针对煤矿采煤机变频器在安全监测方面存在的问题,设计了一种新型的采煤机变频器实时监测系统,给出监测系统总体设计方案。硬件部分给出主控制器选型,并设计电流监测电路、温度监测电路、电压监测电路及CAN总线接口电路;软件部分分别对下位机和上位机进行程序设计和开发,并给出下位机程序框图和上位机结构框图。通过实验测试,测试结果表明设计的实时监测系统达到预期目标,满足工程需求,具有一定推广意义。 相似文献

为解决新能源汽车整车控制器(VCU)的环境耐久测试问题,设计了该测试系统。系统采用NI PXI系统实现输入信号模拟和输出信号在线检测,负载箱模拟整车执行器负载,环境箱模拟控制器工作环境,基于LabVIEW开发的上位机软件全程监测控制器的运行状态,对信号测试结果进行实时显示和数据存储。结果表明,该系统性能稳定,可快速、自动完成对整车控制器的测试,满足测试要求,提高了整车控制器的测试效率。 相似文献

为了能够验证基于各种智能算法所设计出的多无人机近距耦合编队飞行控制器的工作性能,研制了一套新的、低成本的硬件在环测试平台系统,由基于DSP技术的飞行控制子系统、基于Statemate技术的飞行控制子系统虚拟原型机和地面测试子系统组成,并阐述了各子系统的硬软件结构及其关键技术.最后,利用该测试平台,对所研究的多无人机编队飞行模型和编队飞行控制器进行了测试.试验结果表明,该测试平台系统可以测试编队控制器在不同条件下对无人机编队飞行的控制效果,同时也可通过该平台来进一步证明所研究的编队飞行控制系统相关理论算法的正确性和有效性. 相似文献

In this paper, an advanced shift controller that supervises the shift transients with adaptive compensation is presented. Modern shift control systems for vehicle automatic transmission are designed to provide smooth transients for passengers’ comfort and better component durability. In the conventional methods, lots of testing and calibration works have been done to tune gains of the controller, but it does not assure optimum shift quality at all times owing to system variations often caused by uncertainties in shifting hydraulic systems and external disturbances. In the proposed control scheme, an adaptive compensation controller with intelligent supervisor is implemented to achieve improved shift quality over the system variations. The control input pattern which generates clutch pressure commands in hydraulic actuating systems, is updated through a learning process to adjust for each subsequent shift based on continuous monitoring of shifting performance and environmental changes. The proposed algorithm is implemented and evaluated on the experimental test setup. Results from the experimental studies for several operation modes show both improved performance and adaptability of the proposed shift controller to uncertain changes of the shifting environment in vehicle power transmission systems. 相似文献

针对振动与加载电液混合试验系统力加载跟踪过程中的多余力抑制问题,分析了振动与加载电液混合系统的组成及工作原理,建立了混合系统的动力学模型,并对动力学模型的准确性进行了验证。在此基础上,分析了混合系统加载多余力的产生机理,提出了振动与加载电液混合系统力加载前馈解耦控制算法。搭建了振动与加载电液混合试验台及嵌入式控制系统,利用振动与加载电液混合试验台进行了力加载控制策略的试验研究。结果证明,与传统PI控制器相比,提出的力加载前馈解耦控制算法可以更有效地抑制系统多余力,提高力加载的跟踪精度。 相似文献

A high fidelity dynamic model of a high-energy hydraulically-actuated shock test machine for heavy weight devices is presented to satisfy the newly-built shock resistance standard and simulate the actual underwater explosion environments in laboratory as well as increase the testing capability of shock test machine. In order to produce the required negative shock pulse in the given time dura-tion,four hydraulic actuators are utilized. The model is then used to formulate an advanced feedfor-ward controller for the system to produce the required negative waveform and to address the motion synchronization of the four cylinders. The model provides a safe and easily controllable way to per-form a “virtual testing” before starting potentially destructive tests on specimen and to predict per-formance of the system. As the automotive industry becomes increasingly competitive, parts manufacturers are under extreme pressure to improve the quality of their parts, while at the same time reducing costs. The method currently used to detect failures in automotive light assemblies during vibration endurance testing involves manual inspection only after the test is completed. In most cases, this method does not allow the first onset of failure to be determined. Subsequent damage caused by the ongoing test after the initial failure often obliterates the clues to what failed first, thus diminishing the usefulness of the information collected as input to design improvement iterations. An adaptable, reliable, and low-cost real-time monitoring and diagnostic system that would interrupt the testing operation at the first onset of a failure is desired. This paper describes an accelerometer-based and a microphone-based monitoring system for automotive light assembly failure detection during endurance testing. The vibration and acoustic signal analysis methods are also described. Preliminary results from these two systems show a significant difference between healthy and faulty fog light assemblies, which can be detected. This suggests that there is potential to develop these and potentially other measures for use in an adaptable, reliable, and low-cost real-time monitoring and diagnostic system that would interrupt the testing operation at the first onset of a failure. Further testing is planned to determine the sensitivity of the methods used in this study to detect the earliest onset of failure damage during endurance testing of automotive light assemblies. 相似文献
