绿色包装已经是业内最熟知的包装概念之一,其宗旨是让包装的可持续性得到最大化的体现。经过三十年的研究探索,可持续性发展已经成为一种比较成熟的人类社会发展模式,在很多行业都得到了相应的落实。绿色包装是可持续性发展理念在包装行业的体现,绿色包装方案的设计决策解决的关键问题是如何评价和优化绿色包装方案,本文在研究了大量文献的基础上提出相应的解决思路,用Total Packaging Solutions(TPS)的概念来应对绿色包装方案的设计及其评价,并结合信息技术提出绿色包装方案的设计决策系统的构建,分模块实现了基于工艺设计优化的Plate Wiz和基于运输包装设计优化及物流装载优化的Smartpac和Truckload。 相似文献

针对传统制造企业工艺知识应用不充分,用于工艺方案决策过程的部分BP神经网络决策效率和准确率不高的问题,采用蚁狮优化(Ant Lion Optimizer, ALO)算法优化的BP神经网络构建了基于零件加工特征的工艺方案智能决策模型。首先对产品及工艺数据进行预处理,其次应用蚁狮优化算法对BP神经网络的初始化权值和阈值进行优化,最终基于样本数据集开展神经网络训练,进一步建立智能决策系统,并以柴油机零件为对象进行了工艺方案决策方法的应用验证。实例验证表明,采用优化的BP神经网络后,决策的速度和精度都有明显的提升;所构建决策系统是可行的,能够用于工艺方案的决策。 相似文献

针对多目标稳健优化问题,建立了多目标稳健优化的损失函数,利用灵敏度分析方法确定各设计变量对各设计目标的影响程度,确定主要的设计参数,便于调整和控制设计参数的公差.根据信息公理与损失函数的一致性关系,建立以最小化各目标的总损失函数为目标函数.并在相容决策支持问题法框架基础上,提出一种基于公理设计和相容决策支持问题法的多目标稳健优化设计模型.实例分析表明,提出的方法是可行的. 相似文献

以考虑用户偏好的模糊时间窗多式联运为研究对象,建立了基于图状结构的模糊时间多式联运模型。在分析模型特征的基础上,设计了基于正交试验的混合田口遗传算法实现路径及运输方式的组合优化。通过考虑不同用户偏好的5个任务来考察模型和优化算法的有效性。计算结果表明,该算法能有效求解出满足用户偏好的路径及运输组合方式,为物流企业决策提供依据。 相似文献

针对传统模型未考虑决策者在决策问题上的不确定性因素而可能导致方案排序不稳定的问题,应用不确定多属性(UMA)理论对总承包工程交易模式(PDMs)决策进行了研究。根据总承包工程交易模式的不确定性因素提出了模型假设条件,选择了模型构建的不确定多属性理论工具,应用UEOWA算子和ULHA算子构建了基于可能度矩阵排序向量的决策支持模型;建立了我国总承包工程交易模式决策问题的属性评价体系,通过工程实例说明了模型的决策步骤和方法。 相似文献

A process planning (PP) problem is defined as to determine a set of operation-methods (machine, tool, and set-up configuration) that can convert the given stock to the designed part. Essentially, the PP problem involves the simultaneous decision making of two tasks: operation-method selection and sequencing. This is a combinatorial optimisation problem and it is difficult to find the best solution in a reasonable amount of time. In this article, an optimisation approach based on particle swarm optimisation (PSO) is proposed to solve the PP problem. Due to the characteristic of discrete process planning solution space and the continuous nature of the original PSO, a novel solution representation scheme is introduced for the application of PSO in solving the PP problem. Moreover, two kinds of local search algorithms are incorporated and interweaved with PSO evolution to improve the best solution in each generation. The numerical experiments and analysis have demonstrated that the proposed algorithm is capable of gaining a good quality solution in an efficient way. 相似文献

In many industries, production capacity diminishes as machine conditions deteriorate. Maintenance operations improve machine conditions, but also occupy potential production time, possibly delaying the customer orders. Therefore, one challenge is to determine the joint maintenance and production schedule to minimize the combined costs of maintenance and lost production over the long term. In this paper, we address the problem of integrated maintenance and production scheduling in a deteriorating multi-machine production system over multiple periods. Assuming that at the beginning of each period the demand becomes known and machine conditions are observable, we formulate a Markov decision process model to determine the maintenance plan and develop sufficient conditions guaranteeing its monotonicity in both machine condition and demand. We then formulate an integer programming model to find the maintenance and the production schedule in each period. Our computational results show that exploiting online condition monitoring information in maintenance and production decisions leads to 21% cost savings on average compared to a greedy heuristic and that the benefit of incorporating long-term information in making short-term decisions is highest in industries with medium failure rates. 相似文献

Lean manufacturing philosophy asks for elimination of wastes hidden in the manufacturing system by focusing on product value stream and eliminating non-value adding activities through continuous improvement efforts. Value stream mapping methodology is subjected to principles of continuous improvement in order to improve the productivity of the process and quality of the product. It provides various tools for data collection and analysis, and identifies the wastes occurring in different stages of manufacturing process. The role of value stream mapping is very important in the identification and subsequently reduction of the wastes. To select the detailed mapping tools for the identification of waste at micro level is a complex decision making problem. In this paper, a case study related to a die casting unit has been taken. A hierarchy related to the decision problem has been developed to select the value stream mapping tools. Here, a fuzzy logic based multi-preference, multi-criteria, and multi-person decision making heuristic has been developed to solve a problem pertaining to above case study. The proposed methodology enjoys logical support from existing decision making tools and pertinently maps the inside details of the underlying problem. 相似文献
