以某型飞机摇臂式主起落架为例,介绍了基于Motion和AMESim的起落架缓冲性能联合仿真研究方法.结合实际情况,首先利用LMS Virtual Lab Motion建立了多体动力学分析模型,然后根据缓冲器参数建立LMS Imagine Lab AMESim缓冲器液压模型,最后通过两个软件的联合,仿真计算了某型飞机主起落架的缓冲性能.通过对缓冲器参数的调整,优化了缓冲器设计,为起落架的落震试验奠定了理论基础.提供了一个研究起落架缓冲性能的新方法,试验结果表明,该方法是可行并有效的.  相似文献

针对舰载机的前轮拖曳弹射起飞方式,结合前起落架突伸技术对缓冲器构型进行了研究,确定了缓冲器的组合突伸模式。基于常规型双腔油气式缓冲器提出了改进的缓冲器构型,并通过适当减小缓冲器的反弹阻尼来缩短突伸时间。应用动力学仿真软件LMS Virtual.Lab与机械/液压仿真软件AMESim实现了舰载机前起落架弹射-突伸动力学联合仿真。仿真结果表明:缓冲器各关键参数的变化与理论计算结果一致;增加高压充气的突伸模式比单纯释放储存势能的突伸模式能够获得更好的突伸效果,改进设计型缓冲器可有效缩短突伸时间。  相似文献

起落架应急断离设计是民用飞机设计中必须考虑的问题。根据适航相关规定,论述了起落架应急断离设计的结构设计要求。基于LMS Virtual.Lab Motion多体动力学仿真平台,建立了某型民用飞机主起落架的动力学仿真模型。完成主起落架自由落震、地面滑跑过障碍物等情况的仿真计算,并着重对仿真过程中各断离点载荷进行分析,确定了相应的断离载荷和断离序列,实现了大型民用飞机起落架应急断离动力学特性的分析与仿真。  相似文献

飞机起落架收放系统包含了多体系统动力学、控制、液压等内容,采用空间收放机构的大型民机起落架具有运动规律复杂、驱动单元多的特点,且收放过程中机构之间需要协调工作才能保证可靠收放。针对起落架收放系统以上特点,以某大型民机主起落架收放系统为对象,详细分析了收放系统中各部分的动力学行为,基于Virtual Lab.Motion和AMESim分别建立了起落架上位锁、起落架收放机构以及收放液压系统的动力学仿真模型,通过联合仿真求解得到起落架收放过程中的动力学特性。仿真计算结果与实际情况吻合,可为大型民机起落架收放系统设计提供参考,也为起落架收放系统进一步的研究奠定基础。  相似文献

以疲劳寿命分析理论成果为指导,对大型水陆两栖飞机主起落架进行疲劳寿命计算分析与结构优化研究。通过Hypermesh进行模型有限元前处理,在NASTRAN中计算应力分布结果,利用NcodeDesignlife研究起落架整体结构件疲劳寿命;通过LMS Virtual.Lab建立前起落架刚柔耦合模型,得到各个零部件连接部位节点力,从而完成对各个零部件的独立建模分析计算;基于疲劳寿命的结构优化技术,以Optistruct为工具对起落架疲劳寿命薄弱部位进行形状优化,使得疲劳寿命进一步提高。  相似文献

汽车起重机回转系统是一个集机械、电气、液压于一体的复杂机电系统,常规分析方法很难得到接近实际的仿真结果。文中利用AMESim和LMS Virtual.Lab Motion进行联合仿真分析,通过对比仿真与试验结果,确认了仿真模型的准确性。利用该仿真模型可快速高效地分析汽车起重机回转系统的系统特性、影响因素、极端工况等,进一步优化回转系统性能。  相似文献

前轮操纵是起落架设计中的关键技术。以C919大型民机前轮转弯操纵系统为研究对象,分析了其系统组成及工作原理,并根据其减摆状态工作原理建立了阻尼力计算公式;基于LMS Imagine.Lab AMESim和LMS Virtual.Lab Motion软件平台分别建立了前轮转弯操纵系统的液压控制系统模型和前轮转弯机构动力学模型,验证了前轮转弯操纵系统减摆状态下的功能;进行了动态阻尼特性仿真分析,分析了摆振的频率、幅值以及阻尼孔直径对减摆阻尼力矩大小的影响。结果表明:该前轮转弯操纵系统在减摆状态下可以消除冲击载荷引起的振动,满足系统减摆的要求;在其他参数固定的情况下,分别改变摆振频率、幅值以及阻尼孔直径3个参数中任一参数的值,减摆阻尼力矩随摆振频率和幅值的增大而增大,随阻尼孔直径的增大而减小。  相似文献

现代飞行器起落架为了减少在飞行时的阻力,一般都设计为可收放的形式。针对某客机前起落架应急放无法上锁的问题,建立了该起落架收放机构及舱门联动机构的力学平衡方程并进行了理论分析,进而基于LMS Virtual.Lab/Motion建立了应急放动力学分析虚拟样机并分析了各外部载荷对收放过程的影响,结果表明,前舱门气动力在起落架应急放行程末端突变为不利载荷,阻碍了起落架应急放下上锁。在上述分析的基础上设计了一种舱门应急断离方案,建立了其动力学模型并通过仿真分析验证了该方案的可行性。  相似文献

The strength of composite plate with different hole-shapes is always one of the most important but complicated issues in the application of the composite material. The holes will lead to mutations and discontinuity to the structure. So the hole-edge stress concentration is always a serious phenomenon. And the phenomenon makes the structure strength decrease very quickly to form dangerous weak points. Most partial damage begins from these weak points. According to the complex variable functions theory, the accurate boundary condition of composite plate with different hole-shapes is founded by conformal mapping method to settle the boundary condition problem of complex hole-shapes. Composite plate with commonly hole-shapes in engineering is studied by several complex variable stress fimction. The boundary integral equations are founded based on exact boundary conditions. Then the exact hole-edge stress analytic solution of composite plate with rectangle holes and wing manholes is resolved. Both of offset axis loadings and its influences on the stress concentration coefficient of the hole-edge are discussed. And comparisons of different loads along various offset axis on the hole-edge stress distribution of orthotropic plate with rectangle hole or wing manhole are made. It can be concluded that hole-edge with continuous variable curvatures might help to decrease the stress concentration coefficient; and smaller angle of outer load and fiber can decrease the stress peak value.  相似文献

30 keV Ga+ focused ion beam induced secondary electron (iSE) imaging was used to determine the relative contrast between several materials. The iSE signal compared from C, Si, Al, Ti, Cr, Ni, Cu, Mo, Ag, and W metal layers does not decrease with an increase in target atomic number Z2, and shows a non-monotonic relationship between contrast and Z2. The non-monotonic relationship is attributed to periodic fluctuations of the stopping power and sputter yield inherent to the ion–solid interactions. In addition, material contrast from electron-induced secondary electron (eSE) and backscattered electron (BSE) images using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) also shows non-monotonic contrast as a function of Z2, following the periodic behavior of the stopping power for electron–solid interactions. A comparison of the iSE and eSE results shows similar relative contrast between the metal layers, and not complementary contrast as conventionally understood. These similarities in the contrast behavior can be attributed to similarities in the periodic and non-monotonic function defined by incident particle–solid interaction theory.  相似文献

针对工程实践中环网通讯相关问题的处理缺乏理论基础及国产化安全级DCS平台的开发缺乏成熟经验借鉴问题,对基于MELTAC-N平台核电厂安全级DCS环网的软硬件实现进行了研究。提出了安全级DCS环网双环网冗余设计、光切换开关设计等硬件设计方法,以及以RPR协议为基础,采用全数据收发策略的软件设计方法。在CPR1000安全级DCS平台上对安全级DCS环网的可靠性及实时性进行了评价,并进行了容错能力、响应时间及响应时间稳定性测试验证实验。结果表明,基于MELTAC-N平台安全级DCS环网软硬件设计具有较好的容错能力及响应时间稳定性。  相似文献

Abrasive wear has long been recognised as one of the most potentially serious tribological problems facing the operators of many types of plant and machinery; several industrial surveys have indicated that wear by abrasion can be responsible for more than 50% of unscheduled machine and plant stoppages. Locating the operating point of a tribological contact in an appropriate operational ‚map’︁ can provide a useful guide to the likely nature and origins of the surface degradation experienced in use, though care must be exercised in choosing the most suitable parameters for the axes of the plot. Laboratory testing of materials and simulations of machine contacts are carried out for a number of purposes; at one level for the very practical aims of ranking candidate materials or surface hardening treatments in order of their wear resistance, or in an attempt to predict wear lives under field conditions. More fundamentally, tests may be aimed at elucidating the essential physical mechanisms of surface damage and loss, with the longer term aim of building an analytical and predictive model of the wear process itself. In many cases, component surface damage is brought about by the ingress of hard, particulate matter into machine bearing or sealing clearances. These may be running dry although, more usually, a lubricant or service fluid is present at the interface. A number of standardised wear test geometries and procedures have been established for both two- and three-body wear situations, and these are briefly described. Although abrasive wear is often modelled as following an ‚Archard’︁ equation (i.e. a linear increase in material loss with both load and time, and an inverse dependence on specimen hardness) both industrial experience and laboratory tests of particularly lubricated contacts show that this is not always the case: increasing the hardness differential in an abrasively contaminated lubricated pair may not always reduce the rate of damage to the harder surface.  相似文献

A graph as the new engineering method for estimate the safety of bulging deformation of coke tower is proposed. Through stresses analysis of circumferential weld of coke tower and comparing the stresses produced by pressure with heat stress of steady state, residual stress, bending stress produced by both itself weight and wind loads, it showed that the stresses produced by pressure on the angle distortion are the main factor of equivalent stress of the combined stress. After comparing four kinds of stress controlling conditions, the relation to stress with depth of angular distortion, grade of curvature of angular distortion and half of region of angular distortion has been inferred. Graph of deformation allowable value of coke tower for different condition by angular distortion and half of region of angular distortion has been plotted. The five steps for its engineering use have been explained. The lighter the grade of curvature is, the larger of bulge allowance, may be, and the bigger of depth of angular distortion may pose too. For the coke tower with a popular structure of Dg 5 400 mm×28 mm, the result by graph is nearly more than the result of two formulas formed by other research, the error is less than 7.0%. But, the graph can be easily applied to different size of angular distortion.  相似文献
