Glass-Jute-bisphenol-C-formaldehyde (Glass-Jute-BCF) sandwich composites were prepared by hand lay-up technique at 150°C under 30.4 MPa pressure for 2 h. The resin, glass and jute fiber content in the sandwich composite were 33.3, 10.4 and 56.3 wt%, respectively. 10 prepregs containing 8 inner prepregs of jute mats sandwiched between 2 outer prepregs of glass mats. Glass-Jute-BCF sandwich composite has 23 MPa tensile strength, 119 MPa flexural strength, 1.72 kV/mm electric strength and 1.25 × 1012 ohm cm volume resistivity. Tensile strength and volume resistivity both decreased, while flexural strength and electrical strength both improved upon hybridization. Sandwich composite showed high diffusivity in water, 10% NaCl and 10% HCl solutions as compared to Glass-BCF composite. Equilibrium water absorption time is found to be 72 h in all 3 environments. Comparatively low diffusivity is observed due to silane treated glass fibers. No effect of boiling water is observed on stability of composite. Saturation time in boiling water reduced 18 times without any damage to the composite. Glass-Jute-BCF sandwich composite may be useful for low load bearing applications in construction, electrical and electronic industries as well as in harsh acidic and saline environments.  相似文献

Ether-sulfonate copolymer of 1,1′-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl) cyclohexane, bisphenol-A and 4,4′-disulfonyl chloride diphenyl ether [PESAC] has been synthesized and characterized by IR, 1H NMR, viscosity ([η] = 0.23–0.25 gdl?1), density (1.3172 g/cm3), tensile strength (11.8 MPa), electric strength (64 kV/mm), volume resistivity (4.24 × 1014 Ω cm) and dielectric constant (1.0). PESAC possesses excellent solubility, good hydrolytic stability against water, acids, alkalis and salt, high Tg (170°C) and high thermal stability (290°C). The associated kinetic parameters namely energy of activation E (386.6 kJ mol?1), order of the reaction n (3.1), frequency factor A (1.53 × 1031 s?1) and entropy change ΔS* (346.1 kJ mol?1) have been determined and discussed.  相似文献

Solventless polyester varnish was synthesized by polyesterification reaction of fumaric acid (FA), propylene glycol (PG) and dicyclo penta diene (DCPD) using triphenyl phenol (TPP) as accelerator. The resulting material was characterized by FT-IR and NMR spectroscopy. The electrical properties of varnish were also measured; volume resistivity was found 5.22 × 1017 Ohm-cm at room temperature, which fulfills main requirement of electrical insulating material. Solventless polyester varnish was crosslinked with styrene, vinyl toluene, and blend of both monomers, respectively in different ratios. Tensile strength of different type of the cured varnish with vinyl monomers was also determined, which was very high for vinyl toluene cured varnish. Thermal stability of the cured samples was determined by Thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA).  相似文献

采用三乙胺水溶液中和乳化法制备了用己二酸二酰肼封端的PU水分散体,并以此为种子,加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯和双丙酮丙烯酰胺用双引发剂进行乳液聚合得到复合乳液。动态力学测试结果表明该复合乳液材料为相分离体系,组分有一定的相容性并依赖于组成比。拉伸实验结果表明随硬组分甲基丙烯酸甲酯含量的增加,抗拉强度增加,材料由橡胶向脆性塑性转变;复合乳液比乳液混合物有较高的强度和伸长率。  相似文献

对不同比例PE(聚乙烯)集流体、不同比例PF(酚醛树脂)集流体进行性能分析比较。发现在单一树脂做粘接剂时,PF集流体总体性能优于PE集流体。PF集流体体积电阻率为0.05Ω.cm左右,抗弯强度接近20 MPa。而PE集流体体积电阻率在0.1Ω.cm以上,抗弯强度在10 MPa以下。  相似文献

以取代苄胺、1-叔丁氧羰基-4-哌啶酮、叠氮基三甲基硅烷(TMSN3)和异腈化合物为原料,经4组分“一锅煮”反应,得到新型四唑并[1,5-a]哌嗪类螺环化合物.研究了温度和溶剂对反应的影响,得到最佳反应条件:以甲醇为溶剂,65℃回流条件下反应48 h.所有产物结构经1HNMR和MS进行表征.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Azo disperse dyes containing N, N-diethylol group have been prepared and each dye was polycondensed with 4,4′ -Diphenyl methane diisocyanate. The resultant colored polyurethanes were characterized by nitrogen content, IR spectral studies, number average molecular weight ([Mbar]n), estimated by conductometric titration, and thermogravimetry. The electrical conductivity of all the polyurethanes was measured at room temperature.  相似文献

聚氮酯是一类性能优异的高分子材料,利用聚氨酯对环氧树脂进行改性,可以形成各种性能优良的材料。本文以常见的甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)和环氧氯丙烷(EPH)为起始原料,首先通过阳离子开环聚合合成出中间产物(Ⅰ)聚环氧氯丙烷二醇(PECH),然后用PECH封端TDI,制备出端基为氯醇基团的中间产物(Ⅱ),最后在碱性条件下进行关环,合成出端基为环氧基团、分子中具有氨基甲酸酯结构的环氧封端聚氨酯-环氧氨酯(EPU)。中间产物和目标产物的结构经红外光谱法和端基滴定分析来确定。环氧氨酯作为增韧剂对环氧树脂的增韧改性将另行讨论。  相似文献

利用对苯二酚、2-氯-5-硝基三氟甲苯合成得到1,4-双(2-三氟甲基-4-硝基苯氧基)苯,再在钯/炭、水合肼和有机溶剂的作用下,合成得到了1,4-双(2-三氟甲基-4-氨基苯氧基)苯,并对其性能进行了表征,包括其本身的熔点、红外吸收特征等。合成得到的1,4-双(2-三氟甲基-4-氨基苯氧基)苯与4,4'-二氨基二苯醚、2,2-双[4-(3,4-二羧基苯氧基)苯基]丙烷二酐反应,制得了含氟聚醚酰亚胺,并对其性能进行了表征。  相似文献

以1,3-茚满二酮和取代苯甲醛为原料,通过Knoevenagel缩合反应生成2-芳基亚甲基-1,3-茚满二酮,然后2-芳基亚甲基-1,3-茚满二酮与4-氯代乙酰乙酸乙酯在催化剂作用下发生Michael/γ-Alkylation串联反应,获得了6个新型1,3-茚满二酮类螺环化合物。并且进行了催化剂、溶剂和温度的筛选,发现三乙胺为最优的催化剂,在室温下,以氯仿为溶剂,反应获得了最好的收率(98%)和非对映选择性(98∶2 dr)。产物的结构经1HNMR、13CNMR、HRMS确证。  相似文献

通过对4,4’-双(N-甲基联苯酰亚胺)的单硝化反应、亲核取代反应、水解反应和闭环脱水反应,成功合成了2-邻甲基苯氧基4,4’,5,5’-联苯四甲酸二酐。将这种新型非对称酸酐与4,4’-二氨基二苯醚和对苯二胺进行高温聚合反应制得了非对称聚酰亚胺。聚酰亚胺的特性黏度分别为0.55dL/g和0.89dL/g,它们在有机溶剂中的溶解性能较好,同时具有优良的热稳定性和热氧稳定性。  相似文献

以靛红和丙二腈为原料,通过Knoevenagel缩合反应生成2-(1-取代-2-氧代吲哚-3-亚甲基)丙二腈,然后其与4-氯代乙酰乙酸乙酯在有机小分子催化剂作用下发生Michael/Cyclization串联反应,获得了标题化合物。并且进行了催化剂、溶剂和温度的筛选,发现奎宁为最优的催化剂,在室温下,以甲苯为溶剂,反应获得了最好的收率(97%)和对映选择性(e.e.99%)。产物的结构经1HNMR、13CNMR、HRMS确证。  相似文献

Bisphenol-C-formaldehyde-acrylate (BCFA) resin was synthesized by reacting 0.1 mol bisphenol-C-formaldehyde resin, 0.4 mol acrylic acid in 25 ml 1,4-dioxane and 1.5 g phenothiazine catalyst at 80°C for 6 h. Jute, glass, jute-bamboo, and glass-bamboo composites were prepared by compression molding technique at 150°C for 2 h under 30.4 MPa pressure. Jute-BCFA, Glass-BCFA, Jute-bamboo-BCFA, Glass-Bamboo-BCFA possess 50, 114, 49, and 65 MPa tensile strength; 58, 185, 69, and 70 MPa flexural strength; 1.2, 3.3, 1.3, and 1.9 kV/mm electric strength and 6.2 × 1012, 2.5 × 1013, 6.6 × 1012, and 1.5 × 1013 ohm cm volume resistivity. The data are interpreted in terms of nature of fibers and resin and fiber loading and orientation. Water absorption behavior of composites is tested in pure water, 10% NaCl and 10% Hcl solutions at room temperature as well as in boiling water. Observed diffusivity order for each of composite is H2O < NaCl < HCl. Sandwich composites shown high water absorption in all media due to high bamboo fiber loading and fiber agglomeration. The presence of HCl and NaCl affected the water structure and hence diffusivity. Jute-bamboo-BCFA and Glass-Bamboo-BCFA delaminated in boiling water within half an hour. Mechanical and electrical properties and water absorption behavior are affected by the nature of fibers and matrix, fiber loading and fiber arrangement. Fairly good mechanical and electrical properties of Jute-BCFA and Glass-BCFA and their low water absorption behavior signify their usefulness as low load bearing applications. Composites signify their use for low load bearing applications in construction, electrical and marine industries.  相似文献

利用油包水的反相微乳液法,运用TritonX-100(曲拉通X-100)/正己醇/环己烷微乳液自组装体系,分别以吖啶、9-氨基吖啶、9-(2-氨基苯胺基)吖啶为核包覆SiO2,制备得到核壳型荧光氧化硅纳米颗粒。该方法克服了传统方法荧光试剂泄露的问题。透射电子显微镜检测和荧光光谱分析表明,所制得的纳米颗粒荧光强度高,荧光性质稳定,具有潜在生物亲和性,可望作为新型的荧光标记物。  相似文献

A novel method used to synthesize diacetone diperoxide (DADP) from acetone and hydrogen peroxide without the presence of a catalytic agent is presented. Previously reported syntheses used toluenesulfonic and m‐sulfonic acid as catalyst. DADP was prepared with a purity of 99.99 %. The melting point range (128.5–134.5 °C) is consistent with reported values. The success of the reported procedure depends on controlling the ratio between acetone and hydrogen peroxide as well as the temperature of the reaction mixture. The purified crystalline DADP samples were characterized using NMR, Raman, and IR spectroscopy, differential scanning calorimetry, gas chromatography and open atmosphere chemical ionization mass spectrometry (DART™). The structure was compared to the well‐known cyclic trimer triacetone triperoxide (TATP). The proposed synthetic scheme can be useful for preparing small amounts of the cyclic organic peroxide for characterization and fundamental studies and for formulation of gas chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography, and mass spectrometry standards.  相似文献
