for estimate the safety of bulging deformation of coke tower is proposed. Through stresses analysis of circumferential weld of coke tower and comparing the stresses produced by pressure with heat stress of steady state, residual stress, bending stress produced by both itself weight and wind loads, it showed that the stresses produced by pressure on the angle distortion are the main factor of equivalent stress of the combined stress. After comparing four kinds of stress controlling conditions, the relation to stress with depth of angular distortion, grade of curvature of angular distortion and half of region of angular distortion has been inferred. Graph of deformation allowable value of coke tower for different condition by angular distortion and half of region of angular distortion has been plotted. The five steps for its engineering use have been explained. The lighter the grade of curvature is, the larger of bulge allowance, may be, and the bigger of depth of angular distortion may pose too. For the coke tower with a popular structure of Dg 5 400 mm×28 mm, the result by graph is nearly more than the result of two formulas formed by other research, the error is less than 7.0%. But, the graph can be easily applied to different size of angular distortion.  相似文献
