基于降低基材表面接触角的方法制备一种新型表面活性剂型防雾剂及其湿巾。利用正交实验法得到防雾剂最优配方,并对制备的防雾剂与商业化的防雾剂进行了高、低温防雾效果、透光率等性能进行测定和比较。结果表明,该防雾剂分散均匀、不团聚,防雾时间可达8天以上。涂有该防雾剂的玻璃透光性良好,同时在-5℃时,能保持玻璃表面不结雾。该防雾湿巾携带方便,安全环保。  相似文献

以硬脂酸、软脂酸、氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、聚醚硅油、硅藻土和去离子水等复配制得的专门用于玻璃的膏体防雾清洁剂。结果表明:当硬脂酸添加量控制在5%~10%、软脂酸1%~5%、氢氧化钠0.5%~1.5%、氢氧化钾0.5%~1.5%、聚醚硅油1%~3%、硅藻土30%~50%时,制得的防雾清洁剂外观及性能较佳。该膏体玻璃防雾清洁剂集清洁、防雾于一体,软硬适中、易于施工、稳定性好、去污力强、防雾效果好、有效时间长、安全环保,有良好的应用前景。  相似文献

1国内自洁净玻璃产品研究和生产的现状 纳米材料在结构、光电和化学性质方面的优异性能,使之成为材料科学领域的研究热点.随着其应用领域的不断扩大,采用纳米技术生产的产品也日渐增多.纳米科技的发展,将会带动平板玻璃向功能玻璃转变,使自洁净玻璃的研发步骤加快.所谓自洁净玻璃是在具备光功能薄膜基础上开发出的杀菌防雾新型智能环保产品.它采用特有的镀膜工艺(目前主要是溶胶-凝胶工艺和磁控溅射法)在玻璃表面上制备纳米TiO2薄膜,利用该薄膜的优良特性使玻璃具有在光催化条件下的抑菌、杀菌和防雾等自洁净性能.  相似文献

自清洁表面是目前解决清洁问题的最有效、最方便、最经济的方法之一。本文主要研究了超亲水性的自清洁表面的制备,以两性离子聚合物的合成,以化学法和物理法修饰在玻璃基材表面,从而增强玻璃基材的亲水性。修饰后的玻璃基材表面进行亲水性、防雾性、透光性等性能进行检测。结果表明,以化学法和物理法修饰的玻璃基材表面的亲水性、防雾性、耐久性都与在紫外光催化的TiO_2薄膜的性能类似,透光性稍有一些不足。  相似文献

The super-hydrophilic polymer coating film can easily be be peeled off from a substrate with the existence of water, which is a fatal drawback in practical applications. Herein, a facile approach is proposed to prepare UV-curable super-hydrophilic polyacrylate coating film that is chemically grafted on the surface of γ-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane-modified glass substrate. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy confirmed that the polyacrylate coating films were successfully grafted onto the glass substrate and exhibited rough micro-groove structure. The obtained polyacrylate coating film possessed super-hydrophilicity with the water contact angle close to nearly zero as well as good transmittance and antifogging property.  相似文献

In this paper, super-hydrophilic coatings were generated on glass substrates via dipping method using colloidal silica with different morphologies as the main raw materials. The coatings were characterized by transmission electron microscope (TEM), field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM), water contact angle (WCA) analyzer, and atomic force microscope (AFM). The hardness, adhesion, self-cleaning and antifogging properties of the coatings were examined. It has been found that the hydrophilicity of the coating can be significantly improved by using dendritic silica nanoparticles, and the comprehensive performance of the coating is optimum when the branch length of dendritic silica nanoparticles is about 60 nm. The coatings show super-hydrophilicity (CA, 1.7°), and high transmittance (the maximum light transmittance of the coating on glass is increased by 2.2%). Moreover, the coating is very effective in eliminating fog and dirt. The hardness and the adhesion of the coating can be reached 9H and grade 0, respectively, indicating that the coatings have a good mechanical performance, which is essential for its application.  相似文献

以普通钠钙玻璃片为基片,采用溶胶-凝胶法,通过液位下降法制备了TiO2薄膜,考察了不同光源、175℃热处理对其光催化亲水性和防雾性的影响.结果表明:液位下降法与提拉法的效果相当,但更为简单易行;不同光源对TiO2薄膜的亲水性和防雾效果影响非常大;175℃热处理能使薄膜获得更好的效果.  相似文献

Photocatalytic and hydrophilic TiO2 thin‐film applications include water purification, cancer therapy, solar energy conversion, self‐cleaning devices, and antifogging windows. We demonstrate superhydrophilicity of aerosol‐deposition (AD) TiO2 films on a glass substrate without use of a carrier solvent, thereby removing the possibility of impurity contamination. AD films exhibit high visible light transmittance (greater than 80%) and superhydrophilicity (0° contact angle) with even minimal UV‐light irradiation exposure. This AD method represents a significant step toward the realization of economically viable, functional thin films for the aforementioned applications.  相似文献

Compositions for good antifogging and mar-resistant coatings were investigated. A mixture of hydrolyzed aminoalkylalkoxysilane and hydrophilic vinyl monomer was the best combination. Control of suitable viscosity for coating was carried out conveniently by irradiation. The prepolymer was coated and cured by heating to form an antifogging membrane on various base materials such as inorganic glass, CR-39 resin, and poly(methyl methacrylate). These conditions were studied in relation to some physical properties of the membrane. It was found that antifogging and mar-resistant properties were inconsistent in many cases. A possible way to achieve the best balance between the two properties is discussed.  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶结合旋转涂膜法在玻璃基底上制备SiO2薄膜,研究了陈化时间和旋涂速度对SiO2膜增透性能的影响,利用热分析仪、X射线衍射仪、红外光谱仪、扫描电镜、分光光度计、椭偏仪等方法分别对干凝胶的热分解过程、晶体结构、微观形貌、透过率和折射率进行表征.结果表明:膜层透过率与制备条件有一定的规律,随着陈化时间的延长和旋涂速度的增加,增透峰中心波长发生了移动.在最佳工艺条件下,制备的SiO2薄膜具有较好的增透性能,在玻璃上镀SiO2增透膜后,峰值透过率(300~1000 nm)由90%提高到95%,其膜厚为315 nm,折射率为1.352,孔隙率为27%,进一步提高了可见光利用率.  相似文献

根据目前玻璃清洗剂的发展趋势,详细研究了一种改性丙烯酸聚合物在玻璃清洗剂中的应用效果。实验结果表明:用含有这种聚合物的清洗剂清洗玻璃后,赋予玻璃表面抗再次污染、表面亲水性更强、防雾、快干、不留痕迹的优异性能。探讨了此聚合物在玻璃清洗剂中的作用机理,展望了此种聚合物的应用前景。  相似文献

选择硫粉,锑粉为着色剂,以碳粉为还原剂,制备出了硫化锑红色玻璃,并对其光谱性能进行了研究。结果表明:锑红玻璃的颜色主要取决于Sb2S3胶体颗粒的数量。随着色剂锑粉用量的增加、显色温度的升高、显色保温时问的延长试样的光谱曲线均向长波方向移动。通过严格控制配合料中的水分,可以制备出性能优良,颜色纯正,透过率高的红色玻璃。  相似文献
