铝电解生产中,我们总期望电解槽运行稳定,以获得良好的经济技术指标,但在电解槽生产过程中,总会出现大大小小的针振与电压摆现象。由于生产中阳极电流分布瞬息万变,在不同时间与空间有不同的值,是电解过程中最难掌握的参数,因它受原料质量、电解槽的槽膛、槽温度、电解质成份、铝液流动性、极距、操作等因素影响,而电流分布的变化,将直接导致槽工况的不稳定,影响到电流效率,这些因素影响过程是看不见,摸不着,我们只能借助于电解槽槽控系统中的专家模糊诊断在线检测系统,掌握电解槽的波动情况.  相似文献

2010年以来,肥矿集团泰山铝业公司124台电解槽已全部投入生产。启动后,如何保证8台新型异型电解槽的平稳高效运行,成为技术人员攻关的工作重点。为此,该公司成立科技攻关小组,通过大量翻阅资料,现场攻关实验,对电解槽进行科学管理,确保了电解槽平稳高效运行。在电解槽的运行过程中,保持平稳运行至关重要。该公司明确规定了电压变动幅度、加料间隔的变动幅度、出铝量的最大差别和一次出铝的允许最大量等;每一道工序严格按照换极操作规程作业,从扎边、提极、捞快、放置阳极、收边、添加保温料,项项工作高标准,排出科学合理的换极表,使换极对阳极电流分布的干扰,按相等的时问间隔,均衡地分布到阳极的每个区域,将干扰降低到最小限度。同时,在换极时保证新极的安装精度,及时对电流分布和安装高度测定、修正,力求换上的阳极在通过满电流时都能与其他阳极底面相平,保持较高的电解水平,增大阳极块的侧部导电面积。  相似文献

为了降低铝电解生产过程中换极对电解槽热量平衡、物料平衡和稳定性的不良影响,提出了热极浇铸的预热方法,并对其工艺流程进行介绍。采用热极浇铸上槽后,减少了换极过程中的热量散失,有效预防了阳极效应,提高了电解槽稳定性,缩短了从换极到平衡的时间,减少了槽电压的偏离,而且有利于电流效率的提升和能耗的降低。  相似文献

某企业开展了铝电解预焙阳极自动测高系统的应用,该系统应用后提高了换极质量,改善了换极工的操作环境,降低电解高温熔盐和高温残极烫伤换极工的风险.电解槽运行稳定性提高,经济技术指标优化,电解槽的年平均电压降低13mV;年平均电流效率提高0.2%;年平均直流电耗降低71 kWh/t-Al,产生了良好的经济效益.  相似文献

Increasingly, the United States is becoming internationalized as a result of sophisticated communication technologies that put us in touch with countries known previously to only a few, through economic development and multinational investment, and by the immigration of people who are sometimes fleeing hostile homelands. US citizens, like others abroad, will need to be responsive to the demands of a multiethnic, multiracial, and multinational society. The challenges of this changing world can and will range from such dilemmas as ethical decisions of who can and will have access to expensive technology that saves and prolongs life; to the development of conflict management strategies for peaceful coexistence with neighbors whose behaviors, beliefs, and values are strongly shaped by their religious, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds and socioeconomic circumstances. Gelsolin is an actin-regulatory protein that modulates actin assembly and disassembly, and is believed to regulate cell motility in vivo through modulation of the actin network. In addition to its actin-regulatory function, gelsolin has also been proposed to affect cell growth. Our present experiments have tested the possible involvement of gelsolin in the regulation of apoptosis, which is significantly affected by growth. When overexpressed in Jurkat cells, gelsolin strongly inhibited apoptosis induced by anti-Fas antibody, C2-ceramide or dexamethasone, without changing the F-actin morphology or the levels of Fas or Bcl-2 family proteins. Upon the induction of apoptosis, an increase in CPP32(-like) protease activity was observed in the control vector transfectants, while it was strongly suppressed in the gelsolin transfectants. Pro-CPP32 protein, an inactive form of CPP32 protease, remained uncleaved by anti-Fas treatment in the gelsolin transfectants, indicating that gelsolin blocks upstream of this protease. The tetrapeptide inhibitor of CPP32(-like) proteases strongly inhibited Fas-mediated apoptosis, but only partially suppressed both C2-ceramide- and dexamethasone-induced apoptosis. These data suggest that the critical target responsible for the execution of apoptosis may exist upstream of CPP32(-like) proteases in Jurkat cells and that gelsolin acts on this target to inhibit the apoptotic cell death program.  相似文献

Micturitional disorders in multiple sclerosis have often an insidious onset; they aggravate during acute attacks of the nervous disease and are strongly influenced by the general condition of the patient, the evolution of his muscular spasms and the therapeutical measures. This changing behaviour of the bladder makes it necessary to perform repeated cystometries, uroflowmetries and electromyographies of the striated sphincter in order to adapt vesical therapy to the evolutive stadia of the disease. Although good results are frequently obtained by drugs (sympathicomimetics, sympathicolytics, muscle relaxants, parasympathicomimetics, parasympathicolytics), by transurethral resections of internal and/or external sphincters and by phenolisation, we feel that urinary derivations remain indicated for some patients, especially in order to facilitate social integration.  相似文献

The structure of commercial-purity titanium additionally doped with hydrogen and the structural charge during heating to 550–600°C are studied. It is established that phases strongly differentiated by atomic volumes (to 23%) take part during forward and reverse eutectoid transformations. However, the volume effect of the transformation is weak and becomes less pronounced when the hydrogen content is increased in titanium. The α ? β transformation is accompanied by 10% volume effect and results in interphase hardening. It is shown that the structure of commercial-purity titanium can be controlled by changing hydrogenation and heat-treatment conditions.  相似文献

Multiphase, ultra-fine-grained transformation-induced plasticity (MP UFG TRIP) steel containing 6 mass pct Mn was obtained by cold rolling and intercritical annealing of an initially fully martensitic microstructure. UFG microstructures with an average grain size less than 300 nm were obtained. The amount of austenite in the microstructures, speculated to be formed by diffusionless transformation, was controlled by changing the intercritical temperature. The tensile properties were strongly influenced by the volume amount and the stability of the reversely transformed austenite. The MP UFG TRIP steel was characterized by pronounced localization of the deformation. The deformation band properties were analyzed in detail.  相似文献

In gradient elution separations, it may be required to change either column length (to increase resolution or shorten run time) or column diameter (for an increase in sensitivity or for preparative separations). In either of these changes of column dimensions, it is usually desired to maintain the same relative band spacing (selectivity), so as to increase resolution in proportion to (column plate number)1/2 when increasing column length, or to maintain constant resolution when changing column diameter. A general rule for avoiding changes in band spacing in these situations is to maintain the quantity [(gradient time) x (flow-rate)/(column volume)] constant, while holding the initial and final gradient mobile phase compositions (%B) fixed. This rule is only valid as long as the equipment hold-up volume (dwell volume) is negligible, or if all sample components are strongly retained at the start of the gradient. When neither of the latter conditions apply, then significant changes in band spacing may result when changing column size. Rules are presented for recognizing this potential problem for a given sample/HPLC-equipment combination, and adjustments in separation conditions that can avoid this problem are discussed. Changes in band spacing as a result of change in column size are of special concern when developing procedures for preparative chromatography under gradient conditions.  相似文献

Infant and young child feeding practices were investigated in a sample survey (1132 mothers) in a rural area in northern Vietnam. Pre-lacteal feeding was almost universal. Mean duration of breast feeding was 17 months, but foods other than breast milk were introduced early. Only 50% of infants between 3 and 5 months of age were predominantly breast fed. The educational level of the mother was strongly associated with breast feeding duration, with illiterate mothers breast feeding the longest. Christian mothers breast fed for longer than non-Christians. Very few were using feeding bottles at the time of the study, although formulas and bottles have recently been appearing on the local market. The breast feeding pattern described together with the rapidly changing social and economic situation in Vietnam could mean a risk of rapid decline in breast feeding.  相似文献
