探讨1-脱氧野尻霉素(DNJ)对高脂饮食肥胖小鼠脂代谢的影响及作用机理,为DNJ降脂机理研究提供理论依据。通过喂饲高脂饲料建立小鼠肥胖模型,在持续饲喂高脂饲料的同时灌胃不同剂量的DNJ,40 d后测定实验小鼠一般生理指标,血清及肝脏的相关指标。结果表明,与高脂对照组相比,灌胃8.0 mg/kg bw/d DNJ可显著降低高脂饮食肥胖小鼠的体重、腹腔脂肪系数及肝脂肪含量(P<0.05);显著降低血清中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、游离脂肪酸(FFA)、内脂素水平,显著增加高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、脂联素(ADP)含量(P<0.05);8.0 mg/kg bw/d DNJ可显著降低肝脏组织中促进脂肪合成的相关酶脂肪合成酶(FAS)、乙酰辅酶A羧化酶(ACC),显著增加分解相关酶酰基辅酶A氧化酶(ACO)、肉毒碱脂酰转移酶Ⅰ(CPT-1)的酶活(P<0.05)。结论:DNJ可能通过控制脂肪因子分泌及脂代谢相关酶活性来抑制脂肪合成,促进脂肪分解,达到调控高脂饮食肥胖小鼠脂代谢的目的。  相似文献

目的:研究n-3 多不饱和脂肪酸(polyunsaturated fat acids,PUFAs)饮食对小鼠肥胖程度及相关细胞因子血清水平的影响,探讨其作用机理。 方法:将健康小鼠分为高饱和脂肪酸饮食组、n-3 多不饱和脂肪酸饮食组和对照组,记录每周小鼠进食量和体质量,实验结束时用ELISA 法检测小鼠血清增食因子A(orexin-A)、抵抗素(resistin)、脂联素(adiponectin)水平。 结果:n-3 多不饱和脂肪酸饮食组小鼠与高饱和脂肪酸饮食组小鼠相比,肥胖程度明显降低 (P < 0.05),血清的增食因子A 水平明显降低(P < 0.05),血清的抵抗素水平明显升高(P < 0.05),血清的脂联素水平升高但无统计学差异;n-3 多不饱和脂肪酸饮食组小鼠的各项指标和对照组相比均无统计学差异。结论:n-3 多不饱和脂肪酸饮食与饱和脂肪酸饮食相比,可抑制肥胖的发生和发展。  相似文献

目的:探究魔芋甘露寡糖对高脂膳食诱发肥胖小鼠的抗肥胖和抗慢性炎症作用及分子机制。方法:将10周龄雄性C57BL/6J小鼠随机分成7组,连续喂养12周后,检测其体质量、体脂、血脂及氧化应激指标水平,分析脂肪和肝脏组织脂质代谢相关指标和基因表达情况。结果:魔芋甘露寡糖能够有效降低高脂膳食小鼠体质量(约36.36%)、总体脂质量(约52.13%)和减轻血脂水平异常;显著降低炎症因子水平和增加抗氧化物酶活力(P0.05);显著减少脂肪细胞体积,抑制肝脏和脂肪组织脂代谢相关指标和基因的表达(P0.05)。结论:魔芋甘露寡糖对高脂膳食小鼠有抗肥胖作用,且能够抑制由肥胖诱发的慢性炎症和氧化应激,为其开发成为减肥和防控慢性疾病的功能性食品提供科学依据。  相似文献

目的:基于Toll样受体4(TLR4)/髓样分化因子(MyD88)/NF-κB通路探讨n-3多不饱和脂肪酸(n-3 PUFAs)改善小鼠糖脂代谢的机制。方法:40只SPF级C57BL/6雄性小鼠适应性喂养1周,随机分为4组:正常对照组、高脂猪油组(富含饱和脂肪酸)、高脂大豆油组(富含n-6多不饱和脂肪酸)和高脂亚麻籽油组(富含n-3多不饱和脂肪酸),持续饲喂9周后进行葡萄糖耐量实验,全自动生化分析仪测定血脂血糖相关指标,ELISA试剂盒测定相关炎症因子,RT-PCR检测各组小鼠脂肪组织中TLR4/MyD88/NF-κB通路相关基因表达水平。结果:与其他高脂组相比,高脂亚麻籽油组能显著降低血糖水平,提高血清胰岛素水平,降低血清甘油三酯(TG)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL)水平(P0.05);同时能下调TLR4/MyD88/NF-κB通路相关基因及炎症因子TNF-α、IL-6及IL-8的表达量。结论:n-3 PUFAs能够抑制高脂引起的小鼠糖脂代谢紊乱,抑制TLR4/MyD88/NF-κB通路所介导的炎症反应可能是其作用机制。  相似文献

探讨樱桃李果实提取物对小鼠高脂膳食诱导肥胖的预防作用。通过水提法获得果实粗提物,采用福林酚法测定多酚含量,DPPH法测定体外抗氧化活性。小鼠被饲喂高脂饲料的同时,喂食樱桃李果实提取物,每周测定小鼠体重,10周后测定小鼠血清、肝脏中的有关生化指标,采用荧光定量PCR测定肝脏脂代谢相关基因的表达。试验结果表明,樱桃李果实提取物能够显著降低高脂膳食诱导肥胖小鼠体重,降低血清及肝脏中甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(T-CHO)含量,提高血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量,降低血清碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、谷草转氨酶(AST/GOT)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT/GPT)含量;樱桃李果实提取物显著下调脂代谢相关转录调控因子过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体(PPARγ)、CCAAT/增强子结合蛋白α(C/EBPα)、脂肪生成转录因子甾醇调节元件结合蛋白1c(SREBP-1c)、脂肪酸合成酶(FAS)的表达。结论:樱桃李果实提取物对高脂膳食诱导的小鼠肥胖具有预防作用,能提高机体的抗氧化活性,对其肝脏损伤有一定的保护作用。  相似文献

目的:研究苦瓜粉(BMP)对大鼠肥胖相关炎症的缓解作用,并从BMP调节肠道内短链脂肪酸(SCFAs)含量的角度探索其作用途径。方法:在喂以高脂饲料的同时,对大鼠分别灌胃给水(4 mL/kg bw)和BMP(300 mg/kg bw)14周,测定大鼠的体脂比、血糖、血脂等指标;采用ELISA和GC-MS等方法 ,分析大鼠血清炎症因子、血浆内毒素和肠道SCFAs水平的变化,分析苦瓜调节肥胖相关炎症的作用途径,结果表明:BMP可减缓大鼠体重增长速度,并显著降低大鼠的血糖、血脂、血清炎症因子(TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10)和血浆内毒素的水平(P0.05)。同时,BMP还能促进大鼠肠道产生乙酸、丙酸和丁酸,并在灌胃中期达到峰值,其含量分别达到87.76,5.34μmol/g和8.32μmol/g,基本与正常组持平。结论 :BMP可以抑制高脂饮食诱导大鼠体内TNF-α、IL-6、内毒素等水平的升高,具有缓解大鼠肥胖相关炎症的作用,这可能与改变大鼠肠道SCFAs含量相关。  相似文献

线粒体是机体重要的能量代谢场所,在调节脂代谢方面发挥着十分重要的作用。本实验研究1-脱氧野尻霉素(1-deoxynojirimycin,DNJ)对肥胖小鼠肝细胞线粒体合成与自噬的影响,探究DNJ对脂代谢影响的新途径。通过饲喂高脂饲料建立肥胖小鼠模型,肥胖小鼠继续饲喂高脂饲料的同时灌胃剂量分别为2.0、4.0、8.0 mg/(kg m_b·d)的DNJ 45 d,随后测定相关指标。结果表明,与肥胖对照组相比,经高剂量DNJ灌胃后,雌、雄肥胖小鼠的体质量增加减缓,炎症程度降低,雌雄小鼠血清脂联素水平分别上升43.19%、29.58%(P0.01),雌鼠成纤维细胞生长因子21(fibroblast growth factor 21,FGF21)水平上升37.03%(P0.01),雄鼠FGF21抵抗现象得到改善;雌、雄鼠腺苷酸活化蛋白激酶α1 mRNA表达上调,高剂量组雌、雄小鼠与线粒体合成有关的过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ共激活剂1α、核呼吸因子1以及线粒体自噬关键蛋白unc-51样激酶1的mRNA表达上调,相应的蛋白水平分别上升28.27%、43.99%(P0.01),50.25%、40.26%(P0.01)和19.24%、22.76%(P0.05);雌、雄鼠肉碱棕榈酰转移酶1活力分别上升58.05%、49.60%(P0.01)。结论:DNJ可能通过降低肥胖小鼠炎症程度,改善FGF21与脂联素水平,进一步上调腺苷酸活化蛋白激酶α1表达,促进肥胖小鼠肝脏线粒体生物合成与自噬,同时使线粒体脂肪酸氧化限速酶肉碱棕榈酰转移酶1活性上升,促进脂肪酸分解,达到降脂的目的。  相似文献

研究了虾青素酯对高脂高果糖饲料(high-fat high-fructose diet,HFFD)饲喂的小鼠慢性炎症的影响。采用高脂高果糖饲养的方法建立慢性炎症小鼠模型,雄性C57BL/6小鼠随机分为正常对照组(低脂低糖饲料)、模型对照组(HFFD)、阳性对照组(HFFD+虾青素,6.32mg/kg bw·d)、虾青素酯高剂量组(HFFD+虾青素酯,60.45mg/kg bw·d)、虾青素酯低剂量组(HFFD+虾青素酯,20.15mg/kg bw·d)。连续灌胃60d后,称重小鼠白色脂肪重,检测空腹血糖、葡萄糖耐受量、血清胰岛素水平、血清促炎症因子[游离脂肪酸(FFA)、一氧化氮(NO)、活性氧簇(ROS)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素6(IL-6)、白介素1β(IL-1β)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)]及血清炎症抑制因子[脂联素(ADPN)、白介素10(IL-10)]的含量。实验结果表明:虾青素酯能有效的降低慢性炎症小鼠的脂肪积累、空腹血糖及血清胰岛素含量(p0.05,p0.01),改善糖耐量及胰岛素抵抗(p0.01);显著降低血清中促炎症因子FFA、NO、ROS、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β、CRP的含量(p0.01),显著提高炎症抑制因子ADPN、IL-10水平(p0.01)。虾青素酯可显著改善小鼠的慢性炎症反应,作用机制可能与其调节炎症相关因子水平有关。  相似文献

目的:探讨两种乳酸杆菌对高脂饮食诱导的肥胖小鼠的干预作用。方法:将72 只C57BL/6J雄性小鼠随机分成6 组,分别为普通饲料组、高脂饲料组、高脂饲料和Lactobacillus casei NCU011054低剂量组、高脂饲料和Lactobacillus casei NCU011054高剂量组、高脂饲料和Lactobacillus acidophilus NCU433低剂量组、高脂饲料和Lactobacillus acidophilus NCU433高剂量组。每周对小鼠称体质量,并在第9周末(动物实验结束)处死小鼠,测定小鼠空腹血糖浓度、Lee’s指数、器官指数及器官功能指标水平、血清生化指标水平、血清瘦素和脂联素质量浓度、肝脏氧化应激指标水平、肝脏胆固醇(cholesterol,TC)和甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)含量,制作脂肪组织病理切片观察脂肪细胞形态和分化情况,检测小鼠粪便中短链脂肪酸的含量。结果:两株乳酸杆菌显著降低了小鼠体质量增量、Lee’s指数、空腹血糖浓度以及血清中TC、TG、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平和血清瘦素水平(P<0.05),并显著升高了血清中高密度脂蛋白和脂联素水平(P<0.05)。此外,乳酸杆菌的摄入有效抑制了肥胖小鼠脂肪细胞的分化并改善了肝脏脂代谢紊乱。结论:两株乳酸杆菌对肥胖小鼠具有有效的干预作用,其能够通过调节小鼠体内脂类相关水平的变化发挥作用。  相似文献

探讨高脂膳食对C57BL/6小鼠以及黑米花青素对高脂膳食小鼠的空间学习记忆能力的影响。将48只小鼠随机分成对照组(正常膳食),高脂对照组(膳食中含w=15%猪油),高脂低剂量黑米花青素组(膳食中含w=15%猪油、w=40mg/kg黑米花青素)和高脂高剂量黑米花青素组(膳食中含w=15%猪油、w=200mg/kg黑米花青素)。12周后通过Morris水迷宫实验评价小鼠的空间学习记忆能力,检测小鼠血清总胆固醇和总甘油三酯,小鼠海马体中氧化应激指标、单胺类神经递质含量以及炎症相关因子基因的mRNA表达水平。研究发现,高脂膳食的小鼠空间学习记忆能力显著下降(P<0.05),血清总胆固醇和总甘油三酯含量显著增加(P<0.05),海马组织中的SOD(superoxide dismutase)和GSH-Px(glutathione peroxidase)活力显著降低(P<0.05),MDA(malondialdehyde)含量显著升高(P<0.05),炎症因子TNFα、COX-2、IL-1β基因表达水平均显著提高(P<0.05)。通过黑米花青素干预后小鼠的空间学习记忆能力显著提升(P<0.05),海马体的氧化应激状况得到显著改善(P<0.05),炎症相关因子基因的表达均显著下调(P<0.05)。结果表明,高脂饮食能够导致慢性氧化应激,损伤小鼠海马依赖的空间学习记忆等认知能力。黑米花青素可以改善海马体的氧化应激状态,提高SOD和GSH-Px活力,降低MDA的生成,下调炎症相关因子基因的表达水平,从而改善了小鼠的空间学习记忆能力。  相似文献

ABSTRACT:  Diabetes is a serious chronic metabolic disease and has a significant impact on patients' lives and the health care system. We previously observed that the organic solvent extract of American ginseng berry possessed significant antidiabetic effects in obese diabetic ob / ob mice after intraperitoneal injection. If American ginseng berry is useful as a dietary supplement, simple preparation and oral intake would be a convenient, safe, and practical means for consumers. In this study, the simply prepared berry juice was first analyzed using high-performance liquid chromatography, and then administered orally in the ob / ob mice. The animals received daily berry juice 0.6 mL/kg or vehicle for 10 consecutive days. The results indicated that oral juice administration significantly lowered fasting blood glucose levels, and this effect continued for at least 10 d after cessation of the treatment. Data from intraperitoneal glucose tolerance test demonstrated that there was a notable improvement in glucose tolerance in the juice treated group. In addition, the berry juice significantly reduced body weight. Our data suggest that ginseng berry juice, as a dietary supplement, may have functional efficacy in consumers with diabetes.  相似文献

为探讨L -肉碱对肥胖大鼠体重、体脂、胰岛素及肥胖基因表达产物 (瘦素 )等水平的影响 ,以高脂饲料诱导大鼠肥胖模型 ,将肥胖模型鼠随机分为 4组 :对照组与 12 5、2 5 0、5 0 0mg kgBW 3个剂量的L -肉碱组 ,每天 1次经口给予 ,共 6周。观察大鼠体重、睾丸 肾脂肪垫重量、胰岛素(INS)及瘦素 (Leptin)水平等的变化。结果显示 3个肉碱组的体重均低于对照组 ,2 5 0与5 0 0mg kgBW组的睾丸 肾脂肪垫重量、胰岛素和瘦素显著低于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,提示L -肉碱具有抑制肥胖大鼠肥胖的作用。  相似文献

High‐fat and high‐salt intakes are among the major risks of chronic diseases including obesity, nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), and nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH). Salicornia is a halophytic plant known to exert antioxidant, antidiabetic, and hypolipidemic effects, and Salicornia‐extracted salt (SS) has been used as a salt substitute. In this study, the effects of SS and purified salt (PS) on the aggravation of NAFLD/NASH were compared. C57BL/6J male mice (8‐wk‐old) were fed a high‐fat diet (HFD) for 6 mo and divided into 3 dietary groups, which were additionally fed HFD, HFD + SS, and HFD + PS for 13 wk. PS induced aggravation of NAFLD/NASH in HFD‐fed mice. Although the actual salt intake was same between the PS and SS groups as 1% of the diet (extrapolated from the World Health Organization [WHO] guideline), SS induced less liver injury and hepatic steatosis compared to PS. The hepatic mRNA expressions of inflammatory cytokines and fibrosis marker were significantly lower in the SS group than the PS group. Oxidative stress is one of the major causes of inflammation in NAFLD/NASH. Results of the component analysis showed that the major polyphenols that exhibited antioxidant activity in the Salicornia water extract were ferulic acid, caffeic acid, and isorhamnetin. These results suggest that even the level of salt intake recommended by WHO can accelerate the progression of liver disease in obese individuals consuming HFD. It is proposed that SS can be a salt substitute for obese individuals who consume HFD.  相似文献

Scope: To characterize the effects of ingesting the common foodborne mycotoxin deoxynivalenol (DON) on body weight and composition in the high‐fat (HF) diet‐induced obese mice, a model of human obesity. Methods and results: Female B6C3F1 mice were initially fed HF diets containing 45% kcal (HF45) or 60% kcal (HF60) as fat for 94 days to induce obesity. Half of each group was either continued on unamended HF diets or fed HF diets containing 10 mg/kg DON (DON‐HF45 or DON‐HF60) for another 54 days. Additional control mice were fed a low‐fat (LF) diet containing 10% kcal as fat for the entire 148‐day period. DON induced rapid decreases in body weights and fat mass, which stabilized to those of the LF control within 11 days. These effects corresponded closely to a robust transient decrease in food consumption. While lean body mass did not decline in DON‐fed groups, further increases were suppressed. DON exposure reduced plasma insulin, leptin, insulin‐like growth factor 1, and insulin‐like growth factor acid labile subunit as well as increased hypothalamic mRNA level of the orexigenic agouti‐related protein. Conclusion: DON‐mediated effects on body weight, fat mass, food intake, and hormonal levels in obese mice were consistent with a state of chronic energy restriction.  相似文献

该研究探讨了樱桃李多酚抗氧化活性及对肥胖小鼠肝脏的保护作用,为樱桃李果实的开发、利用提供理论基础。试验以醇提法获得樱桃李多酚为材料,在测定多酚含量基础上,测定提取物体外抗氧化活性。进一步建立肥胖小鼠模型,采用不同剂量多酚灌药处理,8周后,处死小鼠,取肝脏,计算肝脏指数,测定肝脏中TG浓度、T-CHO浓度、SOD活性、MDA浓度,荧光定量PCR测定炎症相关基因的表达。结果发现,樱桃李果实多酚提取物总多酚、总黄酮、总酚酸、总黄烷醇含量分别为439.17、186.37、168.27、68.86 mg/g,樱桃李总多酚含量较高,多酚中主要成分为黄酮类;DPPH自由基清除率为97.42%,FRAP法、ABTS法测得抗氧化活性分别为4.36 mmoL/mL、0.48 mmoL/mL Trolox,体外具有较强的抗氧化活性;多酚处理能显著降低肥胖小鼠肝脏TG,T-CHO、MDA含量,增加肝脏SOD含量,下调肝脏炎症因子IL-1β、TNF-α、IL-6基因表达。研究表明,樱桃李多酚能够提高抗氧化能力,减少高脂饮食引起的肝脏脂肪堆积和肝脏炎症,对小鼠肝脏具有保护作用。  相似文献

We previously demonstrated that repetitive administration of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) ameliorates glucose metabolism and energy expenditure in obese diabetic db/db mice. However, we have not evaluated in detail the effect of single or intermittent BDNF administration on glucose metabolism in a diabetic animal model. The objectives of this study were to examine the dose-response effect and dosing interval of BDNF administration in db/db mice and to evaluate the effect of intermittent BDNF administration on pancreatic function in db/db mice. We evaluated the dose-response effect of BDNF by single administration in db/db mice. First, single administration of BDNF greater than 70 mg/kg significantly reduced blood glucose concentration one day after administered, and the BDNF effect was maintained for 6 d. Next, the effects of BDNF administered twice a week at 4, 10, 25, and 62.5 mg/kg on blood glucose concentration, and the effects of BDNF administered once a week at 10, 20, 30, 50, and 70 mg/kg on blood glucose concentration were examined in db/db mice. In the intermittent treatment studies, BDNF dose-dependently ameliorated glucose metabolism by not only the twice-a-week administration but also the once-a-week administration. Lastly, because BDNF reduces the food intake of obese hyperphagic diabetic mice, the effects of BDNF administered once or twice a week on the blood glucose concentration and plasma and pancreatic insulin concentrations in db/db mice were compared with those of the vehicle under pair-fed conditions. Under pair-fed conditions, the intermittent administration of BDNF (25 mg/kg, twice a week, or 50 mg/kg, once a week) significantly reduced the blood glucose concentration and increased the plasma and pancreatic insulin concentrations compared with those in the pair-fed vehicle-treated db/db mice. This indicates that the prolonged hypoglycemic effect of BDNF is not simply due to the reduction of food intake. In conclusion, we demonstrated that the intermittent administration of BDNF ameliorates glucose metabolism and prevents pancreatic exhaustion in obese diabetic mice. These findings indicate that BDNF may have potential as a unique hypoglycemic agent for the treatment of diabetes at a fundamental level with good patient compliance.  相似文献

目的:探究不同剂量食品级κ-卡拉胶对肥胖小鼠致结肠炎风险及体脂蓄积的影响。方法:分别采用低脂或高脂饲料饲喂雄性C57BL/6Cnc小鼠5 周后,高脂饲料饲喂小鼠的体质量高于低脂饲料饲喂小鼠22%,肥胖模型构建成功。将小鼠分为7 组,包括低脂对照组(NC)、高脂模型组(HFD)和分别饲喂0.05%(H0.05%)、0.5%(H0.5%)、1%(H1%)、2.5%(H2.5%)和5%(H5%)5 种不同剂量卡拉胶的高脂实验组,6 周后处死小鼠,检测结肠炎症和体脂蓄积的相关指标。结果:各组小鼠之间的疾病活动指数、结肠中髓过氧化物酶活力和炎症因子mRNA相对表达量以及结肠生理结构变化均无显著差异(P>0.05),H1%和H2.5%组小鼠结肠中前列腺素E2分泌量较HFD组分别下降13.94%和20.75%(P<0.05);H5%组小鼠的体质量、体脂率和附睾脂肪细胞半径与HFD组相比分别下降了10.51%、37.67%和31.59%(P<0.05)。结论:饲料中添加0.05%~5%的食品级κ-卡拉胶对肥胖小鼠无致结肠炎风险,且5%卡拉胶具有抑制体脂蓄积的作用。  相似文献

利用高脂饮食诱导人源菌群(human flora-associate,HFA)肥胖小鼠模型,探讨表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)对肥胖小鼠的降脂功效。无菌昆明(KM)小鼠灌胃健康人粪便悬液构建HFA模型后随机分为两组:高脂组40只和普通组10只,分别喂食高脂饲料和普通饲料,8周后各处死10只,测定小鼠体重、肝重、附睾脂肪垫重量、血糖血脂含量以及肝脏和附睾脂肪垫苏木精-伊红(HE)染色。将获得的肥胖小鼠随机分为三组,即对照组,0.2%EGCG低剂量组和0.8%EGCG高剂量组,喂食普通饲料,8周后全部处死,测定同上指标。结果表明高剂量组小鼠附睾脂肪垫重量、总胆固醇(Tch)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)含量均较对照组显著降低,分别降低了48.15%、28.64%和43.16%,同时脂肪细胞大小较对照组也显著减小,除此之外EGCG干预组肝脏病变程度较对照组有明显好转。由此证实,EGCG对肥胖HFA小鼠降脂及肝脏损伤修复有一定的作用。  相似文献

Cinnamomum camphora seed kernel oil (CCSKO) was found to reduce body fat deposition and improve blood lipid in both healthy and obese rats. The study was aimed to investigate the antioxidative stress and anti‐inflammatory effects of CCSKO in high‐fat‐diet‐induced obese rats. The obese rats were treated with CCSKO, lard, and soybean oil, respectively, for 12 wk. The level of total antioxidant capacity (T‐AOC), activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase, and catalase, and levels of malondialdehyde (MDA), tumor necrosis factor (TNF)‐α, peroxisome proliferator‐activated receptor (PPAR)‐γ, interleukin (IL)‐6, and P65 were compared among CCSKO, lard, and soybean oil groups. Our results showed that the level of T‐AOC and activities of SOD and catalase were significantly increased and the level of MDA was significantly decreased in CCSKO group. In addition, CCSKO treatment reduced the activities of serum glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase and glutamate‐pyruvate transaminase, and levels of serum TNF‐α, IL‐6, and P65 through raising the level of PPAR‐γ. In conclusion, CCSKO has, for the first time, been found to ameliorate oxidative stress and inflammation in high‐fat‐diet‐induced obese rats.  相似文献
