火车票文字清晰度质量属性分析

火车票票面上文字具有足够的清晰度为最基本的要求。该文针对传统的纸质车票和新的背面涂有磁层的车票(分别称为纸票和磁票)正、背面上的文字清晰度属性指标进行了测试和分析。用文字中横、竖笔划线条的对比度、宽度和粗糙度三个主要指标表征组成文字基本单元的笔划清晰度属性;用对比度指标体现文字整体的清晰度性能。目前应用的纸票和磁票的平均实验结果表明,车票的正面文字中,纸票和磁票具有相当的笔划宽度和边缘粗糙度,但纸票的对比度高于磁票,因而具有较高的文字清晰度。磁票正面文字清晰度的提高需加大文字笔划的墨色暗度。车票的背面文字中,纸票白背景上的黑色文字笔划较磁票黑色背景上的白色文字笔划具有较高的对比度和较低的粗糙度,有利于纸票的文字清晰表现;但后者的笔划宽度大于前者。整体上,纸票背面的文字清晰度高于磁票;磁票背面文字清晰度的改善有待于其文字笔划对比度的提高和边缘粗糙度的降低。     

Effect of the entry cone angle of the spinneret hole on the flow characteristics of the polymer melt

Conclusions The effect of the entry cone angle of a spinneret hole on the flow characteristics of the polymer melt has been investigated. This dependence has a complex character, which is expressed in the fact that initially the pressure drop in the spinneret hole decreases with increase in the angle, then rises, and again decreases.The local minimum and maximum points on the curve which characterizes the dependence of pressure drop on entry cone angle depend on the viscosity anomaly of the polymer melt and on increase in the latter they are displaced in the direction of smaller angles.Translated from Khimicheskie Volokna, No. 3, pp. 39–41, May–June, 1986.

Effects of the short blade locations on the anti-cavitation performance of the splitter-bladed inducer and the pump

In order to evaluate the effects of the short blade locations on the anti-cavitation performance of the splitter-bladed inducer and the pump, 5 inducers with different short blade locations are designed. Cavitation simulations and experimental tests of the pumps with these inducers are carried out. The algebraic slip mixture model in the CFX software is adopted for cavitation simulation. The results show that there is a vortex at the inlet of the induc-er. Asymmetric cavitation on the inducer and on the impel er is observed. The analysis shows that the short blade locations have a minor effect on the internal flow field in the inducer and on the external performance of the pump, but have a significant effect on the anti-cavitation performance. It is suggested that the inducer should be designed appropriately. The present simulations found an optimal inducer with better anti-cavitation performance.     

Some aspects of the effect of the porosity of the condensed phase on the combustion of nitrocellulose propellants

This paper considers the mechanisms involved in the effect of the unconnected porosity of the condensed phase of nitrocellulose propellants on the linear burning rate with a pressure rise. A model based on experimental data is proposed for the variation in the linear burning rate taking into account the compaction of the fuel cells resulting in a nonlinear dependence of the burning rate on pressure. The temperature coefficient of the linear burning rate is found to exhibit a nontrivial behavior under pressure rise conditions in various ranges of initial temperatures. __________ Translated from Fizika Goreniya i Vzryva, Vol. 44, No. 5, pp. 58–63, September–October, 2008.     

微通道内流体流动对聚酰胺微胶囊壁面褶皱的影响分析及应用

流体流动诱导微胶囊膜起皱和变形是一个普遍存在的现象。针对这一现象已有一些模拟和实验研究,但是对于微通道内不同因素对于微胶囊褶皱情况的影响以及褶皱的存在对于微胶囊实际膜面积和粒径的影响等方面却鲜有探讨。针对这一问题,本文制备了具有褶皱膜的聚酰胺微胶囊,并提出通过溶剂浸泡法将微胶囊膜褶皱伸展开,以分析微胶囊的实际膜面积和实际粒径。同时,定义了褶皱度的概念,将抽象的褶皱情况数值化,使分析更为方便。最终,通过研究分析发现,由于与流体剪切力正相关,流体流量和黏度的增大会导致微胶囊褶皱度增加;当这两者固定时,微胶囊粒径的改变对其褶皱度基本无影响。在应用方面,微胶囊壁面褶皱情况的分析为制备单核双壁式微胶囊提供了一种新思路。

Effect of the density of the electronic states at the valence orbital of the bridge redox molecule on the dependence of the tunnel current on the overvoltage in the case of fully adiabatic electron transition

Effect of the density of the electronic states at the valence orbital of the bridge redox molecule on the dependence of the tunnel current on the overvoltage and on the width at half maximum of the current-overvoltage curve is studied. A number of the approximate expressions for the density of states, the tunnel current and the width are obtained in the fully adiabatic limit for different particular cases. It is shown that at small values of the coupling of the electronic levels of the electrodes with the valence orbital of the redox molecule and the small values of the bias voltage two regions of the reorganization Gibbs energy exist with different dependence of the width on the reorganization Gibbs energy. Degumming of ramie: the role of the individual constituents of the gummy material

The stepwise removal of the components of gummy material found on ramie fibres was used to determine the effects of the individual constituents on the whiteness and yellowness indices of the fibres. The main components were found to be hemicellulose, pectin and lignin and these had the greatest effect on the whiteness and yellowness indices. A spectroscopic method for assessing the hemicellulose and pectin content of the degumming bath was investigated and found to be comparable to the results of chemical analysis. The spectroscopic method was used to study the removal of hemicellulose and pectin continuously during degumming, and the data obtained were used to calculate rate constants for the degumming process.

Atechnique of estimating the structural instability of substances is developed on the basis of studies on hydrothermal modification of clay ores. It is suggested that estimation of the degree of perfection of the crystalline structure of mono- and poly-mineral clays be performed on the basis of a determination of the strength of individual junctions in suspensions.

地震载荷下拉杆直径对球罐的影响分析

在地震载荷条件下,使用ANSYS8.0软件分析了1000m3球罐的拉杆直径变化对球罐应力的影响。分析结果表明,球罐的最大应力点位于球罐与盖板连接处外壁面的上侧,拉杆直径的变化对球罐与盖板连接处的应力影响较大,对其他部位的应力影响相对较小,在选择球罐的拉杆直径时应充分考虑拉杆对球罐应力的影响。

在研究安全阀在线调校原理和化工企业生产特点的基础上,解决了安全阀在线调试过程中起跳压力计算的难点,即阀座有效面积的计算。提出了两种较实用的阀座有效面积的计算方法。经过对安全阀实际调校的检验,证明这两种方法是高效、精确的计算方法。     

Morphological examination of the effect of antimony on the electrochemistry of lead

An SEM study of the oxidation of PbSO₄ on Pb and Pb-Sb alloys is presented. The formation of a duplex layer of PbO₂ on the antimonial alloy is established and the primary layer of PbO₂ on Pb-Sb is shown to be analogous to the single layer on pure lead.     

On the role of the anions on the anomalous anodic dissolution of aluminium

The influence of the anions on current efficiency during the anodic dissolution of aluminium, and on the surface state of the electrode, has been studied both from a theoretical and an experimental point of view. The results obtained have some implications both in the field of electropolishing and in the field of electrochemical machining.
