为了能够对记忆型功率放大器线性化处理,并能一定程度克服其记忆效应,该文介绍一种自适应数字预失真器。该数字预失真器采用查找表与记忆效应补偿技术相结合的方法,并且利用内插值方法有效减小了查找表幅度量化过程产生的误差。相比记忆多项式预失真器,这种预失真器的计算复杂度较小,却能够得到与其相近的线性化效果。基于功率放大器记忆多项式模型,利用OFDM(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing)宽带信号验证该文提出的预失真器对记忆型非线性功率放大器的良好线性化效果。  相似文献

数字预失真系统中,高精度预失真通常需求高阶多项式,而高阶多项式会导致预失真计算量的急剧上升。针对记忆多项式级数与预失真精度的矛盾,提出了一种基于参数选择的数字预失真结构,使用低阶多项式实现了对复杂度高的功率放大器高精度预失真处理,同时避免了计算量的上升。基于一组功率放大器的实测数据进行仿真,验证了参数选择方法相比于传统方法在同计算量的条件下精度的提升;并以正交频分复用信号作为输入信号进行仿真,得到了21 dB的邻近信道功率比抑制效果,相比于传统方法有6 dB的提升。  相似文献

射频功率放大器与生俱来的非线性是无线通信前端设计需要解决的核心问题之一。根据广义改进型Hammerstein功率放大器非线性模型,提出一种应用于射频功放线性化的新型数字预失真器——广义改进型Hammerstein(Generalized Augmented Hammerstein, GAH)预失真器,并给出了该预失真器的实现方法。另外,为了精确分析GAH 预失真器的性能,采用实际功放的输入输出数据进行仿真和实验。被测功放为中心频率1960 MHz,带宽40 MHz, 输出功率45 dBm的Doherty功放。仿真和实验证明:提出的数字预失真器不仅计算复杂度远低于记忆多项式(Memory Polynomial,MP)和分数阶记忆多项式(Fractional Memory Polynomial, FMP)预失真器,而且其线性化能力也强于AH、MP及FMP等预失真器。  相似文献

该文针对由记忆多项式设计的功率放大器预失真系统,提出了一种新的分数阶记忆多项式预失真器。提出预失真多项式是在常用记忆多项式基础上,通过去掉偶数阶项增加分数阶项以提高线性化性能。文中给出了分数阶记忆多项式的表达式,并给出了相应的系数估计算法。仿真分析表明,针对Wiener-Hammerstein和记忆多项式模型的功率放大器,在两种典型记忆多项式预失真的基础上可以分别得到10 dB和8 dB的带外谱抑制增益。相应的FPGA实现表明该预失真多项式总体硬件资源增加的代价并不高,易于在实际系统中应用。  相似文献

为解决传统间接学习结构自适应预失真器中幅度和相位预失真参数之间相互影响的问题,提出了一种对功率放大器的幅度和相位预失真参数进行分开和并行估计的自适应预失真方法,其中幅度和相位预失真器均采用间接学习结构进行训练;将该方法应用在典型的无记忆功率放大器模型中,对DVB-T标准中2k模式OFDM信号的预失真过程进行了实验仿真;仿真结果表明,在预失真多项式阶数相同条件下,改进的间接学习结构预失真方法与传统间接学习结构预失真方法相比较,带外谱抑制增益平均提高了约4dB。   相似文献

为补偿功率放大器固有的非线性,提出了一种新型的预失真器。该预失真器结合查找表和多项式两种常用的预失真方法实现,在查找表中存储分段低阶多项式系数,根据输入信号的幅度查表得到相应的多项式系数对输入信号进行预失真处理。仿真结果表明,该预失真器对互调失真(IMD)的改善优于多项式预失真器,能有效改善信号因功放非线性失真而导致的信号星座图扭曲及频谱再生,提高通信系统的性能。  相似文献

采用预失真技术对功率放大器的记忆非线性失真进行补偿的关键是预失真器建模的准确性,尤其是模型对功率放大器逆记忆特性的描述能力。针对目前预失真器模型对功率放大器逆记忆效应描述不充分的问题,提出了将查找表(LUT)级联一个具有并联结构的有限长单位冲激响应(FIR)滤波器组作为实现形式的Hammerstein预失真器,以提高传统Hammerstein预失真器的补偿性能,并采用一种两步算法对其参数进行辨识。仿真实验表明,提出的Hammerstein预失真器能更好地补偿带强记忆效应的功率放大器的非线性失真。  相似文献

在WCDMA等宽带通信系统中,射频功率放大器记忆效应明显,传统的无记忆预失真技术无法达到理想的线性化效果.分析功放的记忆效应,并提出一种适合于有记忆射频功率放大器的顸失真方法.该方法首先基于记忆多项式构造预失真器,然后采用间接学习结构设计预失真系统,并运用限定记忆递推最小二乘算法更新预失真器参数,以跟踪放大器特性的变化.仿真结果表明,该方法能较好地补偿射频功放的非线性失真和记忆效应.  相似文献

针对射频功率放大器的非线性问题,提出一种基于两个复量多项式的模拟预失真电路,并根据射频功率放大器的响应用LMS(最小均方)算法自适应优化多项式的系数,从而使功率放大器的线性性能达到最佳。该预失真器的优点是电路简单,运算量少,适用于宽带通信。基于双频信号和WCDMA(宽带码分多址)信号对该预失真器进行了仿真测试。实验结果表明,该预失真线性化方法对交调失真分量抑制效果明显,ACPR(邻信道功率比)可改善至56.1dB,对功率放大器的非线性具有良好的补偿效果。  相似文献

The polynomial model is commonly used in power amplifier (PA) modeling and predistorter design. However, the conventional polynomial model exhibits numerical instabilities when higher order terms are included. In this paper, we introduce a novel set of orthogonal polynomials, which can be used for PA as well as predistorter modeling. Theoretically, the conventional and orthogonal polynomial models are "equivalent" and, thus, should behave similarly. In practice, however, the two approaches can perform quite differently in the presence of finite precision processing. Simulation results show that the orthogonal polynomials can alleviate the numerical instability problem associated with the conventional polynomials and generally yield better PA modeling accuracy as well as predistortion linearization performance.  相似文献

To combat non-linear signal distortions in a power amplifier we suggest using predistorter with cascade structure in which first and second nodes have piecewise-polynomial and polynomial models. On example of linearizing the Winner-Hammerstein amplifier model we demonstrate that cascade structure of predistorter improves precision of amplifier??s linearization. To simplify predistorter??s synthesis the degree of polynomial model used in first node should be moderate, while precision should be improved by higher degree of second node??s polynomial.  相似文献

This study presents a genetic algorithm optimization of a hybrid analog/digital predistorter, in order to reduce the intermodulation distortion (IMD) caused by the nonlinear properties of the radio frequency (RF) power amplifier (PA). Designed predistorter based on polynomial work function and the coefficient of the polynomial is optimized in order to reduce IMD by spectrum monitoring. The design procedure and validation of predistorter have been carried out by Agilent-ADS2005A. In order to validate the predistorter two different modulation schemes as CDMA and 16-QAM have been used. Also in order to verifying the linearization a test power amplifier circuit has been examined including Motorola MOSFET MRF9742 showing the nonlinear characteristics with memory. Simulations have been shown that adjacent channel power ratio (ACPR) improvements were acceptable for both CDMA and 16-QAM modulation schemes.  相似文献

Today's 3G wireless systems require both high linearity and high power amplifier (PA) efficiency. The high peak-to-average ratios of the digital modulation schemes used in 3G wireless systems require that the RF PA maintain high linearity over a large range while maintaining this high efficiency; these two requirements are often at odds with each other with many of the traditional amplifier architectures. In this article, a fast and easy-to-implement adaptive digital predistorter has been presented for Wideband Code Division Multiplexed signals using complex memory polynomial work function. The proposed algorithm has been implemented to test a Motorola LDMOSFET PA. The proposed technique also takes care of the memory effects of the PA, which have been ignored in many proposed techniques in the literature. The results show that the new complex memory polynomial-based adaptive digital predistorter has better linearisation performance than conventional predistortion techniques.  相似文献

A new digital predistorter is proposed that copes with the variation of power amplifier characteristics faster than the adaptation rate of the predistorter by using multiple lookup tables. Experimental results derived from a prototype show that the proposed predistorter can suppress the adjacent channel interference up to 12 dB compared to the conventional predistorter with a single lookup table.  相似文献

An adaptive predistorter for linearizing a power amplifier in a mobile transmitter is studied, and the analytical, simulation, and measured results are presented. This predistorter does not have the problems of loop delay or phase shifting in its feedback path. The feedback is used only periodically to update the predistorter parameters so that it adapts to changes in the amplifier characteristics. An adaptation method for predistorters of the polynomial type is described. Its complexity is significantly lower than that of the previously described methods and its convergence speed, though low, is more than sufficient to track amplifier drift. Analytical verification that the measurement of out-of-band power is sufficient to drive the adaptation, a complex convolution method for measuring the out-of-band power that requires no additional local oscillator or phase reference, and a demonstration of the system performance utilizing a 16-QAM signal in a 25-kHz bandwidth, centered at 850 MHz, are provided  相似文献
