载Pt-TiO2纳米管阵列制备及其光电催化性能   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用阳极氧化法在纯钛箔表面制备TiO2纳米管,再用直流电沉积法在纳米管内沉积Pt,制备出载Pt-TiO2纳米管电极.并采用场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)对其进行表征.研究载Pt-TiO2纳米管阵列与TiO2纳米管阵列对有机磷农药敌敌畏(DDVP)的光电催化降解效果,并与光催化、电降解做了简单对比.结果表明:所制Pt-TiO2纳米管存在锐钛矿晶型TiO2,其饱合光电流比TiO2纳米管大.与单独光催化、电降解相比,载Pt-TiO2纳米管电极光电催化降解效果更显著.  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了稀土元素Pr掺杂的纳米TiO2光催化剂(Pr-TiO2)。通过XRD、FT-IR、UV-Vis、TEM等对Pr-TiO2样品进行了表征和分析,并以亚甲基蓝(MB)作为目标降解物,考察了不同热处理温度及不同掺杂量的Pr-TiO2对MB的光催化降解效果。结果表明,Pr掺杂纳米TiO2的晶型为锐钛矿相和金红石相的混晶相,Pr的掺入提高了TiO2光催化活性。当热处理温度为500℃,在pH值为2.5,Pr掺杂量为n(Pr):n(TiO2)=1:300的条件下制备的光催化剂的催化活性显著高于DegussaP25。  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了稀土Ce离子掺杂的纳米TiO2光催化剂(Ce-TiO2),通过XRD、FT-IR、UV-Vis、PL、Nano-sizer纳米粒度分析仪等对Ce-TiO2样品进行了表征和分析,并以亚甲基蓝(MB)作为目标降解物,考察了不同掺杂浓度及经不同温度热处理后的Ce-TiO2样品对MB的光催化降解效果,结果表明所制备样品的晶型均为锐钛矿相和金红石相的混晶相,Ce离子的掺杂拓展了TiO2在可见光区的光谱响应范围,提高了TiO2光催化活性。当pH值为1.5,Ce的掺杂量为n(Ce)∶n(TiO2)=1∶300,热处理温度为600℃条件下制备的样品其催化活性显著高于Degussa P25。  相似文献

以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为纤维模板,钛酸四丁酯(Ti[O(CH2)3CH3]4)和Fe3+为前驱体,乙醇为溶剂,醋酸为催化剂,采用静电纺丝法制备不同含铁量的复合纳米纤维Fe3+/TiO2,经500℃煅烧得到以锐钛矿为主的Fe3+/TiO2纳米纤维。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)分别表征了Fe3+/TiO2纳米纤维的形貌与晶态,计算了样品的晶粒尺寸和锐钛矿所占的比例,并比较了5%Fe3+/TiO2纳米纤维、5%Fe3+/TiO2粉体以及纯TiO2纳米纤维三者光催化降解亚甲基蓝(MB)的效果。研究表明:由静电纺丝法制备的5%Fe3+/TiO2纳米纤维的光催化降解效果比相同含铁量的粉体的降解效果好,TiO2纳米纤维比5%Fe3+/TiO2纳米纤维的光催化活性高。  相似文献

本文用溶胶—凝胶法制备了不同晶相的TiO2纳米晶,将其负载于镍网上,以苯酚的降解为模型反应,研究对比了不同晶相TiO2纳米晶的光催化活性。结果表明,纯锐钛矿相的TiO2纳米晶的降解能力要强于锐钛矿与金红石混合相的TiO2纳米晶。  相似文献

以钒钛合金为原料,应用阳极氧化法制备出高度致密、有序的V掺杂TiO2纳米管阵列。应用扫描电镜(SEM)和粉末X光衍射仪(XRD)表征分析纳米管阵列的形貌和结构,结果表明在浓度不同的HF电解液下制备出径向不同的纳米管阵列,电解液浓度(0.5%~1.5%(质量分数)),管径变化(39.7~72.7nm)。在室温、可见光照射条件下,以10mg/L的亚甲基蓝溶液为模拟污染物进行光催化降解试验,研究了其光催化性能。结果显示V掺杂TiO2纳米管阵列光催化性能优于纯TiO2纳米管,且在HF电解液浓度为1.0%(质量分数)时制备出来的TiO2纳米管光催化降解有机毒物性能最佳。  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法,以水为溶剂,在低于70℃下直接合成纳米锐钛矿型TiO2溶胶,研究了反应温度、pH值对溶胶晶型、晶粒大小和稳定性的影响.以不同光照下对亚甲基蓝的降解,评价了溶胶的光催化活性.结果表明:较低pH值下溶胶中的TiO2出现了金红石相与锐钛矿相组成的混晶相,而pH值相对较高时则得到纯锐钛矿相TiO2;在紫外光、日光灯和太阳光下,与P25对亚甲基蓝的降解相比,同等条件下所制备的TiO2溶胶显示出更好的光催化活性;混晶相TiO2溶胶的光催化性优于纯锐钛矿相TiO2溶胶.  相似文献

主要介绍水热法制备TiO2纳米管/碳纳米管(TiO2/CNT)复合材料及其光催化降解染料废水的研究。结果表明,用水热法制备出的TiO2纳米管和CNT的掺杂比例为5∶1时,TiO2纳米管/碳纳米管(TiO2/CNT)复合材料光催化降解玫瑰红染料废水的效果最佳,而且TiO2纳米管/碳纳米管复合材料具有较好的稳定性。研究证实了TiO2纳米管/碳纳米管复合材料对玫瑰红染料废水在模拟太阳光照射下具有较好的光催化效果。  相似文献

In this paper, we present a new method for inserting several triangulated surfaces into an existing tetrahedral mesh generated by the meccano method. The result is a conformal mesh where each inserted surface is approximated by a set of faces of the final tetrahedral mesh. First, the tetrahedral mesh is refined around the inserted surfaces to capture their geometric features. Second, each immersed surface is approximated by a set of faces from the tetrahedral mesh. Third, following a novel approach, the nodes of the approximated surfaces are mapped to the corresponding immersed surface. Fourth, we untangle and smooth the mesh by optimizing a regularized shape distortion measure for tetrahedral elements in which we move all the nodes of the mesh, restricting the movement of the edge and surface nodes along the corresponding entity they belong to. The refining process allows approximating the immersed surface for any initial meccano tetrahedral mesh. Moreover, the proposed projection method avoids computational expensive geometric projections. Finally, the applied simultaneous untangling and smoothing process delivers a high‐quality mesh and ensures that the immersed surfaces are interpolated. Several examples are presented to assess the properties of the proposed method.  相似文献

A flow calorimeter for enthalpy increment measurements on condensed gases is presented. A better knowledge of the properties of the liquefied natural gas is needed, and therefore a liquid loop has been designed for our flow calorimeter. The fluid loop in the calorimeter is designed in order to avoid the two-phase region, since two phases would give compositional disturbances in the measurements. The avoidance of the two-phase region is made possible by increasing the pressure of the test fluid after the measurement section, then heating the fluid at super-critical pressure past the critical point. Finally, the fluid is throttled to the low-pressure gas state at the inlet condition of the compressor that circulates the fluid. To perform the pressure increase, a new cryogenic pump has been designed. To evaluate the new equipment, measurements were taken on liquid ethane over the temperature range 146–256 K at pressure between 0.9 and 5.1 MPa.  相似文献

Zusammenfassung Bei der Gestaltung von Ernteprozessen — beispielsweise des Prozesses Mähdrusch, Körnertransport und -abnahme — als transportverbundene Fließarbeitsverfahren mit mindestens zwei verschiedenen Arbeitsmitteln gibt es einen großen Optimierungsspielraum. Solche Prozesse sind mehrstufige Bedienungsprozesse mit gemischter Anordnung der Bedienungseinrichtungen. Außerdem besitzen sie stark ausgeprägte räumliche Aspekte. Es wird vor allem gezeigt, welche Merkmale solcher Prozesse in Simulationsmodellen abgebildet sein müssen, welche Zielgrößen in Abhängigkeit von welchen Einflußgrößen unter Berücksichtigung welcher Prozeßbedingungen ermittelt werden sollten und wie der Bewertungsprozeß zur Ermittlung der gewünschten Informationen gestaltet werden muß.  相似文献

In the present study a high‐boron high speed steel (HSS) roll material was designed. Many expensive alloy elements have been substituted by cheap boron alloy, and high‐boron high speed steel roll has been manufactured by centrifugal casting method. The microstructures, mechanical properties and wear resistance of centrifugal casting high‐boron high speed steel roll have been investigated by optical microscopy (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and X‐ray diffraction (XRD) analysis, hardness test, impact test and wear test. The results indicated that the solidification microstructures of high‐boron high speed steel roll consisted of M2(B,C), (W,Mo)2(B,C), M3(B,C), M23(B,C)6 type borocarbides and martensite, a small amount of retained austenite. Borocarbides were continuously distributed over the grain boundary. After quenching from 1050 °C, local broken network appeared in partial borocarbides, and fine secondary borocarbide precipitated from the matrix. After tempering from 525 °C, the amount of precipitated borocarbide increased significantly. After heat treatment, the hardness of high‐boron high speed steel roll excelled 60 HRC, and its impact toughness excelled 8.0 J/cm2. The single groove steel rolling amount of high‐boron high speed steel rolls increases by 500% than that of bainite cast iron roll, when the rolls are used in K1 mill housing of bar mill.  相似文献
