采用非晶态多核配合的方法制备了(La0.47Gd0.2)Sr0.33MnO3纳米颗粒,用XRD、HRTEM和MPMS等手段对纳米颗粒的微观结构和磁性能进行研究。XRD和SAD分析表明,所有的样品都具有单相钙钛矿结构;TEM分析表明, 经过600,800和1000 ℃烧结10 h后的样品颗粒尺寸分别为40~50 nm,90~100 nm和140~150 nm。样品的磁学性能结果表明:(La0.47Gd0.2)Sr0.33MnO3纳米颗粒的居里温度TC (298 K)基本上不随颗粒尺寸的变化而变化,而相对磁制冷能力取决于颗粒尺寸;颗粒尺寸为90~100 nm的(La0.47Gd0.2)Sr0.33MnO3纳米颗粒的相对磁制冷能力最大,可以作为室温下使用的磁制冷工质侯选材料。  相似文献

采用非晶态前驱体的方法在800 ℃的低温下制备出(La0.57Dy0.1)Sr0.33MnO3纳米颗粒,用XRD、HRTEM和MPMS等手段对纳米颗粒的微观结构和磁性能进行研究.XRD和ED分析表明,所有的样品都具有单相钙钛矿结构;通过对样品不同温度下等温磁场的测量和计算,发现在居里温度点(358 K) (La0.57Dy0.1)Sr0.33MnO3纳米颗粒的最大磁熵变随着磁场的增加而增加,即使在5 T磁场下也没有达到饱和;居里温度附近纳米颗粒具有较大的磁热效应和较宽的峰值温度范围,这些良好性能可能和纳米颗粒具有大的表面和界面有关.  相似文献

以存在La空位的钙钛矿材料La0.77Ca0.2MnO3为母体,用溶胶-凝胶法制备了La0.77-xCa0.2SrxMnO3(x=0.00,0.02,0.06,0.08,0.10)系列样品,研究表明,该系列材料均为单相钙钛矿结构,且随Sr2+含量的增加,该系列材料的晶格发生畸变,同时居里温度单调递增,由236K增高至300K,覆盖整个室温区,这对材料的实际应用有重要意义。  相似文献

用固相反应烧结法制备了多晶体材料La2/3Ca1/3MnO3(LCMO),La2/3(Ca0.5Ba0.5)1/3MnO3(LCBMO)、La2,3Ba1/3MnO3(LBMO),La2/3(Sr0.5Ba0.5)1/3MnO3(LSBMO)和La2/3Sr1/3MnO3(LSMO),测量了它们在77K~800K的电阻和磁电阻特性。实验发现,通过一定的工艺技术制备出的CMR材料有强烈的相界效应,在低温下有大的磁电阻,且在Tc附近存在明显的从金属态向半导体态的转变:用自旋极化电子隧道效应和靠近居里点逾渗模型较好地解释了电阻和磁电阻行为:用非绝热小极化子跃迁模型对高温的电阻特性进行拟合处理,得到了激活能;同时发现退火处理对样品的电阻率有重要的影响。  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法制得La0.8Sr0.2MnO3氧化物多晶样品。通过XRD、SEM对样品的微观结构进行了分析,结果表明:所得样品为钙钛矿结构,样品的颗粒大小比较均匀,平均粒度约100nm。利用阻抗分析仪对样品的介电常数和磁导率的频谱(10MHz~1GHz和1MHz~1GHz)进行了研究。研究表明,在整个测试频率范围内,La0.8Sr0.2MnO3的介电常数实部和虚部随频率的升高而降低。La0.8Sr0.2MnO3的复磁导率的频谱谱线为典型的弛豫型谱线,磁导率实部在1MHz时为6.2,共振频率fr为50MHz,共振时虚部峰值为2.8;磁谱测试表明材料的弛豫损耗峰出现在频率f≤300MHz的频率范围内,在此频率区域引起损耗的机制主要是畴壁共振。  相似文献

Several samples of manganese oxides La(1-x)2/3Cal/3MnO3 (V-LCMO) and (La0.7-xY0.3)2/3Cal/3MnO3 (x〈0.15) (V-LYCMO) with vacancies at La-site (La-vacancy) were prepared by solid-state reaction method. The X-ray diffraction(XRD) patterns refined by Rietveld confirm that these compounds exhibit single phase structure with orthorhombic symmetry (Pnma). The lattice parameters, Mn-O bond length and Mn—O—Mn bond angle vary with La-vacancy concentration, as an indication of the occurrence of the local Jahn-Teller effect. The measurement result of V-LCMO compounds shows that the maximum magnetoresistance(MR) is about 220% at TIM=268 K and La-vacancy content x=0.04. For V-LYCMO compounds, there exists metal-insulator transition at about 50 K, and a very large MR (over 106%) is observed at the temperature ranging from 40 K to 50 K.  相似文献

采用固相反应法制备La(1.x)2/3Ca1/3MnO3(x=0.0,0.04)和(La0.7Y0.3)2/3Ca1/3MnO3系列样品,测量不同温度下的磁化强度-磁场曲线,计算样品的磁熵变,研究La空位掺杂和Y3 离子掺杂对磁热效应的影响.结果表明,La空位掺杂(x=0.04)的样品在居里温度附近磁熵变最大值为6.22 J/(kg.K),这比La2/3Ca1/3MnO3磁熵变最大值(6.26 J/(kg.K))稍有降低;而Y3 离子掺杂的样品在温度60 K时和磁场强度2 T下,其磁熵变最大值为0.568 J/(kg.K),并且磁熵变随温度变化有继续增大的趋势.这表明(La0.7Y0.3)2/3Ca1/3MnO3可以作为一定温区的磁致冷材料.  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶(sol-gel)法制备La0.6A0.4MnO3(A代表Cu,Ag,Na)多晶样品材料,用X射线衍射(XRD)以及X射线光电子能谱(XPS)对其进行了研究,发现La0.6Cu0.4MnO3,La0.6Na0.4MnO3均为单相菱面体钙钛矿结构,而La0.6Ag0.4MnO3则由菱面体结构的钙钛矿相和立方结构的金属Ag相组成.对LaMnO3母体进行A位掺杂,随着离子半径不同的金属阳离子的掺入,会导致样品产生晶格畸变,从而使样品的晶格常数,晶胞体积发生变化,变化趋势与掺入的金属阳离子半径有关.随着掺杂离子半径的增大,样品晶格常数、晶胞体积也相应增大.La在La0.6A0.4MnO3(A代表Cu,Ag,Na)’中均以正三价形式存在,表明La在化合物中是起稳定作用的组分.随着低价态的金属阳离子(Cu2+,Ag+,Na+)替代La3+,将有更多的Mn3+通过Mn-O-Mn的双交换作用变为MMn4+,从而满足试样整体电荷守恒.  相似文献

研究了化学共沉淀法制备La0.7(Ca0.53Sr0.47)0.3MnO3多晶过程中添加油酸作分散剂的工艺,用DTG/TA、XRD和R-T(电阻-温度)系统测试了所制样品的性能.结果表明:添加油酸,共沉淀法制备La0.7(Ca0.53Sr0.47)0.3MnO3多晶比不添加的烧结温度低,也比同相反应法低.油酸的用量为0.1~O.2L/mol能明显提高La0.7(Ca0.53Sr0.47)0.3MnO3的电阻一温度转变点和电阻温度系数.  相似文献

采用化学共沉淀法合成制备了Ag掺杂摩尔百分比为0.4的La2/3Ca1/3MnO3∶Ag0.4 (LCMO∶Ag0.4)、La2/3Ba1/3MnO3∶Ag0.4(LBMO∶Ag0.4)多晶复合材料,通过XRD和R-T分别对两种材料的结构和性能进行测试分析.实验结果表明:所得样品均为正交晶系钙钛矿结构;LCMO∶Ag0.4的金属-绝缘转变温度(Tp=280.2 K)比LBMO∶Ag0.4要高(Tp=256.8 K);LCMO:Ag0.4样品的电阻值比LBMO∶Ag0.4要小两个数量级;LCMO∶Ag0.4的TCR最大值为28%,要远远高于LBMO∶Ag0.4的TCR最大值(0.5%).  相似文献

Bulk polycrystalline samples of La0.60Sr0.4MnO3 and La0.60Sr0.25-yNa0.15ΔyMnO3 with 0.00≤ y ≤0.15 ("Δ" representing cation vacancy) were successfully synthesized using the sol-gel method. The structural, magnetic, and electrical properties of the polycrystallineof the samples were investigated. The results of X-ray powder diffraction patterns show that these compounds crystallize in a distorted rhombohedral structure with the space group R(3)C . The measurement shows that, with vacancy content y increasing, the unit cell volume V of samples increases, furthermore, the Curie temperature TC decreases. The temperature dependence of resistivity shows that all samples undergo a metal-semiconductor transition accompanying a ferromagnetic to paramagnetic transition with the increase of temperature. Under an applied filed of 1.8 T, a maximum room temperature magnetoresistance ( MR ) of 20% is obtained at 293 K for the compound La0.60Sr0.1Na0.15Δ0.15MnO3. The MR peak value of La0.60Sr0.1Na0.15Δ0.15MnO3 increases2 times more than that of La0.60Sr0.40MnO3 ( MRP=6.4%, TMR =373 K), and the MR peak is shifted from 373 K to room temperature.  相似文献

La_(0.875)Na_(0.125)MnO_3外延膜的制备及CMR效应   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
通过射频磁控溅射法在单晶LaAlO3(100)衬底上成功地外延生长了膜厚为90.8nm的La0.875Na0.125MnO3薄膜。用X射线衍射仪、原子力显微镜、超导量子干涉仪、直流四探针法对其进行了表征。结果表明,薄膜为赝立方钙钛矿结构,具有良好的(100)外延取向和光滑表面。居里温度Tc=275K。在居里温度附近,发生铁磁-顺磁转变。此材料呈现出一种典型的自旋玻璃特性,是由于应力造成的。薄膜的电阻率随温度变化的P-T曲线出现双峰。高温电阻峰砟。出现在居里温度附近,来源于铁磁金属体向顺磁绝缘体的转变。而低温电阻峰Tp2出现在T=178K,是由于相分离引起的。在4T强磁场下,相分离现象消失。另外,薄膜的磁电阻曲线也呈现出双峰特征。  相似文献

Thermal control coatings were fabricated by mixing of La1-xSrxMnO3(LSMO)powder and acrylic resin and brushed on Al alloy substrate.The powders of La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 and La0.8Sr0.2MnO3 were prepared using sol-gel method.XRD results reveal the phase structure of LSMO powders are perovskite.The transition temperature from metal to insulator of La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 and La0.8Sr0.2MnO3 are 300 and 275 K,respectively.The emissivity evolution with temperature of the coatings was measured.For La0.7Sr0.3MnO3/acrylic resin coating,the emissivity increases from 0.56 to 0.88,and for La0.7Sr0.3MnO3/acrylic resin coating from 0.50 to 0.90.  相似文献

采用固相法制备La2O3与Sb2O3掺杂的钛酸锶钡陶瓷,研究其介电性能及相变特性。通过X射线衍射法分析体系微观结构并利用扫描电镜观察其表面微观形貌。(La,Sb)共掺杂的钛酸锶钡陶瓷具有典型的钙钛矿结构,且随着Sb2O3掺杂量的增多其平均粒径显著减小。La3+离子以及Sb3+离子均占据钙钛矿晶格的A位。La2O3与Sb2O3添加量的改变显著影响钛酸锶钡基陶瓷的介电常数以及介电损耗。La2O3改性的钛酸锶钡陶瓷其四方?立方相变为二级相变,且居里温度随着La2O3掺杂量的增多向低温方向移动。(La,Sb)共掺杂的钛酸锶钡陶瓷则体现为弥散相变,随着Sb2O3含量的增大而偏离居里-外斯定律越显著。由于Sb3+离子对晶格原位离子的取代使得(La,Sb)共掺杂的钛酸锶钡陶瓷的介电常数最大值下的温度亦随着Sb2O3含量的增大而降低。  相似文献
