综述了加氢脱硫催化剂载体的研究现状及其发展趋势,分别从单组分载体、复合氧化物载体、分子筛和改性载体4个方面论述了加氢脱硫催化剂载体各自的优缺点。单组分载体重点介绍了A12O3、TiO2、炭载体;复合氧化物载体主要对铝基、钛基二元复合氧化物以及三元复合氧化物载体进行了综述;并且对以MCM-41、SBA-15和KIT为代表的介孔分子筛做了介绍;还描述了近年来以改性MCM-41、SBA-15、活性炭为主要研究对象的改性的分子筛。最后指出改性载体尤其是改性分子筛将是未来研究的焦点。 相似文献

采用共混改性的方法将水性聚氨酯(WPU)和不同质量分数的SBA-15介孔分子筛进行混合得到复合材料。同时,使用TEM、SEM、FT-IR和TG等方法对复合材料进行分析表征。研究表明,得到的复合材料WPU/SBA-15的耐热性能比单一的水性聚氨酯的性能要高,且SEM分析显示SBA-15介孔分子筛能够均匀分散在水性聚氨酯中。然而在TEM分析显示SBA-15介孔分子筛在水性聚氨酯中有少许团聚现象。 相似文献

SiW_(12)/SBA-15介孔分子筛催化合成月桂酸乙酯 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
用传统的水热合成法制备纯硅介孔分子筛SBA-15,将SiW12负载在SBA-15上.采用X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(IR)对不同负载量的催化剂进行了表征.表征结果表明,催化剂SiW12/SBA-15仍具有纯硅SBA-15的介孔结构,SiW12的Keggin结构保持完整.该催化剂用于月桂酸与乙醇的酯化反应,重点考察了硅钨酸的负载量、反应温度、酸醇比、催化剂用量等因素对酯化反应性能的影响.得到最佳反应条件为:硅钨酸的负载量为25%,反应温度90 ℃,酸醇比1:2.5,催化剂用量为月桂酸质量的1%,反应时间4 h.催化剂再生实验结果认为,SiW12/SBA-15介孔分子筛具有良好的再生性能和稳定性. 相似文献

Lanthanum-substituted mesoporous SBA-15 molecular sieve has been prepared by direct synthesis and post-synthesis procedures
using lanthanum nitrate or lanthanum chloride as lanthanum source. Characterizations by atomic absorption, X-ray diffraction,
nitrogen adsorption, UV–Vis spectra analysis, FT–IR spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy have been carried out to
evaluate the efficiency of the incorporation of lanthanum by these procedures. Results showed that Lanthanum was well incorporated
into the hexagonal framework of SBA-15 molecular sieves by these two procedures. These LaSBA-15 mesoporous molecular sieves
retain the hexagonal order and physical properties of siliceous SBA-15 material. Compared to lanthanum chloride, the lanthanum
nitrate is a suitable lanthanum source, which can match the hydrolysis rate of silicon precursor and composite materials possess

Octyl (C8) or octadecyl (C18)-modified mesoporous SBA-15 silica molecular sieves have been prepared by adding SBA-15 silica molecular sieves to octyltrimethoxysilane or octadecyltrimethoxysilane in toluene at 100 °C, and characterized by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), nitrogen adsorption–desorption measurements, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). FTIR spectra shows the presence of methylene (–CH2–) and methyl (–CH3) bands on the modified SBA-15. Powder XRD data indicate the structure of modified SBA-15 with octyl or octadecyl groups still remains two-dimensional hexagonal mesostructrure. Brunauer–Emmett–Teller (BET) surface area analysis presents that surface area of octyl- and octadeyl-SBA-15 changed from 647 to 449 and 321 m2 g−1, respectively, and SEM images show the decreased size of modified SBA-15 particles. TEM images of modified materials with alkyl groups show the structures remain the same as the parent SBA-15 silica. We also have studied the adsorption capacity of the materials to phthalate esters (dimethyl and diethyl phthalate) by dynamic adsorption experiments on high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). It is found that the modified materials can increase the adsorption of phthalate esters compared to SBA-15 particles, and the adsorption capacity increased with the increased length of alkyl chain on SBA-15. The maximum dynamic adsorption capacity for diethyl phthalate was 3.9 (C8-SBA-15) or 4.3 (C18-SBA-15) times higher than that of SBA-15 particles, respectively. The results indicate that alkyl SBA-15 particles could be used for enrichment of phthalate esters in water samples before the further analysis. 相似文献

Aluminum impregnated silica catalyst for Friedel-Crafts reaction:Influence of ordering mesostructure
Friedel-Crafts alkylation of benzene with linear chain olefin (C10-C14),which is an important reaction of synthetic detergent,was studied via different catalysts of aluminum impregnated silica molecular sieves.AlCl3 was immobilized on silica molecular sieves with different channel structures,hexagonal packing channels network (SBA-15,MCM-41),and disordered channel network (SiO2,SiO2-Gel) by impregnation.XRD and N2 adsorption-desorption isotherms confirmed that the specific mesoporous structures were maintained for order channel network catalyst after impregnation.Catalytic activities were investigated under different conditions.The influences of channel structure were discussed.The results showed that catalyst based on mesoporous like SBA-15 had the highest catalytic activities and 2-LAB selectivity compared with other catalysts in this work.The highest 2-LAB selectivity was nearly 50% when 1-dodecene conversion was nearly 100%.At low 1-dodecene conversion or higher benzene/1-dodecene molar ratio,2-LAB selectivity was nearly 60%. 相似文献

近年来研究者发现复合分子筛具有孔结构丰富、水热稳定性良好、表面性质可调控等优点,在烃类异构化反应中表现出比单一分子筛更高的反应活性和更好的异构体选择性。本文综述了丝光沸石分子筛(MOR)、Y型分子筛、β分子筛、ZSM系列分子筛、SAPO系列分子筛等两两复合的微孔-微孔复合分子筛和微孔分子筛与MCM-41分子筛、SBA-15分子筛等介孔分子筛复合的微孔-介孔复合分子筛在烷烃异构化、烯烃异构化等反应中的应用研究进展,并对用于烃类异构化复合分子筛的研究与发展方向进行了展望,指出复合分子筛用于真实石油馏分的异构化研究仍需更深入、系统地展开;采用绿色高效的合成方法合成复合分子筛以及探究通过复合分子筛的结构设计和酸性调控,如何进一步提高复合分子筛在烃类异构化反应中的活性和选择性是未来研究的重点。 相似文献
