利用CaO易溶解于稀醋酸,而CaF2不溶解于稀醋酸的特性,以稀醋酸处理试样,用滤纸过滤不溶解物残渣,滤液加氢氧化钾溶液调节pH值不小于12.5,用EGTA滴定法测定CaO含量。过滤的不溶解物残渣在铂金坩埚中灰化、灼烧,加含有硼酸钠的混合熔剂,于950℃左右熔融、酸化浸取定容、分液后,加氢氧化钾溶液调节pH值不小于12.5,用EGTA滴定法测定CaF2含量。方法具有重复性好、精密度理想等特点。测定结果表明:CaO相对标准偏差小于0.1917%~0.4061%,CaF2相对标准偏差小于0.7407%~2.6514%。 相似文献

由于鞍钢转炉钢渣存在体积安定性不良等问题,严重制约了钢渣的再利用途径和范围。采用扫描电子显微镜的X射线能谱仪等手段观察了鞍钢转炉渣的矿物形貌,测定了矿物的元素成分,并对不同时期转炉渣中f-CaO与f-MgO的含量进行化学分析,以明确f-CaO、RO相和f-MgO等对钢渣安定性的影响规律。结果表明:1)鞍钢转炉钢渣中主要矿物相为C2S、铁铝钙、镁铁相固溶体和少量C3S、f-CaO与f-MgO;2)鞍钢转炉渣中RO相的主要组织为镁铁相,质量分数为10%~20%,MgO/FeO的典型比例约为1∶2;3)鞍钢转炉渣f-CaO质量分数为2.08%~7.79%,f-MgO质量分数为0.16%~0.41%;4)微观形貌和化学分析结果均证明鞍钢转炉钢渣安定性的主要影响因素为f-CaO含量;5)游离氧化镁的单相组织极少,对转炉渣的安定性影响主要取决于RO相。 相似文献

A slag layer is formed when slag is splashed onto refractory lining in BOF slag splashing process. The melting temperature of the slag layer and the adhesion of the slag layer to the lining refractory have an important effect on slag splashing and BOF lining life. This study investigates the adhesive behaviour of slag with different composition to lining refractories. It is shown that the slag can adhere to MgO particles in MgO‐C bricks well and no reaction is found between the MgO particles and the slag layer, but a gas gap exists at the interface between the slag layer and the MgO‐C matrix and there are iron granules within the slag layer, when the FeO content in the slag is high. The adhesion of the slag layer to the lining refractory can be improved with decreasing FeO content in the slag and lower carbon content in the MgO‐C bricks. BOF refractory lining life can be greatly increased due to better adhesion, high melting temperature, and stronger wear‐resistance of the slag layer. 相似文献

To produce the steel with phosphorus less than 0.007% (mass percent), the double slag process has been optimized in basic oxygen furnace (BOF). Dephosphorization and decarburization arc performed in sequence in the same converter. Deslagging is conducted twice, each at the end of dephosphorization and decarburization, by tilting the BOF. Production was tested in a 180 t BOF. Mass percent of phosphorus in steel at BOF blow end has been made to as low as 0.0042% after optimizing operational parameters. Factors affecting dephosphorization performance were studied. Before intermediate deslagging, dephosphorization is determined by the mass transfer of phosphorus from metal/slag interface to bulk slag phase rather than equilibrium thermodynamic conditions. After intermediate deslagging, dephosphorization is determined by the equilibrium thermodynamic conditions such as slag composition and temperature. 相似文献
