The self-organizing map (SOM) is a very popular unsupervised neural-network model for the analysis of high-dimensional input data as in data mining applications. However, at least two limitations have to be noted, which are related to the static architecture of this model as well as to the limited capabilities for the representation of hierarchical relations of the data. With our novel growing hierarchical SOM (GHSOM) we address both limitations. The GHSOM is an artificial neural-network model with hierarchical architecture composed of independent growing SOMs. The motivation was to provide a model that adapts its architecture during its unsupervised training process according to the particular requirements of the input data. Furthermore, by providing a global orientation of the independently growing maps in the individual layers of the hierarchy, navigation across branches is facilitated. The benefits of this novel neural network are a problem-dependent architecture and the intuitive representation of hierarchical relations in the data. This is especially appealing in explorative data mining applications, allowing the inherent structure of the data to unfold in a highly intuitive fashion.  相似文献

UDDI 注册中心是Web Service 技术体系中的重要组成部分, UDDI 的数据特征和操作特征要求能够将轻量级数据按照层次模型组织起来, 并能对以查询为主的数据操作作出灵活、高效的响应。传统的关系数据库在处理上述问题时不仅效率和灵活性较低, 而且实施成本较高。详细分析了UDDI 的信息模型, 结合目录服务技术提出基于LDAP 的UDDI 系统架构, 在此基础上实现了灵活、高效、低成本的UDDI 注册中心。  相似文献

A conceptual framework for the integration of data type and process modeling techniques, called integration paradigm, has been presented by the authors in previous papers already. The aim of this paper is to give a short review of this conceptual framework and to present a formal model for the integration paradigm. The formal model for the four layers, called data type, data states and transformations, processes and system architecture layers respectively, is based on an integration of abstract data types and structured transition systems. This formal model can be instantiated by all kinds of basic and integrated modeling techniques. Algebraic high-level nets, attributed graph transformation, an integration of Z with statecharts, and some diagram techniques of UML are discussed on the conceptual level. As instantiation of the formal model, a well-known CCS sender specification, place/transition nets, algebraic high-level nets and attributed graph transformation are presented in this paper, while instantiations of other modeling techniques will be discussed elsewhere.  相似文献

Modern manufacturing industries demand computer numeric controllers, having higher level input languages than outdated G-code, and less proprietary vendor dependencies. IEC 61499 is a new standard for distributed measurement and control systems, that enables portability and interoperability of embedded controllers, along with the ease of their mapping to arbitrary distributed networking hardware configurations. This paper demonstrates that the IEC 61499 reference architecture can be successfully used to create a computer numeric controller, offering interoperability, portability, configurability, and distribution characteristics. The layered CNC-FB architecture is proposed, which simplifies the design of a CNC machine controller with the architecture layers responsible for data processing, data storage and execution. In combination with the object-oriented Model-View-Control design pattern, the CNC-FB architecture supports the design framework, in which simulation of the machining becomes natural and inherent part of the design process, with seamless transition from simulation to actual machining. The implemented controller was tested in both the model and on an actual milling machine.  相似文献

为了满足在计算资源受限的环境下高维数据流处理的实时性要求,提出一种方法——基于GPU(graphic processing unit)的非规则流中高维数据流的处理模型和具体的可行架构,并分析设计了相关的并行算法.该六层模型是将GPU处理数据的高宽带性能结合进滑动窗口中数据流的分析,进而在该框架下基于统一计算设备架构(compute unified device architecture,简称CUDA),使用数据立方模型以及降维约简技术并行分析了多条高维数据流的典型相关性.理论分析和实验结果均表明,该并行处理方法能够在线精确地识别同步滑动窗口模式下高维数据流之间的相关性.相对于纯CPU方法,该方法具有显著的速度优势,很好地满足了高维数据流的实时性需求,可以作为通用的分析方法广泛应用于数据流挖掘领域.  相似文献

Many on-chip network circuit and architecture techniques are incompatible with modern design flows, making them unsuitable for use in systems-on-chip. This paper presents a networks-on-chip (NoC) architecture design space exploration method for multi-processor systems-on-chip architecture. The NoC architecture design space is designed with a Layer-Interactive-Building block (LIB) methodology that is divided into three layers: application layer, link/network layer, and physical layer. The suggested LIB design paradigmatic philosophy provides modular building block structure in both hardware and software and the protocols for their interconnection in the three architecture layers. Using LIB the designer can easily select these building blocks to build application-specific NoCs to meet different application requirements such as media, graphic, software radio and communication network applications. The LIB provides the NoC building blocks, architecture interacting systems-on-chip components, the programming models and application mapping strategies. The LIB can be used as a complementary library and tools for future on-chip interconnection network design.  相似文献

Spatio-temporal problems arise in a broad range of applications, such as climate science and transportation systems. These problems are challenging because of unique spatial, short-term and long-term patterns, as well as the curse of dimensionality. In this paper, we propose a deep learning framework for spatio-temporal forecasting problems. We explicitly design the neural network architecture for capturing various types of spatial and temporal patterns, and the model is robust to missing data. In a preprocessing step, a time series decomposition method is applied to separately feed short-term, long-term and spatial patterns into different components of the neural network. A fuzzy clustering method finds clusters of neighboring time series residuals, as these contain short-term spatial patterns. The first component of the neural network consists of multi-kernel convolutional layers which are designed to extract short-term features from clusters of time series data. Each convolutional kernel receives a single cluster of input time series. The output of convolutional layers is concatenated by trends and followed by convolutional-LSTM layers to capture long-term spatial patterns. To have a robust forecasting model when faced with missing data, a pretrained denoising autoencoder reconstructs the model’s output in a fine-tuning step. In experimental results, we evaluate the performance of the proposed model for the traffic flow prediction. 为了提高分布式网络中异常入侵检测的效率,在对危险理论和人工免疫技术的研究基础之上,提出了一种基于危险理论的多代理异常人侵检测模型,对模型架构和工作原理进行了详细的描述.模型分为三层,在识别"非我"之前,先对主机和网络资源实时监控并进行数据采集,利用云模型对危险进行判定,由危险信号激活免疫识别.该模型能根据定义的危险级别有效地识别出"有害的非我",保障系统的可用性,在一定程度上改善伪肯定和伪否定现象,提高检测系统性能.  相似文献

This article summarizes the main results of a joint endeavor towards a standard reference model (SRM) for intelligent multimedia presentation systems (IMMPSs). After a brief motivation, we give basic definitions for media terms and presentation systems. The core of this contribution is a generic reference architecture that reflects an implementation-independent view of the processes required for the generation of multimedia presentations. The reference architecture is described in terms of layers, components, and knowledge servers. Our SRM focuses on the functions assigned to the layers and components, rather than on the methods or communication protocols that may be employed to realize this functionality. 为了提高手机软件开发的质量和效率,本文提出了在底层平台与上层应用之间设计一个中间架构层,建立一个较为稳定的软件开发框架的思想。本文首先对软件架构理论进行了分析,在对架构设计的条理性原则和可靠性原则进行了充分权衡之后,将该架构分为四层,从上到下依次是:应用层、安全层、业务层和适配层,各层相对独立。应用层负责手机应用的初始化、关闭以及相关控件的工作;安全层负责保护数据,防止病毒木马等恶意攻击;业务层负责包装各类手机应用业务,并向上提供相关服务给应用层调用;适配层则负责与协议栈的数据交互。本文应用这个架构,在Android平台上开发出GTalk即时聊天软件,证实了该架构的可应用性。  相似文献

随着遥感技术的发展,高分辨率遥感已广泛应用于土地利用调查及其变化监测,监测土地整理项目的实施状况和对土地整理项目进行评价已经成为可能。本文基于此目的,建设了土地整理遥感监测系统,文中对系统进行了架构设计和系统功能设计。系统总体架构自底向上由设备层、数据层、支撑层、业务层和用户层构成,并建有统一的标准体系与作业规范的信息化制度。并将系统划分成六个功能模块,包括项目管理模块、数据库管理模块、信息提取模块、项目监测模块、土地整理评价模块、帮助模块。系统采用C/S架构,服务器/客户端双端数据管理模式,利用Titan Image 7.0二次开发平台,使用Visual C++.NET平台搭建了系统主体框架,并把开发的土地整理遥感监测业务模块集成到平台之下实现了整个土地整理遥感监测系统。  相似文献

在二级视频网格和三级视频网格结构的基础上,提出当某区域服务器的网络带宽占用达到所设定的阈值时,将部分具有较高配置的客户端主机作为加盟服务器使用,以降低区域服务器的工作负载,同时原有的结构被扩展为树状的多级结构.详细论述了这种基于数据流量控制的多级视频网格结构的设计和工作模式,以及当加盟服务器突然失效时点播服务的平稳迁移策略.通过视频网格模拟器VGSim对这3种结构的视频网格服务能力进行模拟,结果表明,基于数据流量控制的多级视频网格结构的服务能力被有效增强.  相似文献
