根据谐波减速器在空间机械精密传动中的工作条件 ,研制出真空环境模拟试验装置 ;并使用该装置对XB3- 6 0扁平式谐波减速器所采用的几种物理气相沉积 (PVD)薄膜润滑方案进行了系统考核。试验结果表明 ,研制出的真空运行试验装置结构合理 ,性能稳定 ,可以保证环境模拟试验的可靠性 ;对几种薄膜润滑系统的考核结果 ,为确定谐波减速器的固体润滑方案提供了实验依据 相似文献

通过对国内外直升机减速器干运转试验结论的分析,从齿轮、轴承、机匣、润滑系统、润滑介质等方面出发,研究减速器干运转能力设计与分析方法,指导减速器设计阶段各零部件的详细设计。分析了干运转试验方法,通过设计实例的干运转试验,验证了该方法的可行性,改变了过去只能依赖物理样机试验结果进行优化设计的被动局面,对以往干运转试验得出指导性意见进行正向设计完善。 相似文献

本文从油膜强度、摩擦系统、轧制压力及轧后退火表面光亮度等方面对铝材冷轧润滑用添加剂的润滑能进行了评价,其中,添加剂有单一的脂肪酸、醇、脂肪酸酯以及它们的复合物。结果表明:结果表明:复合添加剂的作用效果优于单一添加剂,而且其作用效果取决于单体添加剂的选择和复合比例。 相似文献

在直升机主减速器系统中,轴承作为重要热源,对系统工作时的温度上升产生重要影响。其直接关系到直升机主减速器系统的工作性能。采用有限容积法,对直升机主减速器中所使用的高速角接触球轴承的稳态、瞬态温度场分别进行分析计算。获得其稳态温度分布场,总结出诸如转速、预紧载荷等因素对轴承温升的影响规律,为合理选择轴承参数,提高其工作可靠性提供理论依据。 相似文献

根据直升机传动系统干运转能力的要求,使用UMT摩擦磨损试验机在油雾润滑状态下进行销盘试验,测定了不同添加剂对于摩擦磨损性能的影响,并得出最小喷油量。结果显示,在赫兹接触应力为424.4 MPa、相对滑动线速度达到2.618 m/s的条件下,含有5%的二烷基硫代磷酸锌(ZDDP)的润滑剂在油雾润滑工作状态下表现出的综合摩擦磨损性能最佳,试验耗油量仅为0.03 ml。此方法为解决直升机传动系统干运转问题提供了一种新的选择。 相似文献

Friction behaviours of sintered high speed steels containing TiC, CaF2 and MnS additives and lubrication mechanisms of these additives have been investigated at sliding conditions at 600°C. Results shown that these additives strongly affected friction behaviours of the sintered high speed steels. Ceramic carbide TiC, as a bonding agent and enhancement phase, bonded the solid lubricant CaF2 and MnS surrounding it and supported these solid lubricant particles so that friction process become stable. Fluoride calcium CaF2 has a better high temperature lubrication properties than MnS, and that the addition of TiC + CaF2 in the sintered high speed steels achieved excellent friction performances both a stable and a low friction coefficient value. Analysis results by X-ray indicated that the surface film appearing on worn path consists of some molten metal matters and very fine carbide particles. During sliding, the surface film separated contacts and resulted in a lower friction coefficient. Because of the sintered high speed steels usually to be used to manufacture high temperature components, these results are helpful for their engineering use. 相似文献

The tribological properties of liquid paraffin (LP) containing molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) additives, including nano-balls, nano-slices, and bulk 2H-MoS2, are evaluated using a four-ball tribometer. Results show that all MoS2 additives used can improve the tribological properties of LP, and that nanosized MoS2 particles function as lubrication additives in LP better than micro-MoS2 particles do. The LP with nano-balls presents the best antifriction and antiwear properties at the MoS2 content of 1.5 wt%. This is ascribed to the chemical stability of the layer-closed spherical structure of nano-balls. The
Stribeck curves confirm that the rotation speed of 1,450 rpm used is located at the mixed lubrication region under 300 N.
MoS2 nano-slices have small sizes and easily enter into the interface of the friction pair with a roughness of 0.032 μm, functioning
as a lubricant in LP better than nano-balls do at the MoS2 content of 1.0 wt%. The Stribeck curves also show that the differences between the two nano samples were magnified at high
rotation speeds in hydrodynamic lubrication region. The application of nano-slices in high sliding speeds will be more advantageous.
This work furthers the understanding of the relationship between the tribological properties and morphology of MoS2. 相似文献
